About this house rental
We think you'll love our mountain home as much as we do! It's in a great location, Grand Park (Fraser CO), with easy access to all the activities you enjoy.
Our new home has everything you need for a great getaway. The kitchen is not only beautiful with high end granite counters and appliances, but is also stocked with just about everything you can think of including pots and pans, cutlery, small electrics (4 slice toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, stick blender, Belgian waffle maker, panini grill), electric griddle, Ninja blender, etc. We have dinnerware, flatware, drinkware (18+ settings), fine china plates for holiday and special dinners. Our pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices.
There is plenty of seating for dining (15+). Our large dining table easily seats 8, and up to 10 or more with the built in leaf. The kitchen island seats 3, and there is a small game table in the great room that can seat another 4 people.
In the bedrooms you'll find all new mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of new towels for everyone.
There are flat screen, smart TVs throughout our home with cable television and DVD/Blue Ray players. And we offer free wifi access.
Our great room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have plenty of family board games and dvds for your entertainment.
Upstairs in the loft area we have a cocktail table arcade game with all your favorite retro classics like Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Centipede, Frogger and more!
Finally at the end of the day you can relax in our 7-person hot tub.
We're located just minutes away from world-class skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts, snow mobile rentals, Fraser Tubing Hill, snow-shoeing and there's access to hundreds of acres of groomed cross-country trails practically right out your front door.
In the summer enjoy Winter Park's Alpine Slide, horse-back riding, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, golf, fishing, nearby lakes for paddle boarding. Also Winter Park is home to many great festivals throughout the summer and into the fall, and you'll be treated to free outdoor concerts every week.
We have a grocery store less than a mile away and great shops and restaurants, too. There's even a Rec Center within walking distance to our home, along with a cinema and bowling alley!

In Winter Park for a family wedding in Granby. Wonderful home. Very comfortable.

This is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at! The prior reviews aren't kidding when they say the kitchen is fully stocked. They even have fire starters and marshmallow sticks for the fire pit! We were three families with 3 4-yr olds and it is super kid friendly too. There was even a basket of toys in the living room! The beds are super comfy, the location is great. I honestly can't think of a single negative. I even met the next door neighbor and she was the nicest lady ever. We'll definitely be back next year.

This home is gorgeous! The views are amazing, the home is full stocked with anything you may need and very clean. And the beds are super comfortable. Can’t beat the location either! We would definitely stay here again!

home was located in a nice neighborhood, close to Murdochs, Safeway and brewery. the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a real plus. the hot tub was a great size and worked perfectly. nice to use after 18 holes of golf and hiking.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this property! Three couples plus our toddlers/babies and we were comfortable in the three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Great location just a short drive from restaurants, shops, etc. with beautiful open space behind the house. Our little ones loved playing outside in the gravel around the fire pit and riding scooters in the cul -de-sac. The kitchen also had plastic cups, plates, and silverware perfect for the kiddos. The hot tub was great for the adults!

The home decor was so beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I need to find out where Lynn bought her comforter because I want them for my home! The hot tub and cocktail arcade game created many memories for our kids age 12-22. The first thing our 20 something's did when they got in the house was put together a puzzle Lynn had set out on the entertainment center. The house is in a perfect location between Winter Park and Grand Lake. I have to mention the Monarch Lake Trail. It was our family's first mountain trail and it was picture perfect! I believe we took 200 pictures over the 4 mile hike! The trail from Fraser to Winter Park was a nice walk for my Husband and I as well. We are so grateful and truely enjoyed staying in the home Lynn has created for guests and hope to be able to visit again in the near future!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The owner thought of everything. We could have shown up with only our clothes and had everything we needed. The home is very spacious and welcoming. The hot tub was a nice extra at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

The best part is the huge bedrooms and separate TVs for everyone, all kids were happy! The hot tub was wonderful after playing in the snow all day. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We had 10 people stay at this house. Had a great time! Great location for skiing. We ended up just driving our own cars so did not use the shuttle. Everyone had a bed which was nice:). Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was very well stocked....maybe just need a few more coffee mugs:) The beds were very comfortable. The fire was an added bonus because you just flip a switch and it’s on! The owner Lynn was great and always responded very quickly to my emails and questions. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come again!
