Drop your bags and hit the beach! This three bedroom direct ocean front condo is has an amazing panoramic view from the 5th floor. The newly renovated kitchen has new appliances including a flat cook top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. It is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (also newly renovated) unit with everything you need .The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the wrap around balcony with 2 outdoor dining tables. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a pack and play. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and large closet . The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)! Please note Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals are required throughout the spring-summer season.

We provide everything you could possibly need for the beach including umbrellas, beach towels, toys and beach chairs, all in great condition. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the onsite court.

Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

This was by far the best condominium we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a question about using the grills and my text was replied to with a phone call within minutes. There were seven of us on the trip and we never felt crowded. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Cocoa Beach.

The property owners communication was wonderful. This has a wonderful view of the ocean and we were also able to witness a launch from Cape Canaveral from the balcony!!! We also witnessed dolphins and whales!!! This made my daughter's summer! I highly recommend!

The property was great just steps from the beach. Loved that it had chairs and beach umbrellas! We went to Orlando a couple days and it was easy to get there. We tried a lot of great restaurants in the area. We had a great time staying in your condo.

My family enjoyed our shirt stay over the holidays - we just needed some ocean views and beach time and this was the perfect place for it! An ocean front unit provided amazing sunrise views. Beach gear was included which made everything super easy. The condo was recently updated and had everything we needed for a great trip!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and the views are stunning! Everything is exactly as described and more. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed and more! This stay was a family beach vacation and everyone totally enjoyed the beach, pool and comforts of home. Barb and Patrick are amazing owners and their pride in ownership shows. "Wow!" was the first word we said when we entered Barb's condo 509 at Sandcastles. Nicely updated and perfect for a family, with excellent location and stunning view, the pictures of this property cannot do it justice. Owners (Barb and Pat) are wonderful, excellent communicators. I appreciated that they called us to warn us of possible painting complications - and even offered to reimburse us a bit if we were inconvenienced. I also liked their well-placed notes in the unit about how appliances, blinds, etc., worked, as these made it easy for my group to operate the unit. This seemed like a family-type community, where people look out for each other. Everyone was polite, helpful, and happy. Great facility that is obviously well-kept, good people, wonderful location, and friendly hosts = awesome vacation. Thanks, Barb and Pat!

Our stay was wonderful! We had direct ocean view and watched 2 space launches from our balcony. We loved the beach, pool and pickle ball court. Lots of great restaurants close by! There was some construction going on and the owners were transparent with us about what was happening and even called us. They were wonderful to deal with. Everyone at the condo were sooo nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Cocoa beach. The views are spectacular Very spacious and comfortable and everything was super clean and organized. Construction noise was a bit annoying but it wasn’t too bad and we were at the beach most of the time. Extra bonus were the space x rocket launches that could be seen from the balcony. Wonderful time all in. Hosts very nice people! Thank you.

This property was PERFECT! Clean and well equipped AND on the beach with sand toys chairs, umbrella and ample supply of towels for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the beach for morning coffee and PM cocktails.

The condo is in a great location. The beach is right there and if you want to visit the Kennedy space center it’s only 30min away! The condo is a bit dated but all in all it was a great stay. The view can’t be beat! One night the fire alarm went off and woke the entire complex at 1am for no reason. But that’s in no one’s control. We had a great time overall and would recommend it to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect! A great place to relax and spend time with family. My mom and aunt enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every morning and watch the sunrise. Everything from the initial request to the check out process went perfectly!. Location is perfect and condo is beautiful. Everything we needed (other than food of course) was supplied in the condo. Barbara replied to a question almost immediately and was so very pleasant. Stayed in other condos before at Cocoa Beach but this was by far the best! We so enjoyed our short vacation with the grands!
