Had a nice time in Mammoth at Solstice 15. Condo was spacious enough for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Kitchen needs a little TLC. Knives were dull, freezer cannot accommodate ice cream (turned into soft serve) and oven was slow to heat up to right temp. Living room and bedrooms are so nice and cozy. Everyone had a great time! Thank you so much! :)

We had a great time during our stay at the condo. It is a good size for a large extended family, with many bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It also was really nice to be able to bring dogs. We were somewhat disappointed with the condition of the condo, however. The worn state of furniture and carpets was not minded, as I understand that given the pet friendly nature of the unit. So many other things were broken or not working well though. Window cranks were broken on the majority of the windows, blinds also were not in good condition, both shower heads don't work well, the upstairs toilet was plugged upon arrival, and the front door entry keypad/door knob rarely worked. All in all I would recommend the condo for a large family stay, but agree with other reviews that some maintenance is warranted.

Our recent stay in Mammoth Lakes was absolutely wonderful! The central location made it perfect for all our big family’s adventures, from hiking and boating to exploring the local sights. Everything was easily accessible, which added to the convenience and enjoyment of our trip.
The property itself was equipped with numerous amenities, all in perfect working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious layout was ideal for our large family, allowing everyone to have their own space while enjoying quality time together.
The host was exceptionally kind and communicative, ensuring that our stay was smooth and stress-free. From the moment we booked, they were responsive and attentive to our needs, providing helpful tips and recommendations for making the most of our time in Mammoth Lakes.
Our family is already looking forward to our next visit. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we return to the area. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a comfortable and conveniently located home base for their adventures!

It is hard to tell what the condo looks like from the blurry photos. This property has definitely seen many people! The location is great, very close to the bus stop to the slopes and on the golf course. The heated indoor garage parking is a plus for the winter!! The property has plenty of beds and room to sleep.
However, it is showing its age and use as couch cusions were worn, and carpets as well. While we were there, we unlclogged the kitchen sink (the disposal was not working), and unlclogged the master sinks as well. The fridge was also not working, but we were notified about that ahead of time.
We had a great time in mammoth and appreciated the dog-friendly condo. The beds were comfortable and condo was cleaned prior to our arrival. Thanks!

We had a great time during our stay. It was clean and well equipped for our party of 11 and conveniently located next to the shuttle line. The only criticism is that 2 parking spaces is inadequate for the number of guest the condo is able to accommodate and the “additional” spaces were nonexistent, at least during the winter.

Beautiful home and the location was a great plus. Quick drive to Eagle lodge which made it very convenient for a day of riding. The underground parking helped a lot with unpacking and pack. I would book this place again in the future.

This was our third season staying here and we usually have a nice time here. There's plenty of room for large groups and covered parking is a nice bonus. This time though, we noticed a severe decline in the quality of the property. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and we were not told prior which put a stress on us as we had brought a lot of food with us that needed to be kept cold. The hot water was broken on the laundry machine. The shower upstairs barely sprays water and one of the sinks upstairs is also partially blocked. The TV is sorely outdated as well. Hopefully the owner can fix things up and improve this, otherwise, nice cabin.

Loved almost everything during our 7 day stay. All was in order and comfortable rooms and bedrooms. Odds and ends need a little TLC such as carpet rips, sofa tear and like I said just TLC needed but we just enjoyed our time with each other, fishing, golfing, boating, and taking in the magnificent scenery! We had a door lock problem but it was resolved by myself as someone? Locked a door that we had no key to or directions on who to contact. We called 3 local locksmiths no reply, the PD was closed the FD was closed and it took a while for the property manager to finally get back to us. Anyway I took the locked door knob off with some tools I had in my truck and issue was resolved after 3 hours. Getting back to the title, while golfing I saw a bear swimming in the mini lake on the golf course chasing ducks to eat there eggs. That was a scary but exciting situation and we all stayed safe! We plan to meet again in Mammoth Lakes and Solstice 15 is first on our list. The private parking under the units the 2 parking stalls the 3 storage lockers all helped with each family’s belongings and made all our TOYS safe from hauling them in an out of the unit.
Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

This was a great place to stay while visiting Mammoth to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday. There were a total of 9 of us plus a small 8 pound dog. There was plenty of room for all of us. Wouldn't go much higher than maybe 11 as there are only 2 bathrooms and one is accessed through a bedroom. For us and our family it worked just fine.
Great place to bring a small dog. Easy access to walking dog ... even though I brought my own bags to pick up poop, the area is dog friendly and supplied them along the walkway with trash cans right there to throw away.
The condo itself was clean and was exactly what we expected based on pictures and other reviews. The owner, Mark was great with his communication leading up to the trip. We never needed to reach out to him during our stay as everything went smoothly.
We hadn't been up to the mountain in several years. It was cool to see how the town has grown through the years. The weather was perfect during our stay. Our 80 year old mother even went on a couple easy hikes and enjoyed a free ride on the Gondola. My dog too had fun riding it to the top and walking around.
This condo was in perfect distance to all the things we wanted to do. We could have even walked to a few places as it was close enough if we had wanted to. The only thing we missed was maybe a small table and chairs or at least a couple chairs on the balcony. Too crowded with two BBQs.
We hope to stay there again on a future trip to Mammoth.

1. Cranks for windows need to be repaired.
2. The plastic runners coming up the steps could be a hazard.
3. Need ice trays in the freezer
4. The mattress on the daybed was soft and noisy and springy

Very nice neighbors and area. Close to stores and restaurants. There are several stairs to reach the living quarters/ bedrooms on the first floor and the same for the second floor. The Jacuzzi was a nice relaxing spot after a long day fishing/ biking/ hiking. The only downside is you have to wash the linens and towels if you don’t want to be charged. The washing machine and dryer are very small so my advice is to wash/ dry as many as you can the night before you leave. We would rent this place again.

This is our second time renting this property. Plenty of room for 2 or even 3 families. Close to everything without being “busy”. Everything is in working order, up to date and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to questions.
We’lll be back !

I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to be fooled by the description of this rental. While this place is spacious, comfortable, and close to the slopes I wouldn’t stay here again with my family. Overall it’s pretty beat up and the kitchen is unacceptable for a family or group that is planning to cook and prepare meals here. It’s evident that the owner is not coming through and checking on the place. The microwave is ancient and the tray no longer rotates. So unless you stand there and rotate your food every 30 seconds it will burn. We burned three bags of popcorn until we figured this out. The dishwasher also needs to be replaced. It barely cleans and doesn’t get hot water according to the welcome email from the owner. You need to wash most of the dishes by hand – especially if you are cooking any type of meat or trying to sanitize the dishes.
The owner’s description of the gourmet kitchen is ironic. Most of the pots and pans are thrashed. The owner only provided metal spatulas and tongs which explains why every one of the non-stick pans are scratched beyond belief. There are only four cereal bowls and four glasses. No wine opener, colander, oven mitts or teaspoons – only large soup and serving spoons. There are two grills on the balcony and neither work. One had an empty propane tank. The other appears to be hooked up to a gas line - it would ignite but wouldn’t stay lit.
There was only one functioning smoke detector. Called owner but they didn't call back

Big beautiful property close to ski resorts, shuttles and restaurants. Owner was very nice and helpful.

The rooms and beds were nice. Love the 3 stories with 2 balconies. Kitchen was big as well as dining room area. Elevators and stairs to street for trolley super close. Eagle lodge is 1 trolley stop away also! Underground parking with ski lockers another plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice with ample room for 9 adults. Everything was nice except that the shower drains did not drain and the hot tub was not working. I attempted to contact the property owner and property manager with no responses. That being said, there was at least ten feet of snow and the property workers were busy working on cleaning it up.

This place was very nice and spacious. There was 11 of us that stayed and we were all very comfortable. There was so much snow, note the jacuzzi is not available when there is alot of snow. Great location near Mammoth brewing and a center to catch a lift. Will definitely be back.

Home was clean and the underground parking was awesome! Just be sure to watch any overhead racks/luggage on your car as you drive underground. The clearance can be tight for lifted/off road vehicles. Would definitely stay again!

Our initial arrival was a struggle. We arrived after a long drive to a condo (as a group of 10) that had not been serviced- sheets were not clean, beds weren’t made, and there were no clean towels. We immediately had to start trying to do several loads of laundry so our group could sleep.
We called the host right away, sent photos and sent texts, and did not hear back until 11am the next day. Host was very apologetic, and had the condo serviced right away on day 2 afternoon of our stay. That whole experience/lack of quick communication was a rough way to start what otherwise was a great location/space.
As a space, PERFECT for groups and definitely roomy. We ended up being in mammoth during one of their biggest storms on record, so we will name all day that having underground parking at this condo was a game-changer. The place boasts 3 parking spots, when in reality there’s only 2, so we had to get creative upon arrival.
Overall, we had a great time, despite the bumps in the beginning. Host refunded cleaning fee at the end of our stay, which we deeply appreciated- and honestly made the difference in this review. As result, would stay here again!

My friends and I have stayed at this condo 3 times now for our annual snowboarding trip and have never been disappointed! It has everything you need, great amenities (especially the jacuzzi), and is within walking distance to The Village and shuttle stops. Mark is also quick to respond and able to answer any questions you may have. We'll be back next year!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. There were enough beds for each member of our family. The living room and dining area are a little small. The location is excellent, close to the Village. Underground parking is a plus during the winter. It was easy to communicate with the owner. I would recommend this property.

This place is hands down the best place to stay. Location is great. Perfectly clean, everyone fits - honestly I can’t say enough.
Thanks for letting me have a great time in mammoth

We had a nice stay at this Mammoth Lakes condo. We were a group of 6 all meeting up in Mammoth Lakes for one night to start our motorcycle adventure through Death Valley, Sequoia Parks, etc... The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, the space was large enough to accommodate and we appreciated having the secured garage space to park our motorcycles safely and securely over night with most of our gear still packed and attached to the bikes. Thanks for the accommodations!

Our stay was flawless not because the place was welcoming and clean, not because it was well stocked, not because the furniture was comfortable but because someone actually sat down and thought of everything. It definitely showed.

We went on a mountain biking trip with several other families whose kids usually ride together at Summit. Us and two other families stayed here and was perfect (4 kids, one baby, two dogs). Right next to the big jacuzzi. Lots of nearby paths to walk the dogs. Parking was not a problem (off season, so there was parking across the street and in the garage). We were able to keep our bikes on the balcony. Air lock at the top of the stairs so that baby and dogs don't accidentally get out. There is a long flight of stairs to get in if you have issues with stairs (we have similar stairs at our house, but I know some people have hip problems). Mud/wet room as you come in. Some reviews mention old TVs or carpet, but I'm not sure who is going to Mammoth to sit inside and not be out doing activities!! Kitchen is a bit small if you have a lot of people trying to cook in there, but it is open to the dining table & living room so that you can socialize while cooking. Lots of space in the dining & living room for three families to be in there. Kids loved the loft with bunk beds, Queen bed, and fold out bed. Nice amnenties in the bathroom and towels. I have back problems and the bed felt fantastic. There was also a fan in the closet to use at night (it was a summer hot weekend). We brought a bed sheet to cover the day bed in one room so that the dogs could sleep on it (pro dog travel tip, bring a flat king size sheet and throw it on top of the bed for dogs to not mess up their furniture or spread pet hair). Reviews mention the carpet, but with everyone going in & out and sports shoes of course it is going to wear and a nice carpet would get too messed up. The baby did fine crawling around on it and it was clean enough for that. We will definitely book it for our mountain bike trip next year!

Eleven of us stayed at the property for our first family gathering for three years (because of Covid travel restrictions). We all arrived together. My wife and I were the last to enter the property. Before we had set foot inside, the downstairs neighbour opened his door to complain about the noise from the children ‘running’ - all they had done was to go up the stairs to find their rooms! The adults spent the next few days reminding the children to go up and down the stairs quietly.
The property is well appointed but appears to have suffered from mishandling by renters - bathroom doors could not be locked for privacy because of damage, two bedroom doors had handles which fell off (our eight year old granddaughter could not get out of a bedroom as the handle had fallen off - distressing), draws had handles off. I had to repair three legs of dining chairs which were very loose (one was hanging off), the patio screen had no handle on the outside. A little maintenance work would help. Hopefully these issues have been resolved as I messaged the owner as we found the problems, which will make the property well worth revisiting.

This home is beautiful with ample room for our two families. I will stay here again for sure.

Overall we were very pleased with our condo. The location worked very well for us. The parking in the garage was nice but we also used the parking area across the street by the golf course! There was plenty of comfortable beds in the condo with lots of bedroom space too. The loft worked well as a bedroom even though it was open to the main floor. The grandkids used the spa as it was not too hot for them. The grounds were kept up very well! Being on the golf course provide great viewing of deer as well as beautiful scenery.
The kitchen was well stocked but the frying pans need to be replaced. The balcony provided additional storage space for ice chest, toys, and a place for beach towels to dry. The dining room table is tight in the space but it worked for us.
There does need to be a little updating/repairs. The carpet has a run in it. The runners in the hallways need to be replaced as well as the plastic covers on the stair entering the condo. They would move around as well as cause a trip hazard. There are a few missing window handles as well as some screens that needs to be replaced. The one for the sliding door is really bad.
The entry to the condo was great. Lots of room for shoes, coats, bike helmets and day packs. The combo front door lock was a nice feature. Only key you need to worry about was for the spa. The bike rack in the garage was a plus too. Very easy to secure our bikes!
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to condo to others!
