My sister and I enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was very spacious and quiet which we loved. The beds were really comfortable. The balcony had a beautiful view. We had all we needed to prepare delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. We loved that we could walk to the store and get our groceries since the location was in walking distance of multiple stores like Trader Joes my personal favorite. The pool was delicious and the grounds were really well maintained. I would absolutely book a return stay. Great place. Thanks Steve! Heidi and Lisa

We loved this condo. The pictures dont do it justice for how close the pool feels. The weather didnt cooperate our entire trip but the pool is heated so sometimes it was the warmest place to be and our kids loved being in it. Easy location to walk to Target, Trader Joes, or Vons. Easy to grab an Uber to anywhere else. Steve was responsive to messages but I didnt have to deal with him much as we had no issues. Thanks for the great place!

The condo is well equipped and centrally located close to Vons and Trader Joes. The condo has a fabulous view of the mountains and pool area from the spacious balcony. The condo grounds/pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The condo is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The host Steve was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this so much we already booked again for next year. Great location, walking distance to groceries, hikes, restaurants. One of the best things outside the walls was the community that winters here, a big group of very friendly and inclusive Canadians. Steve was perfectly attentive, letting us know he was there if we needed him yet letting us quietly enjoy our stay . You won’t need anything for the kitchen, it was fully appointed and the beds are comfy. Bravo to you Steve 👏

We spent one week in this well appointed property perfect for those with a modern aesthetic. The primary bedroom offered a very comfortable king sized bed and a small desk perfect for work (if you must!). The generously sized open kitchen has everything one could need and more! Outside, parking was conveniently located in front of the rental and the swimming pool and hot tub were kept nicely heated. The location is super, close to a Trader Joe's and a short drive from all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. We visited during Modernism week when restaurant reservations were difficult to obtain but had fabulous meals at "Oceans"(nearby) and the "Front Yard at the Farm" downtown.

The best.Second visit to this property owner Steve very helpful.Looks 70 ‘s on the outside but inside beautifully appointed all the comforts of home ,last year brought all the things that I usually bring , to my surprise It had all the things that I needed.So this year I packed light. looking forward to next year and I might add a spring stay.The best .

We had a very good stay at Steve's condo in Palm Springs. I would highly recommend it for a couple or a small family looking for a conveniently located place. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and the unit and property were very well maintained. Steve was easy to communicate with.

The condo was exactly as presented in the profile. It was bright and clean, and well stocked with supplies. It has a great view of the pool and the view of the mountains is spectacular. We spent most of our time at the pool. The location makes its very convenient to shopping and dining. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to PSP.

This is a beautiful property and a nice, spacious suite. Such a peaceful complex and a quick Uber into downtown Palm Springs. The suite has been really tastefully redone, and it has all you need for a really great vacation. Both the suite and the property are immaculately maintained. Steve was a real pleasure to rent from. Overall, a slice of paradise in the sun!

The condo is so cute and fun! Quiet place, great for relaxing outside, either on the deck or at the pool. (I was often the only one there.) If you’re looking for perfection, a few minor things are aging, BUT, it’s clean and Oh So Comfy. Steve is very responsive if you need anything. Easy to get deliveries or Uber. I recommend and will definitely return.

My husband, baby and I had a great stay in Palm Springs. The two bedroom condo was perfect for us. We made use of the pool and hot tub which were nice and clean. Parking came in handy as we had a car rental. We drove most places although there is a grocery store within walking distance. I only wish there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms as it was quite bright even at night. Thanks Steve for an enjoyable stay.

We spent a lovely week at this condo. Excellent in every way. Clean and updated, great beds and bedding. We were working a bit while we were there and the unit was great for video calls. Location is just right, short drive to downtown, very nice to walk around the neighborhood. Grounds are very well kept. Pool area was quite active while we were there. Definitely recommend.

The property was everything that was advertised and more. The living area is really nice with all you need for a longer stay. The complex is also really nice, the pool area is always very clean and the residents are extremely friendly. The property does back onto the highway but you don’t even notice as it’s really quiet but convenient for any travel. Would recommend and also visit again

Awesome.we were looking for a vacation spot ,first time using VRBO.The pictures of this condo absolutely did justice to how beautiful this property really looks.From the moment you enter everything is so welcoming beautifully decorated and everything you might need is provided,amazing views to the pool and mountains .Sitting out in the lovely patio so relaxing ,we had an amazing stay will definitely be back next year .Thank you Steve for being a great host .

This two bedroom two bath unit is just as advertised. Easy to get to and from the airport and, since we rented a car, it was so nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The kitchen had great workspace, and we did cook in three of our five nights stay. The view off the balcony of the pool and the grounds is lovely and the fruit trees out there were a real bonus for us! It is a quiet area, which is what we were looking for. We like to fix smoothies in the morning and there was not a blender jar for the two bases. I called the owner and he was extremely responsive in getting us what we needed. One of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in and the only one in Palm Springs. Already made our reservation for next year.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Steve was super responsive and great to deal with at all times. We've been using VRBO for almost 10 years and this is the best-stocked unit we have ever stayed at. From condiments, to dishes, cookware, utensils and an amazing amount of towels, this place has it all. The interior is quite stylish and exactly as depicted. The complex itself is a little older, but grounds are well-kept as is the pool, which we often had to ourselves. There are also some nice partial mountain views from the balcony. Great, convenient and quiet location suitable for couples or families alike. All sights, shopping, airport and many hikes located nearby. We would definitely rent here again!
