Everything you would expect from a 5 star VRBO stay
Communication was great! The home included many nice features and plenty of space. The home upgrade and repairs that are being done currently will enhance your place. I enjoyed your well appointed kitchen and the extras that you supplied in case someone forgot a product
Thank you for a nice place to stay in Nashville

Absolutely wonderful!
The home was outstanding. Kitchen and shared spaces were more than enough room for ten people. Host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
Recently stayed here for a bachelor party. The house comfortably slept 10 of us, was very well appointed, and was extremely convenient to downtown and other area attractions like Germantown and Top Golf. With that said the difference here is the Owner who was incredibly responsive and went well out of his way to make sure we have a great experience. I highly recommend this and would stay here again in a second.

Excellent house close to downtown, very good landlord
The house was extremely nice, we had a group of 14 stay there. Daniel was very easy to work with and had plenty of insight on things to do while visiting Nashville. If you are traveling to Nashville I would recommend this place over any other for your stay.

Didn't meet expectations
Biscuit Love is a great brunch option!!
Owner was nice, and we had good communication leading up to the trip. Unfortunately, upon arriving, I was shocked at the condition the house was in. Grass was up to my knees. The grill was dripping with grease; the grill pan/bucket was overflowing with grease. The house hadn't been cleaned: the carpets weren't vacuumed (dog hairs throughout), the bathrooms weren't cleaned (toilets and tubs especially), there were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker (which had mold growth on it), hinges on all but one of the cabinets in the living room were broken, the kitchen faucet was very loose, and there was trash in various parts of the house.
It's a shame because it's a nice, big house. The 5 star reviews didn't have me prepared for the condition the house was in.
Maybe a one-time slip up by the owner...Either way, things aren't always as the appear.
To be fair, the owner did express his disappointment in the condition of the house and tried to make things right.

A+ Experience
You get exactly what you pay for in this mansion in downtown Nashville. Our group was completely satisfied by the superb level of communication and comfort during our stay! The pictures and description accurately depict the home, and the amount we paid was worth every cent. I highly recommend this VRBO and Daniel Lewis. Our group had an ideal weekend, and this home played a major part!

Fantastic experience! Would stay again!
We had a chance to come to Nashville and stay here on a bachelor weekend. The experience was fantastic. The location was close to downtown and you could walk there if you choose to. The house was great and accommodated all of us perfectly. And the owner was so helpful and willing to answer any questions I had during our stay. 5 out of 5 stars, for sure.

Great time
Couldn't have asked for a better Nashville experience with this house. We had 16 guys staying for a weekend and the house is so big it never felt crowded at all. Daniel answered every question we had and even left a fridge full of beer for us when we got there. The uber rides were only $5-$6 to get downtown and you're there in less than 5 mins.

We had a blast!
I stayed here for my cousins bachelorette party with 16 girls. The place had plenty of room for air mattresses and for everyone to get ready! Daniel was always helpful with questions we had before the stay and while we were there. Staying in a house was so much better than staying in a hotel and I would definitely do it this way again!

Excellent!
Everything about our stay was perfect! We were a larger group of mothers and daughters ranging from age 60 to 9 and Daniel's home met our every need. The 4 bedrooms and huge family room upstairs provide ample sleeping space and the kitchen is very well equipped. Daniel was also wonderful to work with. The Nashville Farmer's Market and restaurants in Germantown were easily within walking distance. Downtown is also walkable for those who don't mind a mile or so. We used Lyft to travel to Broadway and back home multiple times and I highly recommend their service as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect for a group getaway
Stayed for a long weekend with 8 guys on a golf trip. Ideally located close to downtown ($5 Uber ride can't be beat). Easy to get in and out made it perfect for accessing the courses in the suburbs everyday and back without issue. Plenty of space to sleep and relax after a long day. Would recommend it to anyone taking a group to Nashville! Daniel was responsive and great to work with. Answered questions promptly!
Thanks!

Fantastic Group Home 8min from Downtown
I have nothing but positives from our stay this past weekend. Location and layout were just as described in the pictures and everything was well maintained. Perfect for large groups like bachelor/bachelorette parties to stay. It was literally a $5 Uber ride to downtown Nashville. If you want to have a great time this is the way to go. Daniel took care of us with any questions that we had and was very responsive. I have already recommended to other friends and family that are thinking about visiting Nashville.
Great job Daniel and thank you!

Great location and wonderful home
We had a group of ten folks in town for a mini-reunion and to explore Nashville. Daniel was a great host: he addressed all concerns up front, had the home completely prepared for us, offered tons of recommendations since we were new to the area, and also was flexible with our schedule. Great host.
The home is really gorgeous. It's remarkably spacious and has multiple spaces to entertain larger groups of people. All of the amenities in the home are also completely modernized, easy-to-use and great for almost anything you would need.
I'd definitely recommend this spot.
5.0 / 5.0
I had a great experience for my Bachelorette Party this past weekend. Daniel was super easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. We had 10 girls stay in the house. There was plenty of room for us to get ready and hang out together. Perfect for a group trip and the location was awesome. It was only about 5 minutes to downtown Nashvegas. I would definitely recommend this place to any other groups instead of renting hotel rooms. No complaints. :)
