The Red Lodge is nestled in the Hills just right in Deadwood! There are acres of wooded area to hike in. You can just walk across the road to do some gaming or grab a bite to eat. If you are wanting to join others in downtown Deadwood let someone else do the driving and grab the trolley. Relax at The Red Lodge in a secluded, peaceful setting on over 17 acres.

Plenty of room for couples or families. The Red Lodge sleeps up to 10 people. Two bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath. There's a bar area, kids area, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and plenty of tvs. Internet and cable tv available. Plenty of parking available.

Located in Deadwood city limits! Walk across the street for dining and gaming at Deadwood Gulch. You can also catch a ride on the Trolley to downtown Deadwood. The Mickelson Trail is also right across the street for biking and walking. During the winter months you can access the trail on your snowmobile.

You don't even have to leave the property to hike or to see wildlife. The Red Lodge is located on over 17 acres. It's full of pine trees and birch trees.

I was in Deadwood to celebrate my 40th birthday with a group of friends and family and The Red House could not have been a more perfect location for the center of the fun! Breakfast on the deck every morning watching the deer, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking big meals, and cozy spaces for games and endless nights of laughter! The beds and rooms were so comfortable and the owners were so kind and communicative, even being excited for our celebration! The house is meticulously clean and a lovely spot in Deadwood to gather! Thank you for opening your home to us!

We travel up to the black hills every year and this was our first year at Red Lodge. Everything was perfect! There is plenty of room and things to do for every one of all ages. The location is absolutely perfect too. We will definitely look to stay at the Red Lodge in the future!

Wonderful quiet getaway that was only a half mile from historic Deadwood. Had everything we needed stocked and ready to go. Was centrally located to see all the other historic sites in southern SD. Would definitely recommend and do again !!

Went to Deadwood/Black Hills golf trip. Booked the Red Lodge as we had 4 people. The location was great, just outside of Deadwood with a quick and easy Trolley ride into and back out to the house, as needed. Had a fantastic deck that overlooked deer feeding in the back, often. The only small issue that we noticed was that the TV in the Living Room was too small for the room size, other than that, it was nicely furnished with everything you would need.

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed in recent years. Property is well equipped with everything you need, spacious with room for everyone. Beautiful oversized deck was a highlight for relaxing and spending time visiting with family. Terry and Dawn could not have been better hosts and treated us as if we were extended family, very thankful for everything. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This VRBO lives up to all of the hype. It is super spacious and has lots of activities. I stayed here with my fiance and some friends to do a weekend in Deadwood and it was SO easy and convenient to be able to stay here. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, beds are comfortable, the ping-pong table was well utilized, and we enjoyed hanging out on the deck since it was so nice!

Home is well equipped with games, ping pong, foosball table and movies plus roku tv. Great patio and views. The basement was perfect for the family with kids. 2 twin beds in the same room as a queen plus they were separated from the others. Great coffee bar. We enjoyed the property very much!

We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at alot of places and this place was perfect for a big group. We had 10 of us and there was plenty of room to move around and more then enough privacy and bathrooms. They had a ton of kitchen essentials including crock pots which we use all the time on big gatherings and lots of spices and coffee. Would recommend to anyone and would definetly stay again. They responded to any of our questions within seconds. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The family enjoyed their stay. We had a 3 year old, up to a great grandma and the house was perfect for everyone. Cooked meals in the kitchen and even took family photo's in the yard. You won't be disappointed and we will book again with hopes that everyone can make it this time.

This was our first trip to Deadwood. We based here to ride the Mickelson trail to Edgemont. Great property, very functional for 6-8 people. I’m sure it could handle a couple more people easily. We stayed 6 nights. Everything worked and instructions were easily available. I'd highly recommend this property.

We had a hard time finding a place that could accommodate all of us spaciously including 1 handicapped member in the right location of Deadwood (close to trolly and walking trail). We have two small indoor travel ramps and this location was perfect! It was more than a perfect place and location along with perfect hosts! Everything we needed was there and the views were spectacular. We all felt as though we were staying at one of our homes all week. We will be renting this location again and only wish the hosts had a smaller place just like this in same location for just the two of us when we come in annually! Thank you So much!

This place was the perfect spot to stay at while visiting Deadwood area. Red Lodge is located just on the edge of Deadwood right across the street from the last stop for the trolley. This worked out perfect for us since we were in town for Deadweird. This home was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at! From toliet paper to seasonings for cooking.... it had everything! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Dawn and Terry for everything!

It is an awesome property! Clean, good location and plenty of parking for pickups and trailers. Awesome location as we were able to unload side by sides and ride from the house to numerous trails. We are planning another trip and would strongly suggest anyone who goes to stay there!
