This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Townhouse with loft is located at the top of Windham Mt Village a very short easy walking distance from the Windham ski lodge and beginner lifts. The unit sleeps 8 people (max 6 adults + 2 children) total with a master bedroom with Queen Duxiana bed on main floor and 2nd bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a loft with 2 Duxiana twin beds on the upper level. 2 newly rebuilt full baths with showers, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with wood burning fireplace. Firewood is included. Smart TV with cable and wireless internet included. An outdoor deck has a gas grill. Washer and Dryer. Newly installed central wall air conditioning and heating with remote controls. Access to indoor community pool, hot tub and tennis courts when open.

This property is cozy and clean, with very nice updated bathrooms as well. One master bedroom with lots of space for multiple kids to sleep was perfect for us. The location is pretty and quiet. We were very pleased.

The house was in good shape and roomy enough for us 6 adults. Two well-equipped and modern bathrooms, kitchen with modern fixtures and a cozy living room was a nice place to hang out for the weekend. We grilled on the deck, swam in the pool, sat by the pond, shared simple meals and had a great time with our friends and family.

I had only one complaint about the condo - it has a musty smell. I realize that the condo is older and probably has not been used over the summer. I brought a scented candle with me and that helped a little. Bathrooms were updated and beautiful. Kitchen was very handy for what we needed and well supplied if we were to do more cooking.Bed was very comfortable and bed linens were excellent.

My family stayed in John's property during February break. John was quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. You can't beat the location...just a few steps to the bottom of the mountain. The property was perfect for our family of four, but there was enough room to fit at least 2-4 more if needed. We didnt use anything in the kitchen but it appeared to be stocked with whatever is needed if you wish to cook there. Overall, it was a great stay for the 2 nights we were there.

We had a pleasant stay at John's place. Interior was as advertised and checkin was easy and smooth. Lots of beds for the kids to choose from. We weren't at the condo much really just to sleep and didn't use the kitchen much but it was stocked with everything you would need to cook. Our only issue was that we didn't realize that there was no air conditioning until we got the welcome email a few days before our stay. It got very very hot esp in the loft area as we were there in August. There were a lot of fans to use but in a 95 degree day.. They didn't do much. I wish that would have been highlighted when we booked.

Our family of 4 ( 2 adults, kids 7 and 10) had a wonderful stay at John's condo.. The condo is an easy 5 minute walk to the beginner carpet that takes you to the main lifts. Booking and communication with John was seamless. We had a small issue with the hot water heater, which was fixed immediately. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is well situated at the base of Windham Mountain and the town is a short bike ride away. If you enjoy the outdoors, this condo offers limitless options. We did a record amount of hiking and only made a tiny dent to the Catskills trail network. The fall colors were at their peak. The condo has six twin beds as well as the queen. I think it could be overwhelming to have eight people in the space but it is perfect foe a couple or for a small family group.

My kids love this property! They love the loft. So cute. The village was very quiet. We feel safe. I prioritize cleanliness so much and this property won't disappoint, it is really clean and well-disinfected. You can even see the extra disinfectants/cleansers in one of the closets. There are lots of extra soaps/dishwashing liquid/towels/couch throws. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices/utensils/kitchen tools/quality pots and pans. All you have to do is to enjoy and relax! I already told the owner we would be back soon =) The owner responds to our questions/concerns in a quick & timely manner. All good. Perfect space for us, family of 5. There is a tennis court and pool inside the village. Check the hours. Please don't contemplate to book, go ahead =) **Five stars**

We loved our stay at John's townhouse over an August weekend, and we'd absolutely return again! Loved the quiet mornings reading on the back porch, enjoyed all the hiking options in the area during the day, and were able to cook up some great meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, unit was super clean, Wifi was fast. John was super communicative and responsive -- we even left behind headphones and he thoughtfully shipped them back to us. Highly recommend a getaway here!

Amazing summer in Windham!

We stayed at the property for about 5 weeks this summer with our 6 and 9 year old children. The condo feels much bigger and more spacious than we had expected and the four of us had plenty of room. The bedroom loft and outer loft were well utilized by the kids and my spouse and I slept in the downstairs bedroom. The location is perfect and convenient both to the town of Windham and to the mountain. There is so much to do here in the summer and we easily could have stayed 5 more weeks! Look forward to our next visit!

The location of the property Was the best part for our family. We were easily able to walk to and from the base lodge with our three kids. The size of the condo was great as well and could comfortably accommodate 8 people. John the property manager was very easy to access with any questions that we had. Will definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful week at Windham Mountain.John's Condo was very nice plenty of room for my 3 family members.The place had plenty of room for extra guest as there were beds in the Loft also.Great location near Ski lift,2 Golf courses and many nice restaurants.1 min ride to downtown Windham.Condo was well supplied with all you would need for a nice stay.John the Owner was very nice and easy to contact if you have any questions.Easy check in and check out.Recommended highly
