About this house rental

Amazing new custom home with everything you need to treat yourself. Glamorous finishes including more chandeliers than you can count, gourmet kitchen, spectacular entertainment areas in the private courtyard/ pool area and rooftop deck. Lay back and relax in your lounge chairs on the grass and listen to the pool waterfalls sweep you into a state of relaxation. Take your party to the roof top deck for a night cap or yard games surrounded by Miami style furnishings that make any party posh!

The space

Soaring 10 foot ceilings, 3 floors with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Master suite with double sided fire place and soaking tub. Gourmet kitchen. Indoor grill area with 4 chandeliers turning the hallway into gourmet glamor. 4’ Double sliders that open over the tranquil pool and sunning area. The 3rd floor opens onto a artificial grassed rooftop yard on half of the space and deck with Miami style sofa and table and chair set. Watch a movies under the stars or play a game of giant yard Yahtzee! Do it undisturbed in your own private house just 2 miles from broadway. A 35 foot glass enclosed staircase will take your breath away as the multi floor chandelier glistens inviting you to explore multiple floors.

Head out poolside and take an insta photo or Snapchat under our giant Nashville sign that finished off the pool/courtyard area.

Need a getaway from your guests? Grab a book and relax on the front porch in the custom Carolina hanging bed.

This is luxury that will have you begging to just stay home.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal and plan a dinner party for 12 people. The bedroom, bathrooms, and showers are presented as a boutique hotel with towels, soap, bath bombs, bath salts, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Pool towels.

The rooftop has lounge chairs, outdoor sectional, a table, yard dice, and corn hole. That are available to guests.

The house has built-in speakers in the master bed/bathroom, living/ dining room, 30’ hallway to the pool, and rooftop. Please download the Sonos app and connect to the WiFi. Each room has a volume control to adjust the volume.

House is beautiful. Location close to downtown, however not in ideal location. Dogs barking at all hours of the night, and vagrants hanging out in ftont of house on street Took ubers everywhere for closeby.

4 adult couples -plenty of space - well stocked with the essentials and lotsa extra fun surprises! Easy to find an Uber to get around as need be- and there is so much to see & do just a few miles away! Street is a mix of homes that have been upgraded/re-modeled and some in need still but area felt safe and once you step inside this home you get totally caught up in it’s fun spaces that all felt very private and comfy. Spacious clean and a very well “hosted” place!

Very nice place. Need to Uber to Broadway street, to far to walk. We were not able to start the grill and it was extremely dirty The pool was nice and clean. Great space for a group.

I travelled to Nashville for my 50th birthday with 10 of my closest girlfriends. We are a fussy group of women that all have very high standards. There wasn’t a single person in the group with a single complaint. The location was a short ride to everywhere but just far enough away to be quiet when we needed some downtime. We all felt completely safe at all times. Jason was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again if I ever returned without a single doubt. The pictures do not give this unit justice you will not regret staying here!

Large and roomy, great private pool area. The whole family of 11 individuals had plenty of space to enjoy the house and pool because it was hot outside in mid July. Close enough to Broadway.

We had a great time staying at Buena Vista! Jason was very accommodating and easy to reach whenever we had questions and during check-in/out. The property was clean and well maintained. There were five couples and we loved hanging out by the heated pool and around the massive kitchen island. Neighborhood was quiet but would not recommend walking anywhere. It was easy to get an Uber/Lyft and downtown was a short ride away. Would stay again!

The house exceeded our expectations for my wife's 50th. Plenty of room for 4 couples to relax. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had during our trip. Added bonus is we never had to wait to long for an Uber to pick us up. Highly recommend for your upcoming adventure to Nashville.

We stayed here for a 40th birthday trip. We had multiple adult couples with us. This house is adorable! It was easy to get downtown. And none of us thought the neighborhood was bad. We even walked to the grocery store without any trouble.

Great house! Jason and Sara have a beautiful home and a great eye for decor. The home experience felt warm and inviting. My friends and I spent a lot of time in the yard and kitchen area. If I am going to be picky, the Sonos system did not work, but the Harmon Portable speaker did the trick just fine. Note, the house is located in a neighborhood that is less than desirable, so you cannot go for walks anywhere around the house. An Uber ride to the grocery store starts at around $15 and going downtown (a 2 mile ride) was sometimes over $25 each way. If you are planning on spending a lot of time in the house, then this place is definitely for you as you would be pressed finding a nicer home. If you are planning to be out and about, I would suggest a safer neighborhood closer to downtown.

Great parks nearby. Could walk downtown, decided to Uber. Great, easy town to maneuver. Great steak houses. House was AMAZING. Would love to stay there again next time we travel from the west coast.

This amazing house sits in a less than amazing neighborhood. However, regardless of the appearance we never saw any issues and never had any Ubers etc.. refuse to pick us up or drop us off at the location. I do suggest working out before you go, as there are quite a few levels and stairs on the property. Speaking of stairs, the last one is a doozy. Put down some blue tape- every member of the group missed that last step, luckily only one actually broke her foot. Wasn't too bad, just put on the cowboy boots and head down to Broadway! Enjoy

I visited this home for my 40th birthday. This home is absolutely amazing! The location was perfect! It had all the amenities plus more. The heated floors in the bathroom was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this home if you plan to visit Nashville. The neighborhood is evolving as long as you secure your property you should be fine.

This is the place to stay! From the quick response and friendly conversations with the owner (Jason) to the beautiful home with amazing outdoor spaces including a heated pool and seating for ALL! Stayed here with a few friends, house is beautiful! Everything we needed was there, pool is a great touch and could be heated. Downtown was a perfect distance. Neighborhood isn’t the best at first glance but we have no problems. Jason was a great host and always able to be reached. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely beautiful property!! Better than a 5 star hotel....all to yourselves. Pictures of home are all accurate and maybe even better in person! Owner responds right away and was willing to accommodate a special request we had. If you are deciding between two properties look no further!! Absolutely recommend :)

Loved everything about the house. Just wish we would have known the pool was down when we booked as opposed to the day before. The house was very spacious and clean. Was only 5-10 minute drive to Broadway Street where all the buzz is at in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.

Jason provided us a great family retreat location. Many different seating and conversation spots in this house--its like a mini hotel. Details like tons of coffee, overhead rain shower in the master, great furnishings, games, huge televisions made all the difference. There is even a porch swing bed on the front porch. For a long stay with lots of folks you cant beat it. Also 1 mile to the Kroger, 2-3 miles to all major entertainment spots.
