With 3100 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Baxter crest can comfortably accommodate larger families and groups. The open-concept design, huge chef’s kitchen, sprawling outdoor deck and patio make this home perfect for entertaining.
The Amenities:
This home is packed with amenities and extras! Have morning coffee around the AMAZING outdoor natural gas fire pit, cook a meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, watch a movie on one of the large screen TVs or relax in the expansive master suite with spa-like bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. We don’t suggest spending much time indoors while visiting Alaska, but if you must, this is the place to be!

The home is in an exclusive 7-home cul-de-sac neighborhood that is convenient to everything the city has to offer. We are just minutes from the airport and downtown, yet Alaskan wilderness can be found right outside the doorstep! Guests can walk to Baxter Bog hiking trails, Cheney Lake and the Alaska Botanical Gardens. You are almost guaranteed to see moose hanging around the home!

We really loved the property , the comfort it gave us and also all the things they provided was very nice and thoughtful. This house was giving all of us very positive vibes. Highly recommended for future stay. Just one suggestion of possible please as couple of twin size bed instead bunk beds.

We’re a group of 9 and the house suited our needs perfectly. It’s very spacious and open. The house was spotless upon arrival, the beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit in the back was a nice bonus. We highly recommend this house for a stay in Anchorage.

We like the roominess of this home. Also enjoyed the layout and conveniences in the kitchen - perfect for our group to cook and hang out. The host stayed in contact with us to take care of our internet issues. So appreciate his help.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Dawn gave us a tour at check in which was really nice. Also had the high chair and pack n play for the baby which made things easier. Property was very clean and we wish we had more time to make use of the amenities.

Great place to hang out. Loved the accommodations and the location. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Not right in the city but quick rides to get to the city, hiking trails and museums.

Absolutely wonderful family vacation! The house was ideal for our family with ages ranging from 3 months to 60 plus and lots of ages in between! Beautiful home with many amenities and an amazing fire pit. Ideally located close to airport, town, grocery stores, restaurants and more. Troy and Dawn were incredibly easy to work with and responded in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this home!

I cannot say enough great things about this house. It was very clean, well-stocked, and very spacious. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back! Dawn the host was great to work with. I wish all VRBO rentals were as great as this one. FIVE stars ALL THE WAY!!!

We enjoyed our stay - everything was as described & perfect for our family of 7. Dawn was amazing & even called us an hour after we left to let us know we had forgotten a coat. We swing back by & picked it up on it return from Denali and we’re on it way. Convenient location- 45 minutes from activities in Palmer & a bit farther to Whittier. Kitchen/towels well stocked. Thanks!!

We came to Anchorage for a wedding and stayed five days. The host was wonderful, accommodating and met with a member of our party at arrival. The home is perfect for a large family and was spotless. Beds were all very comfortable. Everyone in our party loved it. In a quiet cul-de-sac, convenient to everything.

This is a beautiful house and staying here made us feel like we were staying with friends. The location is great. Easy to find and being 15 minutes from the airport was a definite plus.
Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in Alaska. Our house manager, Dawn, could not have been more helpful. The house was in a great location and it was very well furnished. Sometimes the photos do not truly represent the VRBO listing, but this time they were accurate. We can recommend this property without hesitation.

Above and Beyond Expectations
Our stay at this beautiful home could not have gone more smoothly.. Dawn reached out to us days before our arrival to answer questions and offer to food shop. She was extremely responsive to our needs and went above and beyond. She even offered to deliver a few items that we left behind by meeting us at the airport!!!The house itself was immaculate and was well stocked with everything we needed including pantry items. The fire pit was awesome. The rooms were spacious, beds extremely comfortable, nice location. I would HIGLY recommend this property for anyone coming to Anchorage.

Wonderful property- great hospitality
My family of 10 (2 parents, 2 grandparents and 6 adult children) really enjoyed staying here. The house is absolutely gorgeous! We had plenty of space for the ten of us. I especially loved the host’s laid back attitude and communication through the management company. No regrets staying here and I highly recommend it!

A group of 5 us came into Anchorage after a week and half of fishing in Yakutat. We had plenty of room. This house was awesome. First Troy was great to work with in booking the house. He communicated with us and got back with us very quickly anytime we reached out to him. Second we were met by Dawn at the house when we arrived at the house. I gave her a quick call when we arrive at the airport and she was already at the house getting it ready. Once we arrived she gave us a tour of the house and showed us were everything was and how things work. This was a first for me with a VRBO home and I have to say this was great having a walkthrough to know the in's and out of the house. This house had everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone and all the things you will need for your stay. There is a nice gas fireplace outside and a nice clean gas grill on the deck. The house is in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to and its easy to get around to all areas of Anchorage. We enjoyed the nice quietness of the area. This is a great house for a group or a family wanting to enjoy a nice week in Anchorage. The bedrooms were nice and big and the room with the bunk beds were very nice. These beds were big and sturdy. The open kitchen into the living room is great for your entertaining so everyone can visit with one another. You will find every thing you need to cook with and have meals. The Kitchen has a nice gas stove and oven. There is a big pantry for all your groceries as well. Plenty of dishes and silverware as well. Our last day Dawn called just to check on us and make sure we were doing good and didn't need anything. If you are looking for a home to relax with the family or friends you cant go wrong with this house. Troy and Dawn are great host and will make you feel right at home.

Fantastic place would stay again
Most of our party is in their 60s and some of us are very particular about beds. I have stayed many places through vrbo and the beds here are the best of any place I have stayed in the last 10 years. Supportive yet soft. The house is nicely appointed and everyone in our party absolutely loved the place. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinners half the time. The kitchen was well stocked. We encountered one tiny problem when the battery backup for one of the smoke detectors ran low and started chirping. Maintenance man was there within 30 to 45 minutes and fixed the problem. The little cul-de-sac the house is located on was very quiet and no problems with noise from neighbors. It is only one mile to carrs grocery store which was very convenient.

I was impressed not only with the beauty of the home and it’s amenities, but also with Dawn and Troy. Dawn met us at the house to show us where everything was. She communicated promptly throughout our visit. Troy also checked in to make sure we were doing well. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again.
