About this house rental

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome is located at the top of Winter Park Ranch, giving it some of the best views in town! It is on the bus route to Winter Park Ski Area and not far from Ski Granby Ranch. The location couldn't be better for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and biking. There's a game room with darts and foosball table and multiple living rooms. There's a Wii with big brain challenge, sports, play and family game night. For the summer, there is a great yard with two sets of horseshoe pits, corn hole and washers and a grill for great BBQs. The Pole Creek and Headwaters golf courses are a short drive away. The Headwaters of the Colorado river provides great fishing, as do Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes. There is also great deer and elk hunting in Grand County, with an owner willing to point you to the sweet spots.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bunk beds in case the kids need to be close by and it has its own deck with unbelievable views of Byers Peak. The master bath is newly remodeled with in floor tile heat. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms with baths and a full bedroom plus a day bed with trundles makes room for 10. There is a crib for the little ones, and a pack and play. The kitchen is well appointed with everything a gourmet cook could need. TV's are either smart tv's or have Roku sticks, no standard TV service is available. High Speed Wireless internet . On the Fraser moose migratory route!
The second living room in the basement has a large sectional and a big flat screen with a Wii. Shared hot tub.

Pets are allowed, but limited to 2. There is a $250 pet fee. If the party is to capacity(10) then only one pet is allowed. If the pet fee is not paid and guests have pets that fee will be taken out of the damage deposit.

I reserve the right to accept or decline reservations based on length of stay, check in or out dates(to be considerate of my cleaner on holidays) or special events in the area.

The property has a Short term rental permit that limits occupancy to 10 and guest are required to abide by the "Being a Good Neighbor" policy set by the Grand county short term rental department. For your safety there is a video camera by the front door that records the parking lot and entrance.

My family stayed here during our visit to Granby. The host responded quickly when I had questions and was friendly. It was easy to find and check-in. The space was great! Everyone had a place to sleep and there was space for privacy for all. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning with my coffee and looking at the mountains and listening to the wild birds chirping. It was so peaceful! The unit was clean and well cared for. All the bathrooms were convenient and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking our meals. The location is great with easy access to everything in the valley. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future

The main floor common area was great. Open and amazing views. The basement layout is a bit odd with one bedroom open to the way outside and to the hot tub, with no door.

This is our fifth Christmas to spend in a Frazier VRBO, and this one is the best! Great location, clean, incredibly spacious, and perfectly stocked. We loved everything about this place! Thank you Mike for a wonderful vacation.

This is a very nice property. It's well kept, and very spacious. It was perfect for our party of six. There are numerous bedrooms, and each bedroom has a bathroom. I loved the basement area. It has a game room, and an additional living area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was perfect!

We stayed here for a ski trip to Winter Park. The property had everything we wanted, and plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes.

We were so pleased with this property! It was spacious and comfortable for the eight of us (all adults) and all our ski gear. The kitchen was plenty big and outfitted with enough cookware for us to prepare and enjoy several meals at the property. The bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas are well appointed; the washer and dryer are especially welcomed. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking! The location is great; close enough to easily drive to town and the local Safeway, but far enough away to be away from traffic and congestion. If you are skiing, the parking lots for Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane are less than a 20 minute drive. Bus stops for public transit are also close by (although we didn't use them). Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Our host Mike has done a great job providing instructions throughout the property for trash, climate control, fire place, etc. so little was left to chance. All-in-all, we had a great weekend that was made so much better because we had a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely consider booking this property again, winter or summer.

There was plenty of room to spread out on the different levels. The main level was cozy and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook. Mike was responsive immediately to a message. We had no issues what so ever. There are stairs to all but 1 bedroom, not a problem for us but good to know if you are staying. The location felt remote but close to town. Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again. Great experience.

We loved the condo, enjoyed the quiet area and beautiful views in the morning. The space was really perfect for 3-4 couples. Private bath and room for each of us. Mike was very easy going and great to deal with. Our only complaint was cleanliness of the place. We all thought the comforters smelled like they hadn’t been laundered in awhile. Sheets and towels seemed clean but we did a load of laundry day 1 to make sure. Same with the spare blankets in the closets, they were clearly not laundered before we checked in, so my only call out was cleanliness.

All I can say is wow! This place has a great layout, very spacious and roomy, the outdoor area is the best!!! We were able to contact the owner with questions and he responded immediately. We brought our 2 dogs with us and it was really comfortable. We would stay here again and again

A three generation eleven person family annual ski trip fit very nicely in this condo. The dining and living room was comfortable for all. Plus everyone had a space for solitude if so desired. We would choose this condo again.

Mike was wonderful and very responsive before, during and after our stay. Nicest guy! The house is great - it's large and nice but not so nice that you're afraid to touch anything. The layout is great for a large group because of the different levels and multiple living areas. The location is the best part - the views are beautiful and it's very private. We will go back and take the whole family this time!

Moose Crossing was just as listed, 4 sleeping areas with extra trundles. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but knives could use a good sharpening. Hot tub and grill were great and used frequently.

We loved our stay at Mikes home. We had a family of 8 plus two young kids. The crib and highchair in the cabin made it possible to stay away from home without trying to travel with those necessities. We cooked dinner almost each night and the full kitchen and ample amount of seating were also great for a big family! The location is just a short drive or free bus ride on the "Lift" buses to Winter Park resort where we spent much of our time. After a long day we were happy to have font porch storage for all of our gear and a hot tub to wind down in. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is awesome for 12 people. Plenty of room for everyone! Easy access in and out. Very clean and well kept. Mike even shoveled the snow for us before we arrived back to the house in the afternoon. I would stay here again! Highly recommend!
