About this house rental
Come spend your vacation at our beautiful shore house and enjoy the beach and boardwalk that are literally steps away. This five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath condo is perfect for one very large family or two families looking to split the cost. There are two master suites. One of the master suites is located on the first floor, and it has a king-sized bed, TV, its own private full bath and shower and spacious walk-in closet.
The second floor consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, powder room and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed. This floor also has access to our deck from which you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine and also watch the fireworks every Friday night at 10:00 p.m.
The third floor has a bedroom with twin beds, a second bedroom with a bunk bed with the bottom bunk being a full-sized bed. There is a full bath and shower on this floor. The other master suite is on this floor as well. The master suite contains a king-sized bed, a TV, its own master bathroom with shower stall and a massive walk-in closet.
There is a garage to store all of your beach gear. There is a hose in the garage. You can use the hose to rid yourself and your gear of the sand from the beach, but we also ask that you take advantage of the new showers North Wildwood has installed on every entrance to the beach.
Outside the garage there is also a parking pad for ONE car only. A parking pass will also be available that allows you to park at a meter without having to pay or move your car. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO LEAVE THE PARKING PASS ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER AT THE END OF YOUR STAY! Thank you.
As stated previously, the house is literally steps from the Boardwalk and all the rides and attractions that the boardwalk has to offer, as well as the beautiful, free North Wildwood beach.
North Wildwood offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, bars and clubs for your entertainment, not to mention all the fun water activities that are synonymous with a shore vacation. There is also two water parks on the boardwalk, as well as bike rentals and plenty of miniature golf courses. There is an 18 hole Chip and Putt course located just outside of Wildwood across the Rio Grande Bridge, and you are only a short car ride away from a few regulation golf courses.
The island also has an abundance of food stores such as Acme and Wawa, along with smaller type stores and Rite Aid and CVS, among others.
Other amenities include cable tv, WiFi and Central Air. Our kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. There is also an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage for all of your overflow food and drinks.
This unit is smoke-free. No pets allowed. Families only. Primary renter must be at least 26 years old. No parties or events at the house.

The house couldn’t have been any nicer! I’ve been renting in Wildwood for 20 years and this was by far the nicest one I’ve stayed in. The house was clean, well stocked and extremely close to the boardwalk and beach. I highly recommend this house for all families!

Awesome location right next to the boardwalk and one of the most popular piers. Short trek to one of the nicest beaches in N. Wildwood. The home was clean and welcoming and the owners were easy to work with.

Upon arrival my family and I were pleasantly surprised as the home looks even better than the pics in person. It was clean and well stocked. We’ve stayed at many beach houses in Wildwood and this one has offered the best location. With all the little touches and decor throughout the home you can tell the owners truly care about creating a comfortable home away from home. We really appreciated some beach items such as chairs being made available for our use. If you are considering renting this unit, go ahead and hit the “book” button as you aren’t likely to find a better value this close to the boardwalk.

Excellent property, was perfect for all 11 of us (6 adults, 5 children).
The owners were great, very accommodating and informative. The house itself was plenty big for our extended family vacation and very clean. The location couldn’t be better being right next to the boardwalk and beach! Hope to return next summer!

Excellent property
Just returned from a week at this property with by kids and grandkids (11 in all). It was clean, spacious, steps from boardwalk & beach and equipped with everything we needed. So nice that you could come and go from your blanket at the beach to the house for forgotten items, a snack, or an afternoon nap! The neighborhood is great and all conveniences nearby. My family has been coming together to rent in north wildwood for the last 12 years this is the first house we are considering booking for next year. We had a great time at this rental. It was clean and it was a great location. The owners were so kind and communication was great. We really could not say anything negative about this house it was perfect for our family(we had 6 adults and 4 small children who just adored the place) it was spacious and close to the beach . We would definitely consider renting this place again!

Couldn’t be closer to the boardwalk! Not in the area of Wildwood where you have to walk a mile before you reach the water. The walk to the ocean was easy. Two refrigerators, nice for a big family.. Super comfortable sectional. Very responsive owners. 3 beach chairs provided and boogie boards and yellow wheeled transport cart made it easy to load up for the beach. Big families may need to bring more chairs and umbrella(s). Ample kitchen items ( dishes, pots, pans, utensils). Thermostat on both main and upper level. Would definitely return!

The property was beautiful and well kept. The location was perfect for us on the same block as the boardwalk as we were on the boards each and every night. The home was large enough for our 3 families to enjoy without getting in each other's way and was very comfortable. We grew up in Wildwood and come back each year for one week to visit. This condo could be our forever rental.

Beautiful accommodations
We loved our family stay in August. The house was beautiful and loved all the decor and even the personalized welcome sign. It’s a great location to everything you would need for the week such as boardwalk, grocery, putt putt and much more. We decided to visit the beach a block away since the sand on 24th wasn’t too nice. It would of been nice if the rental came with some type of cart to be able to wheel things back and forth to the beach. We look forward to renting this property again in the future.

Great location!
This was our first time staying at this house after several years of coming to Wildwood. Our family just got too big to fit in a 3 bedroom condo! There was plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen was very spacious - enough for two people to be in there at the same time. The location can't be beat- less than a block to the boardwalk and nearly to the first pier once you are on the boardwalk. The owners, Joe and Carolyn were very responsive to any questions.
We'll probably be making this our new yearly spot!
