We have stayed here a few times and absolutely love it! Great house, location and has everything you need.

This house in Williams was perfect for my family this summer. Our plan was to visit the Grand Canyon primarily and the house was in the perfect location. It also allowed us to explore Williams very easily. It was clean and had all the listed amenities. Not a necessity, but we couldn't locate an iron. The check out instructions for the bedding were also unnecessarily confusing, but we managed fine. There was plenty of parking and it was a very spacious home.

The place itself was very nice. Location was a bit strange as it is in a parking lot. Our only complaint was the A/C units in the bedrooms were very loud and would wake you up every time they turned on or off. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

Location is key and this place has it. Very walkable to all Route 66 spots, plus you are literally in the parking lot of a distillery and restaurant.

The property is nothing but fantastic. Plenty of room and plenty of beds if you have a larger group. There was just two of us in the house was enormous. Great location and literally on the distillery/brewery property so who can complain with that. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

The house was very clean and in a nice light area. Big bedrooms and Very nice kitchen and bathrooms We're good. It did say that there was no heat except for space eaters, while several of those did not work so we had to
Do a little shifting around since it was cold. Also, we only found one.

What a fun cabin to stay at! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and this cabin is located in the parking right by the brewery and distillery! No drinking and driving for us! Also so much to do in walking distance. Historical Route 66, bars, shops, woods, roller coaster, zip line, and much more. We had a blast! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were in town for the acra rodeo. The house was great and the people super easy to communicate with. Everyone was kind and it’s located close to a place to eat if necessary. I’d book again:)

When I first arrived I did not realize that there was no central heat or air. I thought this would be a problem since it was freezing outside with snow everywhere. But to my surprise the portable heaters they have placed through out the house worked great & kept us warm and cozy. There are a couple of things that could use some fixing. The sliding door is a pain in the butt to open & close. Also with I having severe back problems it is hard for me to go up & down the stairs. There are no safety rails to hold on to for assistance using the stairs. This would be a good add on for the property for people like me. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Super easy check in and very convenient to downtown Williams, the Grand Canyon railway as well as exploring the Grand Canyon and other sights. We had a blast driving the southern rim of the Grand Canyon and up to Page to see Antelope Canyon as well as Horseshoe Bend. We ate and drank at the Grand Canyon Brewery which is right next door and very convenient after a long day. They had a great selection of beer and everyone in our group loved the prickly pear vodka mules too. We’re already planning our next visit - excellent all around!

Great place for activities in Williams. We had 2 families and the property accommodated us all.
If you come in the winter, there are only space heaters in all of the rooms. The first night was a little chilly, but it warmed up after that.
The brewery is literally a 30sec walk across the parking lot. Food and drinks there were great. We ate there 3 times on a 3 night stay.

Over all the property is great. Right next to the brewery. Did a one star for check in because lock box was broke and left a message with no return call from properly manager but his employees where great at the brewery and got us in. They all checked on us multiple times if we where enjoying are stay. . We got a round of drinks and a tour of the brewery which more than made up for the inconvenience. Looking forward to go back with some more freinds.

Beautiful property in a great location. We used the house as a base for travels to the Grand Canyon and Grand Canyon West. The property was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and we were pleased to have a restaurant right next adoor. Service and food were excellent. Would definitely stay again and will recommend this property to friends.

This property is awesome. Great location in Williams. Close to Grand canyon and many other fun places in Williams. The brewery next door is alot of fun.
3.0 / 10.0
While the property was clean, it was very very basic. No TVs in the bedrooms, some of the outlets didn’t work so we had to reset breakers. The tv in the living room was just cable, no streaming services except Netflix on the smart tv, but there were no instructions on how to use it. The Wi-Fi was not good, the clean up instructions were super tedious, and there is no light outside the entrance door, so at 930 at night we spent 20 minutes just trying to get into the property. There was no laundry which was disappointing- not even an iron to iron out our clothes from traveling. The rooms were incredibly hot and took almost an hour to cool down with the portable AC units. Overall, while the home is aesthetically very nice, I definitely feel I over paid and was disappointed. The required insurance policy for 79$ Or the threat of massive charges had us walking on eggshells the whole time. The home itself is nice but I would never stay there again.

Could use some games in the house, we went and bought an Uno deck for something to play

Perfect place to stay for our train trip to the Grand Canyon.

We spent 3 nights at the property spending time at the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It’s almost the same distance to both places in different directions. We loved the spaciousness aspect and updated cozy stay with a fabulous Grand Canyon Brewery right next door. They had great food and delicious sour beers and drinks and we could walk in 30 seconds. We spent family time around the tv in very comfortable reclining chair/ couches type of cinema seating. It snowed and was quite cold during our stay and we had about 4 inches of snow in January. The individual heaters did a good job of keeping the rooms warm. The streets in Williams were pretty ice covered for two days. But we still got some great hikes in the Grand Canyon and in Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay. Your home is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The brewery next door was a great place to grab a beer, a meal, and play a game of pool. My whole family, myself included, enjoyed ourselves and would easily recommend staying here for any traveler wanting to see the Grand Canyon and view AZ other scenic beauty. Definitely worth it.

We had a great time in this cabin for Christmas 🎄. When we walked in we were in awe. It was a bonus having the brewery next door. We would definitely recommend this place if your in Williams. We love the town and visit a few times a year. We will be back to stay in the future. The host was great as well. We had one question and host responded fast. Thanks again.

Easy reservation process. Easy to find & get to. Great location; next to brewery, grocery store, walking distance to downtown & Grand Canyon railway. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We would recommend this location to family & friends & stay here again ourselves. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one, that is one thing I never travel with so didn’t think to pack it & there was not one here.

Stayed here - 4 adults, 2 kids, great setup. Exactly as advertised!!! Kitchen had basics for cooking breakfast and dinner. Nice place. Loved the location next to the brewery.

We had a family getaway to Williams, it was really nice to have the brewery and restaurant next door plus the train to the Grand Canyon is in walking distance. It was cold at night (15 degrees outside) so all the space heaters were on. Other than that we had a great time.

Lovely home centrally located for Grand Canyon and Sedona outings. Very comfortable space, plenty of room for our family of six. Washer and dryer and hair dryer would be a great addition.

This house had everything we needed and so much more. We are 2 couples from Phx, who like to getaway and see the great state of Arizona. The home has 3 bedrooms, with 4 beds, 2 queens and 2 kings, all very comfy. The house is very roomy, with plenty of areas to stretch out. There is a wonderful sitting area between the 2 upstairs bedrooms. We spent time on the patio listening to the music from next door. Having a restaurant 100 feet from our back door was a big plus for us. We enjoyed meeting our owners and getting dinner recommendations. The house was spotless and everything was in good working order. Each bedroom has space heaters for colder nights, though when you snuggle under the comforters at night, heaters are not needed. We did use the heater in the living room, just in the very early morning. A new Mr. Coffee, coffee maker, is included with plenty of coffee filters and nice big mugs. Both showers were spotless and had new shower heads. We loved having detailed instructions in the house for check in, check out, and WIFI information. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you John and Sarah!
