Great property, nice pool and close to everything! Short distance to the lake, London Bridge, and shopping. Rented a pontoon boat and explored the lake. Highly recommend this property for those who want to explore the area!

We booked this just about last minute and had more guests than the max limit. They kindly agreed to let us bring the extra guest . The check In process was extremely easy and the entire house did not disappoint. The decor was unique and beautiful and so was the backyard . The kids had fun in the pool while we bbq and played music on the bluetooth speakers outside. Anything we could have needed or the little odds and ends we tend to forget they had stocked for us. I would 100 percent stay there again . We definitely made some family memories for the books there. Thank you for sharing your home with us .

We all enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything is clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this home for a family stay at the river. The property manager answered all questions via text before our stay. For a first time experience renting a home, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This house was great. We have stayed at numerous homes in Havasu and none have ever been as well stocked. the patio and pool area where amazing.. The Southwestern motives throughout the hose give it great character. Communication with the owner was great. From now on whenever we go to the lake we will be staying here as long as it is available.

Great location!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house, and we loved it as much as the 1st time. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament and one last boating trip for the season. We love the convenience of everything nearby. The baseball field was just minutes away, Windsor launch ramp just minutes away, and restaurants close by, too. We love how welcoming and clean it feels the minute you walk in! We’ll definitely be staying here again next season!

We booked this house last minute for a weekend getaway with our family. We were very pleased with everything about this rental, very clean and welcoming. It’s exactly as described, a Santa Fe style house. Danielle is very friendly, and was very responsive. The house is pet friendly with an amazing size back yard, cute little pool, with a beach entry, perfect for hanging out in, and for the kids to jump in after a day of boating. Just wish the pool light was working, but this didn’t stop my kids from swimming. The weather was inviting for us to enjoy BBQ’ing out back, while watching a movie on their outdoor tv. Overall we loved this rental! Perfect 1 for 2 families, it’s a great floor plan with lots of space inside and out.

Property was very nice and well taken care of. Pool was a bit smaller than what pictures showed but mostly we were there for the lake! Plenty well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Sheets were missing for fold out couch and pillow cases on beds but owner handled very quickly to get us sheets. We had a great time!

Are time in this house was very nice and relaxing. Yes the pool is in the small side but didn’t bother us. The house was so cozy and we felt welcomed. The outside where we spend most of are time was great the sunsets there are amazing and there was sitting for everyone and the gas grill was nice too. My family and I had so much, would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great house. Nice big family area, big functioning kitchen, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, good showers. Our whole family lived comfortably in this house, and we enjoyed playing in the pool and cooking together. It has all the amenities you could want, and the host was very friendly and responsive.

This is a great property with lots of extras. We are always concerned about cleanliness but this property was perfect. We had an issue with glass outside as previous renters broke a glass table, however, the owner talked to us about it when we reported it and really apologized. I wish he did a bit more to get it cleaned up but I also understand that it is hard to do over the weekend.

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is definitely one of the best! It is by far the best stocked rental ever. Anything you need is there! It was super clean and Danielle was great to work with. We had a group of 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. We would definitely book again 🙂

Very clean and comfortable property with all the amenities that you need when you are away. Beautiful back yard, pool area and covered patio, no reason to ever be inside. Property owners where very easy to communicate with and where quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Beautiful home close to shopping and the lake. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and back yard has tables and BBQ for outdoor dining. Big screen TV outside for entertaining. All the bedrooms nicely furnished with comfy beds and TV's in every bedroom. Pet friendly owners. Our whole family joined us for Thanksgiving and we all had a great time. Can't wait to go back!

This is the perfect home if you want to be comfortable and feel right at home. Great backyard with a pool to relax and BBQ after a day on the lake. Close to the launch. Very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of room for your family. The home is completely stocked. The owners are fantastic to work with and very responsive. We will be back for sure! The perfect house for our families stay. The home is laid out and decorated beautifully. We brought our own supplies but had we forgot something it wouldn't of been a problem. There was everything from towels to trash bags to dish soap, there is even a Keurig with a full supply of coffee. The back yard is beautiful! We enjoyed the use of the bbq and couldn't keep the kids out of the pool. It was a perfect environment for sitting outside sipping on drinks, and enjoying the warmth of the evening.
