While our stay at the home was wonderful there was an issue with the air conditioning downstairs. I made numerous calls, texts and emails about the air not working. All I was told was sorry mam we left a message for the owner. On day 5 an HVAC repairman showed up. Apparently the unit was broke before we got there and the property management failed to let us know that. The communication with ECDI was useless. They knew there was no air and no one ever let us know what was going on. Aside from the ac issue the house is amazing and we would definitely recommend to others.

WE HAD A LARGE GROUP AND THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE STAYED IN AN ACTUAL HOUSE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The home was big, nicely decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and then some. Walk to beach was much shorter than we anticipated. With little ones, we were very grateful for the short walk. The ice machine was a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon’s and evening after a day at the beach. The outside shower was nice to have when cleaning off little ones and keeping sand in the house to a minimum. Home is close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend!

My extended family all had a wonderful time! The property managers were super quick to respond to our one and only issue of the pool being hazy due to some recent heavy rains. The ice machine is amazing for keeping all those coolers filled with your favorite drinks cold. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is so close to the beach but also sits back enough so you can get out and go shopping, get groceries or go to dinner without getting into too much front beach road traffic! I highly recommend this beach home!

Overall, the property was a great place to stay. My only suggestion would be to unlock the air conditioning unit so I could make it cooler in the house. It was very warm in the evenings trying to sleep and possibly add a ceiling fan to the back porch period. We definitely enjoyed it and would recommend to a friend.

We only ventured out to one restaurant because the kitchen at the house had everything we needed to make meals and maximize our beach time - crockpot, blender, coffee maker, etc. We loved having the extra living room upstairs for the kids to watch movies. We went on a "multi-family" vacation. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. It is a beautiful home with everythingyou need. The view from the upper balcony was gorgeous. This property was just what we expected. The property managers were very prompt to our needs. We were concerned about the location since there is a parking ramp right next door, but it was very private and quite. Being right across the beach was a bonus for our walks to see the sunset.

We checked into this home on our check in date at 4PM. We are PCB locals and rented this home so that we could stay together with family that were coming in from Michigan to celebrate my husband’s retirement from the US Navy, after 21 years of service.
Let me preface this by saying I run a vacation rental cleaning company so while I know I am more likely to notice cleaning issues, the issues I discovered upon check in were unacceptable and should have been caught with an inspection.
I reported the cleaning issues we discovered within 1 hour of check in. I let the property manager know that I wasn’t asking for anyone to be sent back out to address the issues but that there were cleaning issues that needed to be addressed for future cleans. Instead of simply apologizing and letting me know they would address the issues for future cleans, the Property Manager responded with “my report was unusual and this housekeeper has cleaned this house for 2.5 years and never received a complaint.” He pointed out the 4.9 star reviews to back this up. I was then told that since I own a cleaning company I should understand how difficult it is to have such great reviews if there are cleaning complaints and that my review history was “quite unusual”. After a few other statements I was told that “…4.9 starts is almost perfect but no one is perfect in this business.” Not once did this manager apologize for the cleaning issues, that I sent pictures of within an hour of check in. Instead, I got a combative response with reasons why my complaint wasn’t valid.
Side note, we put a 500 refundable deposit down to secure this rental. When I inquired about our deposit and when it would be returned, on the day of departure, I was told it would take 14-21 days. BUT If I were willing to forego the cleanliness issues I had at the property and give them a 5-star review they would happily refund my money quicker. So, maybe this is how this property has received so many glowing reviews with no mention of cleaning issues? On day 21, I still had not received my deposit back so I again emailed the property manager. I was told the house checked out with no issues and that the property manager had been on vacation but that it would be refunded.
I’m sure this review will get a combative response back as others have as well. The house was great and the location was amazing. I would not rent again due the Property Management company’s poor response to my emails.

Very nice home that is well stocked in a great location. Across the street from the beach, close to shopping (groceries, beach supplies, liquor, etc.). Private pool in the backyard was great for the kids.
5 stars for the house, but was disappointed in the slow and defensive response from property manager. I inquired about the availability of the pool heater the week prior to our stay and didn't get a response until day of check in (a prior review noted the pool heater wasn't working, management company didn't share that information). They were waiting on a part but would have been nice for them to at least acknowledge the question instead of no response. Additionally, no check in information was sent and only received after we finally found a phone number to call and request the code for access while parked at the property.

This property is as gorgeous as the pictures show. Great layout plenty of space for a large family group, extremely comfortable with a high quality finish it has everything you could need during your stay. We stayed for Ironman 2022 the run course was accross the road from us which made the location absolutely perfect. Plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. Great communication from start to finish. Would highly recommended and we'd love to stay again.

This is a wonderful vacation home! It looks just as good as the pictures! It was so nice to have our own personal pool on vacation even though the beach was just a short walk. The first two days we had trouble with the air on different floors but management sent someone out to work on it quickly each time. The house is conveniently located to places to eat and shop. All in all this is an excellent place to stay.

Walk to the beach was perfect. We had 4 children, 3 under 3, it was an easy trip to the beach. Outdoor shower & hose were really nice to wash off sand. Pool was on the small side, but it worked for us. The house had everything we could possibly need. Would most definitely stay in this home again, if it weren’t for the management company that handles the rental. First of all, be ware if you pay online with a credit card, you will be charged a hefty fee. I do not recall reading this anywhere until after I made my 1 payment. When they refund the security deposit they keep nearly $70 for the credit card fee, again.. This may be standard practice, however, it is the first time it has happened to us after many trips booked this way. Second, we had a pretty big storm pass through on our second night. It knocked out the internet. We called the number given to reach management. It took over 24 hrs to get a returned call. When we did, they said someone would come and look at it. No one came. We called every day we were there. Finally, the day before we left we called and asked for a supervisor to return our call. They never did. They did however send someone out. He was in our home for several hours. He did not fix the internet. We never heard from them again. It is understandable that they have no control over a storm, however the communication is TERRIBLE! We stayed 7 days and had wifi 2 days. We were unable to use the tvs and we were unable to work using our laptops. Again, there was zero communication with a supervisor and never an apology issued. Finally, upon leaving the rental, we left behind a very expensive infant item. I called & emailed right away asking if it could be returned at my expense. 24 hours, no response. Called again twice, finally got a reply. The person I spoke with promised to call house keeping and call or text me back. She never did either. I called again 4 days later, again I was told she would immediately return a call or text. Again, nothing. I finally emailed asking about the item as well as the refund of the security deposit. The reply I got was very sarcastic. I was informed the item will not be returned as that is a house keeping issue. I would give the home and location 5 stars. It was lovely, practical & comfortable. I would 100% book this home again if they were to change rental companies. I would give the rental company negative 5 stars. I will be sure to avoid renting from any of their properties in the future.

Great house & perfect location! A long block walk to the beach. … which was the best part! (we had 8 kids ages 4-12 and they could all easily walk back & forth) You can see the Pier sign from the balcony of the house. Bonus - No time trying to find parking at the beach. House is close enough to shops & restaurants to walk but yet not in the main street so it was quieter and less track going past. House was clean and well maintained. Property manager was nice and responsive.

Would say if you have a large group staying at the house you would need to bring extra towels. We had 16 people and we had to wash towels every day. Washer & dryer are on the smaller side.

We had a wonderful stay in November! Such a fantastic location one street over from the beach! We had no issues getting to the beach quickly with lots of kids and toys in tow. We couldn’t have been happier with this home. We appreciate clean rentals and this was very clean, well stocked with soap, starter Paper towels, toilet paper, towels and wash cloths, etc. House worked great with a large group of people, plenty of hot water, washer and dryer. We also appreciated the minimalistic decor, with little children we were able to block off the stairs easily and there was nothing they could get into or break at hands reach. Lovely new furniture. We paid to have to pool heated and we enjoyed using that everyday. Great stay!
