About this house rental
Space for everyone to enjoy themselves and relax. Ample seating for guest and a beautiful entertaining kitchen w/ two ovens. An up to date gym with TV and sauna to warm up during the cold winter months.
The upstairs king bed (3rd floor) has breathtaking views of the sunrise and mountain range. The upstairs queen (3rd floor) shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the master king.
The main living space is on the second floor has a half-bath for guest, spacious kitchen, living room and second seating area by the kitchen.
The first floor is equipped with a mother inlaw suite, two extra guest bedrooms, a gym, sauna and full bath.
Located minutes from the airport with plenty of trails and restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay here--we had 4 adults and 6 kids all comfortably settled in this lovely house. The kitchen and living space are truly wonderful, it's a jaw dropper when you first walk through the doors. We loved the back decks and enjoyed a lot of outdoor time here. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for us. Great space for a larger group looking for a great place to stay together.

This property is ideal for more than one family. It has a great open living area with plenty of seating, well stocked kitchen, and huge tv. The house is tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighborhood with a pond view. We visit Anchorage periodically for family reunions and would definitely stay here again.

My family loves to eat home made food and this house was equipped with everything we needed for our Indian cooking. Our first time visit to Alaska was awesome. The location of this house is so convenient to the airport and other shopping areas. My whole family loved the house.

We had a wonderful stay family from all over the state came together. It was conveniently located for everyone to do the things that need to be done while in Anchorage. The kitchen was so well outfitted we decided to cook family meals instead of eating out. We were also able to check in early and check out late.

It was the perfect house to have a family gathering for thanksgiving! Beautiful views of the mountains, well stocked house, very clean. Lots of room for adults and children to visit/play (jigsaw puzzles/gingerbread houses and football games to watch). Kitchen was fantastic for making our traditional Thanksgiving meal along with all the others!

It is a great house for our extended family and only 10-15min from the airport, which was great when you have a long travel day into Alaska.

We loved our stay at Kate's house! We were a group of 9 adults and everyone had plenty of space and comfortable beds at night. The location is very convenient (only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Anchorage) and on a very quiet residential street which was perfect for coming home after a long day of adventures. Kate was communicative, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire experience and even gave us some recommendations for restaurants in the city. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Alaska!

This was a perfect place to gather for eating and playing games with family between sightseeing and adventure activities. We did not use the gym, some tried the sauna. We enjoyed being out on the deck. We may stay here again if available for our next trip.

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware. Each bedroom has comfortable beds with plenty of blankets. Even the sheets and towels were high quality. We had a few questions during our week long stay and Kate was super responsive. We’d definitely stay again!

The house is very nice and has tons of room. It had all the amenities and supplies we could have needed and worked very well for our family of 5 adults, two teens, two children and infant. The location is also great, very close to dimond center, shopping and restaurants. The guys thoroughly enjoyed Saturday football on the very large tv.

The house was beautiful although I would have loved a better view, there were houses on all sides and the trees obstructed the Mountain View.

We had a bigger group (12) and we all really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great condition and communication with the host was very good too. I’d definitely stay there again.

The house is close to the airport and anything around Anchorage but in an amazing part of town. It’s much nicer than the pics listed online! I traveled with my husband, two teen kids and two Grandmas. The Grandmas loved having their own space and the kids loved having their own beds/rooms. The view in the morning from the master bedroom is amazing.
Kitchen is huge! There’s everything there that you will need. We even made a cake for a family potluck. It’s very clean and the owner is so nice.

This house was a great location for 5 days to venture in and around Anchorage. The guys went salmon fishing early in the morning. They caught fish every day which we cooked at night. Day trips to Girdwood, Eklutna Lake, Alyeska Ski resort, & Seward. Spacious rooms made the house like home! Thank you Kate, we loved our visit!

This 5 star GORGEOUS house is probably the best house I've ever rented. With high-end finishes, I couldn't believe it was a short term rental and not on the market! The kitchen/dining room would be perfect for entertaining and with all the bedrooms a multi-family vacay would be super easy. Our hostess was easy to reach and the pantry was supplied with the essentials. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful house in a quiet,serene Anchorage neighborhood. Don't miss out!

Five Stars - Great Property to Stay!
We stayed here for three Nights. Registration process, check-in and check-out was super easy. Kate had been super helpful through out the process. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out option was also offered which was very helpful.
Property was well stocked, super clean and had all what we needed to make our stay comfortable. Rooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, all were very spacious.
Would love to stay here again in future.
The owner was easily reachable for all questions. assistance.

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed the house, there is plenty of space for everyone and it is very easy to get around Anchorage. The location is very central. The house has all the amenities you need and owner was very responsive and helpful. We loved our time in Alaska.

Anchorage Vacation
This rental was perfect for our family trip! We had enough room for all of us and the location was perfect. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space for visiting and relaxing. I would highly recommend this home for a large family. We plan on renting this again next year!

Loved this beautiful, clean house!
We were very impressed with this house! It is lovely and was very clean. One of the things we were very impressed with was how organized and tidy everything was. There were plenty of towels and lots of hangers.. Everyone felt like they had lots of room to put everything away and enjoy our stay for the week.. Very comfortable! It felt like the owners definitely put in some extra thought and effort into making their guests feel welcome and at home!

This is a lovely house in a fabulous area. The mama and baby moose spotted from the large back deck were a lovely bonus as well. I would definitely stay here again.
