I enjoyed the rural setting
It was perfect for the month’s stay I needed before moving to Santa Fe permanently.

Very nice and well cared for condo. Love the country setting minutes from downtown.
From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The condo was clean and everything was available that we needed to spend our 14 days there. Our hosts were responsive and whenever we needed something they were quick to reply. What we especially liked was that it was out in the country but 6 minutes to downtown. One of our favorite things to do was to come back in the afternoon and sit on the porch outside having a beer and talking over our day. We were greeted with a bowl full of fruits and goodies, which later were added to by occasional gifts of vegetables from our hosts vegetable garden. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and full of light. We would definitely stay there again. For anyone who needs a good basic, clean, and cheerful space, with a good heater and air- conditioner, when needed, and a efficient kitchen for meals, this is it. We even had a fire one night when it cooled down. Hosts are occasionally on the property but are very discrete and only come by if you ask them for more supplies or if you have questions. For the price a win, win.

This was our second stay here. A wonderfully quiet place. The owners are accommodating and go all out to make sure guests are comfortable and have all they need. Spacious and clean. Fireplace. New kitchen has all you need. Nice bathroom with tub and storage. Comfortable bed. We will return.

I have stayed in many short term rentals, several in Santa Fe, and this was one of the most pleasant. My husband and I stayed here for about a week in August. It is in a quiet country setting, yet very close to town. The best organic food store of Santa Fe is a few minutes drive, or a bike ride away. The rental is a place unto itself with access to outdoor seating and garden areas, a deck, private parking, and has everything one could want in a home. The bathroom has a tub, storage space, and more. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen more than met our needs. The living room is large and has a fireplace. The owners were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. When we asked to extend our stay (twice) and then to check out late, they were accommodating. What most drew me was that the property provided us with a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of wonderful Santa Fe. It was a pleasure to come "home" at night and completely relax. I have no complaints about this property, and it is where we will return when we next visit Santa Fe...if there is availability. A gem of a place.
