About this house rental

Beautifully remodeled home with ceramic tile throughout. New appliances just installed, granite countertops and modern wood cabinetry. Kitchen comes fully equipped with many cooking and baking essentials. Open concept living and dining room with indoor electric fireplace to cozy up and watch one of the thousand movies available on your Prime or Netflix account. Watch it on this 75 inch smart TV with Alexa Talking remote. We have a new grill in the backyard for a BBQ while watching the kids swim in a private 38k gallon pool (not heated) and children can later enjoy many educational and recreational books to read, and board games to play together with your family. There are also 2 video arcade games, Pac Man and Galaga, as well as a full size foosball table in the Game Room for kids and adults to enjoy hours of indoor fun. Exterior cameras are located at the front and back of the property. This home lacks no amenities and if it does, we are proactive hosts that will make it happen fast! This home will not disappoint you!

Yvette and Danny were AWESOME to work with! A storm took out power to the house right before we arrived and they offered to get us a motel! Didn't need it, power was restored, but they didnt have to even offer! The house is GREAT! Very spacious, clean, the pool and arcade games and hot tub were a huge hit! Everything was well maintained and inviting!! We were in town for our sons Airforce graduation and we are so glad we stayed here!! If we ever go back to San Antonio we would definitely pick this place again!!

We had 5 adults and a 1 1/2 year old on the trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Hosts were very nice, accommodating people. The location of the house was great; 15 minutes to SeaWorld, Market Square, Sea Life, and close to the Riverwalk, all the places we were going. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my son’s BMT graduation. Communication with the host was top notch, house was very clean and everything we needed was provided! It is located 10 min from the airport, 10 min from a wal mart and 1/2 an hour from Lackland Air Force base. The arcade and pool areas were both used a lot while we were there and provided some relief from the Texas heat! It was a wonderful week!

This was our first time visiting San Antonio, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! This truly was an oasis. Our son kept asking if we could please stay longer. We were also celebrating a milestone anniversary, and our sweet hosts left us a very thoughtful gift to celebrate with. Our entire experience was amazing, and our hosts are everything you would want when coming to a new city. They checked on us when we first arrived, and the home was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and so fun!! Would definitely repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time in that hot tub and pool. The neighborhood does look a little off-putting but it's not, the people are friendly and nice. The neighbor even took our garbage out for us. It was easy and quick to get to everything we went to, and Danny and Yvette responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend taking a walk in the Japanese Tea Gardens and we found a great off the wall place called Revolutionary wings that had some really yummy and neat options for dinner/lunch. We also really enjoyed the art space Hopscotch.

We stayed at this property while in San Antonio visiting family. The house was very clean and centrally located to all the things we needed. It was well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation. A grocery store is located just down the street. Our entire family enjoyed the pool. The host were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend giving this cute little house a try if you are planning a visit to San Antonio.

Danny and Yevette are positively AMAZING hosts and their home is spotless. Their willingness to help and offers to bring anything we needed make them some of the best hosts we have ever workwd with. The pool was amazing for the kids and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. They provided suggestions for activities and restaurants which we found very helpful. This house is on pur shortlist of properties to return to. Thank you for a wonderful experience full of memories we will always cherish!

We stayed here for a few days over spring break and really enjoyed it! Family friendly property with lots of things for kids to do at the house alone! The kitchen supplies are well stocked with pretty much everything you need which is a huge plus and very helpful! Check in process was super easy and the owners were easy to get ahold of and great to work with! Highly recommend! If we come back we’ll be staying there again!

This house was a wonderful stay for our family of 7. We have kids arranging from 10-18. They love the house. The foosball table was a big hit. And the hot tub. Was a bit chilly from the pool. We came down for our olds son’s graduation from Air Force. This house was perfect for it we had extended family members come over to visit him. And this house was perfect for the visit. And it only took about 20 minutes to get to the base. And was a really else drive to the base. The owners were wonderful and would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Came to town for a long weekend, loved our stay! Wish we’d used the hot tub because it was so cold outside, but were too busy enjoying San Antonio. The kids enjoyed the foosball and video games. Great for our family of four - would definitely say again!

This home says only 1300 square but is has a spacious living room which joins to a dinning room and could accommodate my large family. I think we had 14-16. The owners did a great job with updating the house and lots of dishes and cooking stuff. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Will most likely try and get this spot again next time we are out.

Looked like a questionable highway exit when we first arrived, ended up being a quiet, easy accessed neighborhood! The property is family friendly, cozy and met all of pur needs for a family of 5-7. The pool and hot tub in the back yard were a wonderful treat at the end of a long day! Great spot if your there for AFBMT or sightseeing. This property is only 20 minutes to Lackland Air Force base and 10-20 minutes away from just about anything downtown. Thanks for a smooth check-in and planning process, Yvette! We also appreciate Daniel handling any questions or concerns while we were visiting! Both of you were so accommodating and quick to respond! We will hope to visit again!

The stay was amazing. The hosts were very attentive, making sure my family and i had everything we needed. Since we were there for Christmas, they left me a very sweet gift, decorated the house for my girls to enjoy Christmas. Neighborhood was very peaceful and serene. Within 5 mins of everything that i needed for my family and myself. Very spacious and comfortable felt like home away from home. Would definitely book again if i visit San Antonio!

Owners were super helpful... property was clean and had everything we needed. Kcups were stocked ... case of bottled water in the fridge... cabinets were stocked with various spices... all the dish and silverware... pots and pans we needed were already there... the hotub was super nicde at the end of each day... It wasnt a brand new neighborhood or anything... but everything in the neighborhood was well kept... we saw children out riding bikes and tricycles in the evenings, this seemed to me to be a safe neighborhood... we really enjoyed our stay.

The owners were very nice and always available if needed. Checked on us as soon as we checked in. The property was very comfy and quiet. The pool was great and warm. The hot tub was wonderful. We loved our stay here while visiting San Antonio as a family of 6. The house is a short driving distance to all the tourist attractions we were doing in the area. It was so relaxing to come back to a hot tub and pool. The kids especially loved it. The host are amazing! So friendly quick to respond if we have a need. Will plan to stay here again when visiting San Antonio.
