beautiful place just a bummer u had. to pay for every little thing .including swimming.should be a part or rental..als

the room was not well maintained.flooring was bad .bad part you have to pay for your own supplies toilet paper etc ..the owner should show unit and understand how things work . like the stove for cooking .internet didn’t work .she came over and showed me but a little late cause I left the day she showed me ..

Overall it was good but it could have been better.

Having multiple rooms for me and my kids. A kitchen to cook in and air conditioners in the bedrooms were a blessing. I liked having a convenience store on the property as well.

I did not like that you had to pay extra for the pool. It was not stated anywhere on booking.com before I paid for the room. we booked here because we could use the pool. I did not like that you could not pay with credit card and pool towels were not provided. At least one water bottle should be provided as well.

It was a good experience though it can be better.

Overall, location and amenities are excellent. My father and siblings enjoyed swimming in the manmade beach especially with the waves.

Coordination was a bit spotty though the contact person was courteous. We’ve been instructed to go to Maui Tower though the booking was made at Maldives Tower. It was quite upsetting because we needed to load and unload twice under the heavy rain. Also, in the booking it said each bedroom will have 1 double bed and futon but when we arrived, we were not provided with 2 futons. We only saw double bed that came with each room. I had to explain myself again and again that 6 guests cannot possibly fit in only 2 double beds. Please make sure next time that everything is provided and all the instructions are double-checked before sending to the guests to prevent hassle and bad first impression. Another suggestion is to highlight to guests what are not included in the booked unit such as toiletries (shampoo, soap etc), dishwashing liquid and if they need to bring extra towels or blankets so that guests would know what to expect.

Short stay for domestic airport.

Unit was spacious enough for family of 6. Location is good. Our host was accomodating and friendly!!!

I thought it was too crowded though I understand that it is a humongous condo with gigantic pool.

Property is well-managed. Booking.com needs to facilitate better coordination with independent property owners at Azure

Clean place. Tight security.

The longest grueling reception process I have experienced. Booking.com should make an effort to streamline the check in process. Make instructions clearer in order to prevent future travelers to experience what we have experienced.

THE AIRCON MALFUNCTIONED AROUND 12MN UNTIL WE CHECKED OUT AT 7AM. BATHROOM CURTAIN KEEPS ON FALLING DOWN, TRASH CAN WAS NOT EMPTIED. ROOM SLIPPERS ARE DIRTY. THE FLOOR IS NOT CLEAN, WE HAVE TO WASH OUR FEET EVERY NOW AND THEN, BECAUSE OF THE DIRTY SLIPPERS AND DUSTY FLOOR.

NOT A 3-BEDROOM UNIT!!!

The kids (and adults) enjoyed the wave pool. The resto located beside the wave pool had yummy smoothies albeit expensive. The air conditioning units were at least adequately cold.

We booked a 3-bedroom unit to celebrate a birthday. What they gave us was 3 separate condo units! They should EDIT the title of their listing to avoid confusion on the side of the customers. So as not to ruin our evening, we just enjoyed what we were given and celebrated in one of the units. We noted that the bed linens were NOT freshly washed in one of the units, so we had to sanitize the $H!+ out of it.

WORSE PLACE TO STAY.

poor communication with the guest. there was no electricity when we came. we had to wait more than an hour to get electricity. checking out was a drag. we had to wait for the agent to sign the papers for us to check out. we already informed them that we are checking out ahead of time. location was very poor. very hard to get an uber or taxi. room has broken facilities like towel hangers and there is not enough space for 3 persons. one has to sleep on the floor.

DO NOT OFFER A UNIT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IF ITS NOT SECURED. Yan ang may malasakit at pagiging makatao.

Wet bathroom upon arrival. No basic toiletries. (Used surf sachet only and a used dirty soap paste for dishes) The main doorknob is not working. ( No admin staff to help. Si manong guard din ang ginwang maintenance =( ) They let us wait for more than an hour outside. Very inconvenient process of booking. Damage faucet The guard on duty was very rude and shouted at us for just one query. Sa dami ng paxenxia walang inayos ni isa sa mga problema hangat check out wala parin pasensya lang daw.

Complicated check in more like Airbnb Partly our fault as we booked last minute because of flight delays. Very small bedroom but had balcony. Bit noisy if you want fresh air.
