With no neighbours it is the most private residence at the new exclusive Hacienda Beach Club located on El Medano beach in downtown Cabo San Lucas. This truly beautiful retreat is the only penthouse on the 6th floor. The exquisite views, sunsets and sunrises will inspire you. We have stayed at the Hacienda Beach Resort several times and I have to say that this residence is AMAZING!!It was extremely clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. Clint and Julie were very communicative and easy to work with. Julie met us upon our arrival to give us a tour and let us know how everything worked. She was easy to reach and answered any questions we had during our stay. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The views from all the rooms were incredible!! We spent a lot of time on the large balcony enjoying the view and the great weather. Julie and Clint connected me with a private chef that I hired to make us Christmas dinner. His food and service were exceptional! He and his staff were very professional and cleaned up the kitchen and dinning area so well that it seemed like they were never there. We were sad to leave and are already planning our next stay at the residence.

We had a wonderful visit at The King's View. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect (close to the pool, beach access, walking distance to the marina...). Everyone was very helpful on-site and throughout the booking process. We look forward to returning!

This place was even more beautiful and wonderful than expected. Property was five star all the way! The kitchen was completely well equipped complete with fabulous appliances and beautiful dishes. The linens were beautifully embroidered. The art on the walls was breathtaking! The staff was beyond helpful. The location was perfect. I could go on and on… This was the trip of a lifetime for my college age kids, my mom, and me. We will treasure our memories of this trip forever, and hopefully repeat again soon!

This top floor unit is fantastic! The main patio overlooks the beach which we used a lot. The unit was very private while also being connected with the resort. We ate several meals at the resort restaurants as well as used the other amenities. Staff was very professional and courteous. We picked this place over renting a house because it was centrally located so everything was walking distance. We would rent this place again for sure. Thanks guys for making our trip so memorable.

I went to Cabo and had the pleasure of staying in The Kings View Penthouse at the Hacienda. Wow what a huge place , you could hear an echo when you talked it was so big. We really loved the location as its walking distance to everything. We had a great time on the beach and tried the stand up paddles ( it’s harder than it looks ) we also enjoyed the Hacienda restaurant and had one of the best Pina Coladas I have ever had . We also enjoyed seeing all the sunset dinner boats every night in front of the Penthouse , they look great and the view of them from the front terrace cannot be beat. We look forward to a return trip one day back to The Kings View Penthouse.

Amazing Penthouse!!

Amazing Penthouse!!

I decided to try this property after the hurricane closed down the time share we were supposed to stay at. What a great decision this was. I can't say enough good things about this property and we made many fabulous family memories. Clint and Melissa were awesome hosts and gave us a great orientation of the property when we first arrived and we felt very welcomed. We had our 3 adult children and their significant others and our grand daughter all under 1 roof. The views and layout of this penthouse were second to none. Everyone had an ocean view with a balcony. Bedrooms were good size, the furnishings were very nice including the art work and the large balcony with the ocean view was our favorite spot to hang out when we weren't at the pool, beach or shopping. We made arrangements with Maggie to have a personal chef (Mario) and butler (Hector) cater 3 meals and they were all very good! The first meal was beef/chicken fajitas, the second meal was ribeye steaks and the third meal was fresh Sea Bass. Hector kept our margaritas and pina coladas glasses full as well and Mario's habanero mango salsa was unbelievable. The pool was amazing and the waiters were very good. Great food was also available next to the pool from the Hacienda Cocina Cantina. The Spa was also full equipped with steam, sauna, hot tub and a very cold plunge pool. For a massage, I'd highly recommend Lupita. Overall, the only regret was not staying longer.

King's View Penthouse - Truly the BEST!!! We recently stayed at this penthouse unit at the Hacienda in Cabo. Our friends from New Zealand joined us. We couldn't have found a better spot! The condo was so spacious we all had our own space, but lots of great common areas to enjoy times together. This has to have the best view in Mexico!! The furnishings are superb, including very comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. A large balcony has an outdoor kitchen. The AV system allows playing music in all rooms, including the decks. Great access to the charming restaurant and to the spa where daily classes are not to be missed: impressive array of courses all with talented instructors. Kayaking was great fun too. The location is a huge plus, as it is an easy walk to restaurants and the marina.We have spent a lot of time in Cabo, and no place compares to this! We heartily recommend it! It was hard to leave this peaceful spot.

Absolutely beautiful. 4 spacious BR suites, each w/private bath & balcony overlooking the bay, marina & city. The "blue" & "green" master suites feature king beds & overlook the bay. Spacious living/dining area, fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, quality furniture, beautiful artwork & guest amenities throughout. A huge covered veranda w/gas grill, frig, ice maker, TV, mister & great deck furniture, perfect for viewing the beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The professional wait staff from the welcoming team to the concierge, pool area & restaurant staff, spa personnel & housekeeping were very attentive & professional.
