About this apartment rental
This incredible one bedroom condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Canterbury at San Francisco is located at the heart of downtown San Francisco. This resort is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars at Union Square, an two blocks from the city's world famous car system. The car system can take you to the golden gate bridge, fisherman's wharf, and china town. The resort has a fitness center, computer room, and game room.
The condo available for rent is a one bedroom condo. The condo comes with a partial kitchen with an electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator, cookware and dishes. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom. The living room has a couch that turns into a queen size sofa sleeper with a flat screen TV. There are complimentary laundry rooms on each floor of the resort building.
The rental is for the entire condo unit. The resort amenities are shared by all resort condos.
Parking is not included with the rental. Nearby self-parking is available at Butterick Garage (840 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94109). Compact and Standard vehicles are $40.00 per night and oversize vehicles are $50.00 per night with in/out privilege. All rates expire at 1PM on day of check out.
The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.
The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

This property is absolutely fantastic. Walkable to just about everything SanFran has to offer. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable after a day of exploring the city. The host, Michael, was very helpful throughout the process and very friendly. I would book this stay again in a heartbeat!

Firstly, the location was just about perfect. You were a 10 minute walk from just about everything you could possibly want. The building was clean and the staff were excellent. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The amenities were good and had most everything you could need. We only had two minor complaints – the walls are thin. Thankfully we were at the end of the hall so it didn’t bother us so much but if you were closer to the elevator it would be considerably noisy. Secondly, the bedroom was huge so there was plenty of space to put a king bed in there. Instead, they had a queen and if you are someone who is used to a king bed, it felt a little cramped. But overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The common spaces at the Wyndham were very nice, however, the 1 bedroom suite was in need of attention. On our first night, the closet door fell off. The drapery pull in the bedroom did not open on one side and the bedroom was very tiny with no room for our luggage. The bathroom, kitchette and living room were quite small but nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated all the information provided prior to check in (about what to say when checking in since it's a timeshare property... We avoided having anyone try to sell us a timeshare :)- yay!). The location was fantastic, the 1 bedroom suite was PERFECT for us and our teenager, we LOVED having the free laundry on the floor, the suite was very comfortable and well appointed, and the staff at the resort were super helpful. We would most definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice and affordable property for all of the amenities. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite free of charge and the room was very nice and clean. Good location and getting in and out was relatively easy, considering you're in a busy area of SF.

Everything about this property is top notch and we had an amazing stay. Matt was friendly and very responsive to all communications. He even got us an AMAZING upgrade!! Check in was a breeze, and our room was, by far, the best we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was modern and seemed new, all of the staff were nice and extremely helpful and the concierge was available via text for any questions or needs. We asked for a later checkout time to accommodate our flight and they said no problem. We will stay here for all future SF trips!

Great stay in San Francisco
The room was much nicer than we expected and really functioned as a one bedroom apartment. Loved having a washer and dryer in the room and laundry soap was provided. The pull out couch had a nice padded cover so that made it more comfortable than usual. Two TV’s and bathrooms also were a plus. Only negative I can think of was super minor, the bathroom door in the bedroom only had a door to the toilet and not into the shower area, but alas, that was a minor esthetic issue. Also, the location was great and easy to Uber around from. Loved the Italian and pub nearby for food.

Wonderful Stay!
Beautiful facility in the heart of the city. Our room was meticulously outfitted and very clean. Staff attentive and professional, but the "concierge" greeting booth is mainly a soft-sell time share pitch station -- can skip that welcome and head for the elevators.
At this location you are close to BART and the cable car turnaround, as well as many nice little pubs and restaurants. Market on Bush just up the street is a great place to stock your kitchenette. We would happily stay here again!

A great base for a SF vacation
We were thrilled with this choice of lodging for our family vacation to SF. It was centrally located, the room was very comfortable, and the kids loved being able to unwind in the rec room after we dragged them all over the city. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Family trip to SF
Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a great visit. Was nice to have kitchen facilities for the family and my kids enjoyed the game room. We were able to walk to many attractions. Parking was more than noted in the description but that’s a challenge throughout the city. Overall, great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you!!

The reasons I gave it 4 stars-road noise, bring a good set of ear plugs. Not much you can do about this in a big city. Remember this is a time share and you will get the hard push to do one of their selling pitches. Other than that the place is clean, well stocked with towels etc. it was comfortably furnished. The staff was polite and friendly
