Mildly disappointing...and we are a Bonvoy member.

Breakfast had nice variety and was well tended by the help. Also appreciate Mr. Nye who helped straighten out a Marriott booking error.

The Marriott business model of three hotels within a single building had totally inadequate signage for guests, no explanation of the differences, who was allowed where...and most of all, the staff generally could not answer any of these questions. The lobby, largely unattended, was like a maze. Several guests each time we were at the elevator expressed the same sentiment: what the heck is this all about? Parking was way too expensive and often in a dither.

Absolute perfection. We loved everything about our stay.

Would come back and stay here in again!

Three of us in one room, and it did not feel crowded at all. Good lighting, and lots of space to spread our things out and still have it not feel cluttered. I particularly loved the full kitchen as I don't like to eat out too often when I travel. Excellent location. This hotel was surprisingly quiet considering how loud it is in general downtown! The breakfast had a lot of options and was excellent. Highly recommend!

The pool was incredibly crowded to the point where we decided not to even go to it, but that's not the hotel fault. It was 100° the weekend we were in Nashville. I wish the breakfast offered a sugar-free yogurt option.

Overall the hotel was clean. Friendly staff and good location.

Comforter, mattress pad with stains. Disgusting, stained bad skirt. Everything was changed per my request. Also the blinds were dirty and stained. I think the personnel should know when it’s time to change it as it spoils the overall impression. Bath and kitchen are nice and clean. Breakfast very average but the breakfast area is very nice and clean.

Our stay at Residence Inn Downtown Nashville was perfect.

Location, good breakfast included, comfortable room and bed, nice hotel facilities, friendly and helpful staff

Parking is definitely expensive - although I’m sure it’s the same at all downtown hotels. Wish I had researched a little harder and parked in one of the nearby lots for less. If travelers are only interested in seeing what’s downtown, they can literally park on arrival and never move the car again until they leave.

Great visit, wonderful staff, walkability is perfect. Our second time there and won't be our last.

Staff, breakfast, location, beds and linens, pool - all excellent. Love the kitchen area too.

The elevators are a bit long in coming - one was out of service, but the flow was not good. We often took the stairs from 15 because the elevator would pass us by going up or down.

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing

I really like how close it is to broadway, but not too close where it’s crowded. Location was just perfect. Hotel Staff and bar staff were super sweet and friendly.

Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices

In our room the carpet was very dated and worn and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Made the mistake of walking without shoes and my feet were filthy. Did not like having to pay $50 a day to park a car as there were no close options for a handicapped person.

Superb

Loved my room! Comfortable bed, high windows with a city view, really nice shower room. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So much variety and you can take away to eat in your room. Lots of towels provided too and if you want room service just let reception know. TV had you tube to watch. Pool was nice and a lively bar/restaurant if you want it and also the gym facility was great. Very central so can easily walk to the action but away from the main strip.

Lifts could take ages and sometimes queue. Quite expensive.

Horrible I would never come back

The location

Pretty much everything we thought we were getting a balcony and we didn’t, the pillow how some blood stains on it and the staff was not informative about anything I asked about. There was a $100 charge extra to my account and I have still not been reimbursed for it. I asked about it and they said oh ya we just take that for security purposes but never mentioned it anywhere before booking
