You won’t want to leave! Gorgeous gulf views from every room with amazing floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows. The beauty of the Emerald Coast is simply breathtaking, the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The layout here is unique, spacious and updated! You will enjoy relaxing on the fabulous, covered balcony or try out the beach chair service provided for your in season stay. Everything here is very clean including the air! Your vacation home is protected by bacteria killing UV technology within the air conditioning equipment. The cooling/heating system is treated with an odor free anti-microbial product on a regular basis.
This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front. Beach service included during season.

Nobody mentioned in their previous reviews exactly how great the condo location was in regards to the elevator and beach access! Seriously superb! The view from every room, was something I can’t even put into words! Absolutely beautiful!! Also we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and sweet treats! I walked with just myself and my children and felt very safe! The security guards at the gated entrance are also so nice and kept an eye on us! GREAT place and we WILL be back!!

I have stayed at the Long Beach several times over the years, but this unit is my favorite so far. Very clean, well accommodated and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Allowed us to really relax and enjoy vacation even more. The beds were very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We will definitely be back!

This condo is beautiful! We have visited PCB many times and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The Condo building itself was also very nice. Parking lot is right in front of the building so no long walk across the street from a parking garage. Check-in was effortless and everything was very clean, Looking forward to staying here again!!!

The setup and views were great as pictured. The condo was obviously not cleaned. We had a table lamp with no knob to turn it on and several other lights out. The biggest issue was a washing machine that was not working and unavailable for the whole week. We weren't provided clean towels until the last day and we then only received 3 for 4 people. We had to deal with sandy beach towels for the whole time since we could not clean them. Could be a nice place with proper care and management.

This condo is spectacular. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, and right on the beach. The 11th floor balcony view is amazing. We never had to contact maintenance or housekeeping because everything was perfect! The location is perfect for walking to so many restaurants and attractions. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Went with 2 of my sisters and 1 brother-in-law. It was my oldest sister’s birthday. She turned 64 and going to Florida was on her bucket list. The rest of us had been several times. This was THE BEST CONDO I’ve ever stayed in and will definitely be back. It was the best location , close to the elevator that was also close to condo beach access. We loved it all. The decor, furniture, the windows and view…EVERYTHING was great. She said best birthday ever. Thank you. I’ll be back.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The view, the sitting area, the walk in showers, the front beach, you name it. Walmart is less than 2 min away as well! I would definitely recommend this place and would highly rent it again for our pcb vacation stays.

It’s great, clean, and beautiful. There were starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and such as it states. However I found it odd that there is no hand soap at any of the sinks. Especially after covid, etc. So bring your hand soap. And bring your hair dryer just fyi. One bathroom didn’t have one, but I’m not sure about the other bathroom. You wont even notice the Lagoon pool is closed, the other pools were just fine.

Loved having the views from every room. Beautiful sunrises and even more beautiful sunsets. We actually saw a couple dolphins go by while enjoying the beach. We got some great video of the air force jets zipping by too. The place was clean and just as pictured. The condo rental company was great at updating us with information. The little bar at the lagoon pool sells cute & funny coconut head drinks. Per other reviews if you’re staying more than a few days plan on a trip to get paper products and laundry stuff. We ate out a lot so only used the dishwasher twice. We also managed trash with the 2 trash bags and the Walmart bags we saved. Overall awesome. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was amazing! Condo was exactly as advertised and beyond our expectations. Clean, updated appliances and huge windows in oceanfront bedrooms. Was pretty chilly while we were there, the only thing we could have used were a few extra blankets.
View was gorgeous as we watched some dolphins swim by, seagulls and pelicans.
Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

I recently lost my oldest son, 29 years old. We had his Celebration of Life and i wanted to get away the day after it & be away for his 30th bday. So my daughter and a few of my friends came down to PCB to just veg. This is my 2nd time staying at this resort.
The condo was super clean. The owners are great.
I would suggest some extra blankets or throw blankets. There were no extra blankets even if we had used the pullout sofa. All of us girls, wished we had a extra blanket to cuddle up with on the balcony or watching tv. Other then that, it was perfect. Plan on renting this condo again in the future.

Had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach, the condo surpassed our expectations, they had everything you could want for an extended vacation, the condo was bright and decorated with an island feel, it was located close to shopping and restaurants and the beaches in front of the condo were not over crowded and it was great to have beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental. We came down for fall break. It was my husband, mother, grandmother, 1 year old son and myself. This condo was perfect for all of us. Had everything we needed. The only thing that I would have a complaint about was the dishwasher, we couldn’t figure out how to work it. And the only other issues was the elevator was having some issues and the beach chair guys weren’t very friendly and were always late getting set up. Which wasn’t anything with the condo rental. Over all we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

The place was nice, could not get in touch with anyone one night because the front door would not lock, stayed up all night to make sure no one else came in.the glass in the living room at door and both sides of door, had not been cleaned. Long Beach Property
The accommodations were great. Very comfortable and gorgeous ocean and sunset views. Although elevators need a refresh it is understandable with all the carts moving in and out. Shout out to Tanisha with BBG who finally helped us to get our door code and internet access. Traveling all day and not having code at 4 pm as promised set in a panic when I could not get a return call and into the property until 6:15. Devin at Beach shack was so helpful. Very polite. Impressed with his help to get someone who had trouble walking, down to the beach chairs. Overall, had a great week at this property. Makes you feel at home. Will stay again!

2nd stay at this condo not as good!
We stayed at this condo last year and it was somewhat cleaner (no clean like we live) and beach chairs were included.
So we booked again only to discover when we arrived this year that the beach chairs were no longer included ($250 for week) and it was not as clean ~ we had to wipe things down. Red food smear all over doors and door handles, little food dirty hand prints, water bottles and red cup under bed and couch. Remote control found in kitchen cabinet in a bowl. Probably won’t stay here again unless room price is comparable to a room that offers $250 beach chairs for the week! Management NEVER answers phone! We finally got a responses so that the bathroom sink could be fixed (was clogging up). We had a nice stay but wish there was more communication, REALLY wish we would of known about beach chairs NOT included!!! They do need to manage and inspect the cleaning service better!!!!!

Had great experience, condo was as advertised. We had no interface with property manager which was great getting pin code and just get in. Couple very very minor things. Found broom but no dust pan. That would have been helpful cleaning up the inevitable sand that we did our best not to track in. Also that channel at bottom of floor to ceiling ceiling doors and windows could use some cleaning. Does look hard to get at. But overall great just some feedback for improvement. Thanks! Would rent again!
