About this house rental

This mid-town Key West home is recently refreshed with light colors and beautiful British Colonial furnishings. It features three bedrooms and three baths. The open living/kitchen area is decorated with light colored walls with striking tropical tones in the accent furnishings and tile, and soft fabrics. The dining room is outside in the attached pavilion.

Each of the bedrooms opens to a different part of the yard, extending the private space for each bedroom outside as well. The master bedroom opens to the pool area with two walls of French doors and windows. The master bath features a large tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is freshly painted with cool green tones and Key West art set to inspire. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be also be made as a king. Villa Paradiso is in a very quiet residential neighborhood in close proximity to the beaches on the south side of the island. It is an easy bike ride to Duval Street and even closer to the Casa Marina area. A retreat vacation spot. Bedding: 2 kings, 2 twin beds

This villa was such an amazing surprise! The layout was wonderful and you felt like you were in your own private oasis. We shared the villa with my daughter and her husband and my grandson and his wife. They enjoyed having their own bathrooms and the pool. We certainly didn’t want to leave and look forward to returning.

This location was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We loved having a bedroom and bath for each couple. This allowed for privacy and togetherness. The place was decorated fabulously and the location perfect to downtown Key West. Love the little pool out back. Only complaint was that the waterfall in the pool was on a timer and ran until 3 am which was loud and made sleeping difficult for the couple in the back bedroom. The waterfall went back on at 8 am. The pillows on all the beds were memory foam which were very hard and caused stiff necks in the morning. We love that the location was gated and easy to get into and out of. We had an issue with someone coming by regarding his attempt to rent the place but was scammed, but we called the management company and were assured that they would handle the issue which was really out of their hands.

Wonderful time. We had around a 6” rain fall and we were battling the water from not coming into the house. Big shower systems in both of the master bathrooms were just a pain trying to work because of some parts not working and to have to navigate all the parts just to take a shower was ridiculous. Overall, lovely house and a wonderful layout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean, thoughtfully laid out home. The pool was a huge factor and we made great use of it! The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The neighborhood is quiet, but you're a quick ride to Duval or the beach. We had a problem with the air conditioning, it stopped working, but they responded very quickly and someone came out within 2 hours and fixed it. Problems happen but what matters is how they're addressed, and we were completely satisfied. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again!!

May Annual family vacation. Rental car is needed or you will be Uber everywhere however paying for parking is pricey and finding places to park is hard. Rental was prefect. !! Pool Was a bonus. Bugs were awful but owners fault.

We were surprised how well the floor plan worked, using every inch of space available to optimize flow and ergonomics. Everything was clean and we had more than everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and entertain two other couples. The pool was perfect and private! we felt like we were living outside only without bugs and with airtcondioning. The only suggestions would be to add two chairs to the living room to watch movies and Basketyball with all 6 of us (the house sleeps 6), we needed extra pillows --the beds w3re gfr3at but the opillows were flat and there were only pillows per Kind size bed..lastly there was every accesory possible excepyt we needed shampoo and conditioner...an oversight...

We came down from Maine for a family wedding and spent some extra time here. The house was a perfect set up for 6 adults. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great time there.

Great location! Only a mile from Duval Street. Pool was great - not very big but still enough room to hang out with a group of people. The landscaping in the front of the property was beautiful but the back needs some tlc. The bedrooms are good sized. The bathroom in the big biggest bedroom could use a bigger/another exhaust fan. It steams up instantly when the shower is on. Our A/C went out but the property management company had someone there within 15 minutes to fix it. It could use a bigger couch or more chairs in the living room as there is only enough seating for 5 people. This was our first time in Key West and didn’t realize how bad the bugs are. Wear insect repellent!

This house was perfect for three couples and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well stocked (full kitchen, spices, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). The location was serene and quiet and the courtyard and pool were a perfect place to cool off. We would love to come back!

1 minute bike ride to sunrise and 5 minutes to Duval. This was a great property the house was perfect for us and another couple. Rented bikes to explore in the mornings and evenings parked downtown for local entertainment and dinner. Higgs beach close by for some sun. Property itself was beautiful with the private pool area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for my husband, me and our two adult sons. Great location, house and location great. Only complaint was the weather! Any questions or issues were promptly taken care of. Jan was extremely helpful to us when the tropical storm arrived.

Layout of bedrooms was great and loved having 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms were of good size and loved the mini pool. Nice closets and full laundry room. Location was close to town and beaches without being too close to the crazy. Street felt very safe. Beds were a bit hard and master bathroom shower needs some repairs. Drain cover is broken and privacy film was missing in some areas. Loved the outside covered patio and dining table. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book again.

We traveled to Key West for the week for our brothers wedding and had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. All of the planned fishing charters were cancelled so we had many of the wedding guests over for an impromptu lunch and swim -it was the perfect home to entertain in and also very homey and accommodating. We hope to make this a yearly tradition and stay in this home again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The biting bugs outside made the (only) dining area unbearable. The requested twin to king conversion was not completed until the day after our arrival after a phone call. The floors needed to be mopped. Very dirty.

There were five of us and we were very comfortable with enough room for all of us. Kitchen and house were well equipped. We used the grill one night and enjoyed the pool. Management company was friendly and helpful. I found the bed a little hard and the towels were a little rough., but neither were a big deal. We really enjoyed the house and our time there. The location was good and we used Uber and biked everywhere. Great to be so close to Higgs Beach too.

Amazing Key West Getaway

We loved this property and only have great things to say about it. It was our annual family holiday where we book a unique rental home/location. This ranked very high on everyone’s list. We loved the separated bedrooms and the main open living/kitchen with the outdoor dining and bar. Pool was the perfect size to relax, beautiful sun in the mid day. Great location near the beach and close to everything a quick drive away. Would love to come back!
