Great place to stay with a family. The location is perfect. Had a nice fenced back yard with plenty of room along with a kennel outside for the dogs. Has a deck and a patio area that is private and a sliding glass door access along with back door access all secured with fencing. The kitchen was equipped well and the living/dining area spacious for our entire family to spread out and relax. Messaging was prompt and helpful. Close to Grand Canyon railway. Easy access to Grand Canyon and flagstaff and Sedona. Quaint area to stay if you like a slower pace. We would stay here again!

We stayed here as a part of our family vacation from Zion National Park to Grand Canyon. I wish I had planned more nights here. Number one, the house was lovely and comfortable. Second it was just about an hour to the Grand Canyon. Third, the town was cute. We enjoyed some time walking around Williams. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Our son loved having his own room and our girls enjoyed the bunkbeds. There are large family areas to enjoy time together and plenty of space to spend some time apart. Our dog, Jabba the Mutt, loved exploring the fenced-in backyard. The home is stocked well with everything you need and is perfectly located within walking distance to the unique downtown shopping areas. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we return to Williams!

Well equipped house in Williams which looks better in person than in the listing. A short walk to downtown/route 66 tourist area and easy access to the highway. The house has a huge backyard and backs up to the forest. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house.

The host was very accommodating and the house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the rest of the house. Everything we could need was there. It was so nice to book a home that made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay! It’s really exceptional during this time of year, it snowed the Christmas tree downtown was right down our road. Amazing!

Great place to stay with your family if you are doing the Polar Express out of Williams. I can see it as a good place in the summer for families visiting the Grand Canyon. We will stay here again next time we take the grandkids to the Polar Express.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It gave us quick access to the Grand Canyon Railroad and was very close to the local reservoir. My kids enjoyed strolls behind the property in the national forest and we liked touring on foot downtown. The property itself was true to the description. Everything worked fine and we appreciated the responsiveness of our host. It was clean and well organized.

Our stay was very nice, proximity to town was a plus. We loved the house layout and it was very clean and the girls enjoyed the bunk beds
I wish the master bed had a softer matress And the yard had upkeep since the girls wanted to play outside
Other than that everything was great!

We chose this property since we were visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s a little over an hour to drive there from Williams. Our hosts were very accommodating with a family emergency that changed our travel plans. We really appreciated their assistance with the request.
The home backs to the forest so it’s a little dusty and rustic. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The home would be great during the Christmas holidays; fireplace, snow, location, etc would be a nice getaway from the city.

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Williams. The house is well stocked and wonderfully comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck with our coffee in the morning! The location is great-we rode the Grand Canyon Railway one day. An experience I'll always treasure. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. One of the best VRBO rentals I've stayed at over the last 12 years!
