Soo comfy

I've stayed here before, it's a clean and comfortable place to be in front of the airport, and the host is very kind and smiling. I recommend this business to you.

Ok place to stay if you're only going for one night

Brenn was helpful. The room have nice features, spacious bed, extra bed, a couch, dining table, fast internet, and great location.

The communication in the beginning was not smooth. The host failed to give us important information prior to arrival such as the which building to go to, unit number of the room. However Brenn managed to get things ready. It's a basic room and we didn't have lots of expectation. But no toilet paper was quite disappointing. We had to run to the shop to get a roll of toilet paper. Other than that, everything was good.

my stay at Two Palm Tree Villas

i like the room, it has a nice smell when u get in. it has a nice bed, & sofa bed with enough seats for 2-4 people. d bathroom was fully equipped with bodywash instead of just a handwash. it has a hot & cold water in all faucets. it has kettle, microwave oven, fridge & big water supply.

the doorknob of the bathroom was removed, it could've been covered if no replacement was available. i would like it better if there were big ceramic cups were given for hot drinks. the owner could've been more friendly & proactive in giving the instructions about our stay.

Worst night ever.

Nothing to like except for clean drinking water supplied.

Small poorly furnished with a few pieces of melamine cups and plates thrown in a cupboard. Booked two units and they were both overlooking the toll plaza on motorway. Noise all night from traffic and air conditioner.

The staff is always very warm and friendly, but I doubt I would stay there again.

Great location, very friendly staff, and a nice swimming pool.

My unit was a little beat up and I did have to kill some roaches in there. Probably not up to American standards, but overall not a bad place.

The room hadn't been cleaned, so strangers' socks and sanitary napkins were left in the room. People who use this place should think that the Wi-Fi in the room cannot be used

Disappointing

The place is near the airport, location awesome for the price

a lot of cockroaches...I kill 5 in 4 days and one hide inside the microwave oven, then I give up. the other flies inside my shirt... I didn't know that cockroaches flyes... There's a big TV with Netflix, but sometimes just stop working and must to retry several times to work again. Probably I lost over two hours in total to watch what I want...

Nice accomodation

It was high-security building. However, the security man and receptionist was very friendly. This area was convienient with a lot of restaurants and services around. Additionally, the house was available for Netflix. The owner was such nice that replying message even lately night. It took just 10 minutes to walk to Terminal 3.

Location good.

Room dirty, cock roaches running around, no soap or shampoo. Very poor reception and follow up. The room was a real nightmare experience. Left early because l could not stand staying there any longer.

Location was perfect to sleep over for the next flight. You had snacks available directly in the kitchen.

It is my second time booking for this host. Responsive host, clean room, and easy checking in. Surely will book again but not on this particular room. I enjoyed more the Studio room (see the pictures provided by the host) because it was more cozy and spacious.

The room I got was facing the highway, it is not advisable to those who wanted to relax because you can hear the noise of passing cars. Not to mention the mattress is not that cozy to sleep because of the spring (perhaps due to wear and tear).

Good value for money, but you do get what you pay for.

Very close to the Airport, really helpful if you have an early flight

Owner didn’t mention the unit number and was unresponsive. Had to wait for a while at reception.

There's no proper communication and the staff is not accomodating(maybe only her). I saw some small cockroaches inside the unit. -no proper communication and staff is not accomodating. When i arrived, i was not entertained right away. When i was asked what unit, i just show my booking. And told me to contact the agent because my name was not in their cluster. No so much effort to ask to other clusters! I don't know how many clusters they have. So i messaged the booking.com i used to book, but it took me awhile to wait for their response. I was exhausted already, because i just landed from my domestic flight, no dinner yet. When the agent replied, i informed the cluster and unit, and she directed me which way. When i reached the cluster, no problem were encountered. I got the key! However, it took me so much time opening the door due to its way of how to use the key and open the doorknob at the same time (maybe that's how they want the unit to be safe but it took so much effort for the guest.) I went down to reception asking for help but she said "MAYBE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE KEY?" (it sounds insulting the way she said it. Instead of helping the guest, is that how you respond?) I was so mad, out of my frustration i walked away. I went back to the unit trying to open, again but i didn't make it. In my mind, I was decisive to leave the villa if this receptionist will not accommodate me (again i went down). This time she called the security to help me out and he came. He escorted me and patiently teaching me how to, but i just told politely "its okay kuya, i will not go out when i get inside. Kindly open the door, because i'm so tired. Thank you." -i saw some small cockroaches near the kitchen wall, floors and cr. The mattress is not quite as good, you can feel the spring. Kindly take this as a positive criticism. It needs improvement.

Netflix account was not accessible even with my own account because the function didn’t work. Bugs in the bathroom. Bed hard as concrete with sprints that pushes into your skin. Internet was non existing
