The steps to get to the room, a high level was a difficult for my special needs daughter.
4.0
Everything
Not having blinds on the top floor room.
4.0
Walking distance to the village and gondola to the slopes; beautiful views and decently clean
It was overpriced for the facilities and cleaning.
0.5
Close to the gondola
Horrible experience with Vacasa. I forgot a bag of clothes and the Vacasa staff stole the content and refursed to return the stuff. Also, there was no heat when I arrived. It was freezing and took 24 hours before it was comfortable.. the condo is on the top floor with multiple steps. I would NEVER rent through Vacasa again
3.5
Location to the village and the gondola is perfect. About a 5 minute walk in the morning and you're on your way up to Canyon.
Condo is extremely outdated, felt like we were living in the 90's. Pellet Stove and one of the heaters was broken. It got down to 15° one night so a fire would have been nice.
5.0
Great location while Canyons open
Plugs and kitchen didn't work and fireplace didn't work. Those need to be repaired
3.0
It was charming
The TV was small, cable was spotty. Couch was horrible. Uncomfortable, didn't even attempt to pull it out. It honestly kind of grossed me out.
3.5
Mammoth Rustic Charm interior and out
Communication with agency Good
Location
Easy parking
Layout good
Beautiful trees on property
Relatively quiet property from road and business noise
Lack of supplies for a week's stay
Dirty pots
Poor bed
Pool frigid cold
TV with no directions.
Lots of Fees and Taxes added to base rent
Interior Stairs small steps
Hot tub jets spewing water everywhere
Can hear neighbors conversations and activities through walls
0.5
Good location.
The photo’s make it look spacious when it is really one double bedroom and 3 beds in the living area. I am very unhappy.
0.5
The location was good.
Old, dirty and falling apart. Heating did not sufficiently heat the downstairs. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Water heater to small, always ran out of hot water. Water pressure low, shower was a trickle. Carpet was old and dirty. Cabinets were falling apart. Furniture was old, dirty and falling apart. Upstairs television remote control did not work. Advertised as second floor…. Fifty six stairs to get to the front door. More like fourth floor!!!
5.0
Nice and cosy place for a family of 4
Children in the living room and parents upstairs with separate bedrooms, a very nice treat especially when you are travelling from hotel to hotel with two kings size beds in one room
A washing machine and dryer on premise, key in the house, operates on coins. But also great to have after a week of travelling
Walking distance to the city Center with nice shops and restaurants
Nothing worth mentioning
4.0
private and quiet.
Difficult to find our room in the dark. Parking lot isn't very well lit and not many direction signs.
4.5
Took us a bit to get the hang of the door code but it worked great once I figured it out.
No dishwasher but that was ok. It was just the 2 of us. There were a couple of stains on the carpet but overall the carpet was in good condition. My husband didn't care for the carpetting around the toilet. The idea of pee misses ending up on the carpet kinda grossed him out.

Ronduit schandalig!

condo was as expected
getting in required phone call, not great

Location
Climbing 55 steps at 8000ft altitude was dreadful for my guest. There was no assistance available to haul luggage up the stairs.
Kitchen appliances and flatwear and dishes were minimal. The secondary bed was a trundle bed sitting in the main room. This should be a Murphy bed instead to avoid the clutter.

We were in # 29 studio. Walking distance to Mammoth Village and right on bike path. Well equiped kitchen. Place was very clean. Great Balcony and large deck.
Being there in the summer it is nice to BBQ and sit outside. There was no BBQ except at the community pool and no chairs or table to sit outside. I wish I brought camping chairs and a small table.
3.0
Location was good, pool and hot tub area were nice.
The carpet in the condo is pretty old and dirty. The dishes had to be washed before you used them because previous guest must not have washed them well. There were only 4 towels left for use, no extras. The condo was on the top story, you had to climb 50 stairs and it was a lot to unload and load personal belongings.

Location , friendly staff, views

Very good
I loved everything

Location
No AC in unit and it was very warm in Mammoth. I couldn't sleep well at night because it was so hot. Came back home more tired then when I left. Probably not a great place for summer.
5.0
Clean. Comfy. Nice pool. Clean spa. Nice sauna. Very clean everywhere. Had no problems.
Price could be cheaper.
3.5
The location was within walking distance to The Village, Mammoth Brewing Company and Town Trolley. It was super clean and had 2 bathrooms.
The room upstairs was small and warm and there is a lot of steps to the unit. It is a condo and you can hear people next door.
4.0
Good place for the family.
Furniture is a little dated
5.0
everything we needed, they provided for you. beds are comfortable and extra blankets and pillows available
the couch seems dated. it could use a steam cleaning or a new one
3.5
Proximity to the village
56 steps to get to front door.
Front door jamb is not properly sealed, so the living room can't warm up. Always cold downstairs.
4.0
What breakfast?
The place looked old. Like 70s. Faucet leaked.
1.5
Location
Old and tired furnishings and finishes. Needs a total renovation. Some things did not work. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.
I have booked alot thru bookings.com and this unit should not be in your system in its as is condition. Furniture is worn out and stained as is carpet etc
4.5
Location, walking distance to the village. Comfy beds.
Carpet flooring.
