About this house rental

This is a gorgeous oceanfront unit, which is part of a triplex, and is the TOP 2 LEVELS of the entire triplex. The entrance is one level up from street level. This floor has a large dining room and kitchen with all granite counters, appliances, and all the supplies you need to cook. There is an oceanfront deck off of the dining room. Also, on this level are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a deck which is on the east side of the home. One floor up, there is a large living room with an oceanfront deck, and 3 more bedrooms with ensuite baths (one bedroom with an east-side deck), plus another full bathroom in the hallway. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation!

Very spacious. We would come back with extended family. Kitchen is a tight space if you want to cook a lot. Amazing location. Good communication and support from host.

This place was perfect for our group of 11, ages ranging from 4 to 83! I was able to cook large meals in the well-appointed kitchen while watching the waves of the Pacific roll in. You cant beat that! We were also not far from some delicious restaurants and stores. The market, only 2 blocks away, came in handy for a few items i had forgotten. Of course, i was able to have a lovely walk in this beachside community as well. We had more than 2 vehicles, but street parking was always available.

We love this property. It’s our second year for our retreat. The only issue is that ceiling fans have tons of dust on them so couldn’t use. Also, slow drain in in bath sink off the kitchen. Look forward to next year!!
