Now the home has a new upgraded back deck with a new BBQ sitting area to enjoy the sunny days

Any time of the year is a great month to be in Morro Bay. Our weather is mild with temperatures ranging in the mid-'60s to mid '70s and 80s.

The city hosts a number of special events you will not want to miss. Enjoy the International Surf Competition, the Lighted Boat Parade, the annual Valentine's Day Parade, and the Harbor Festival, to name a few. On Saturdays, there is a local Farmers Market right downtown where you can leisurely shop for locally grown produce and other items to take back to your vacation home.

The area has many well know wineries to visit for wine tasting and special events. Hearst Castle is a must-see and only 40 minutes away. It is considered to be an area with one of the most breathtaking sceneries in California.

The property was easily located,had decent parking, on a quiet street, close to main parts of town. The property it self is a bit dated but workable. There was a few issues I reported right away to the manager and he was very receptive. The one downfall was there was no extra garbage bags to be used during our 3 day stay. Otherwise, all the appliances worked and the overall stay was amazing. Definatley better than being in a hotel. With a few minor adjustments, I would stay there again.

House was great. Very well stocked with everything you might need. Milton was absolutely fabulous and took care of everything we needed. Even an accidental door being locked of a bedroom.😬So much room in this place and the washer and dryer made our stay so much better with trips to the beach sometimes twice daily. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The house met our needs. The layout really is good, only issue is the non available garage and the uphill climb to the front door. As already stated it is an older home, but well maintained

Process for booking was easy although there was an unexpected $100 to VRBO which was not in the rental itemization from property management company. House was rustic but accommodating. Conveniently located to downtown and nearby towns.

The house is adequate. Mostly. Mostly clean, but lots of dusty and cluttered areas. Very dark inside. Furniture is old. Bar stools very rickety. Sinks scarred and repaired. Lots of area rugs over carpet, i guess to protect against wear, but they migrate and buckle and create trip hazards. Supplies were limited. Kitchen suuplies okay. Communication adequate and the manager was kind to allow us an early check in which really helped with the 2 little ones. But, this place needs a deep clean and some updates.

We were happy to have a full kitchen with a stove as we were preparing many dishes to take to our family thanksgiving dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the house met our needs.

It was adequate--no amenities at all (soap??). It was safe and clean. It really needs updating. My friends who stayed there think that someone came in the home while they were out because the curtains had been opened. The home was convenient to my home in that neighborhood.

There's an old pickup truck parks permanently in the driveway. Next door neighbor parked their vehicle in front of the house all weekend. So you may have to park your cars down the road.

This place is falsely advertised on this webpage. Upon arrival you couldnt see the house because of the overgrown tree in the front, The sidewalk was unidentifiable by the amount of leaves on the steps, not to mention the numerous spider webs on the porch. the picture also fails to show the car parked in the driveway. Morro Bay Realty assured us they would commensate us but have failed to do so, even after a light fixture fell on my head in the kitchen. The hot wires were never addressed during our stay. I have read the other Reviews and this is false advertising. The only view from this house is in front and it is not of the ocean. There is a small side patio 5x8 ft. it has not been remolded, and there is no cobblestone shower. We spent 4 hrs cleaning leaves and walkway, the ocean is 2 miles away so there is no waves crashing. I dont know who wrote the reviews probably Morro Bay Realty.
