Phenomenal home. Better than the pictures! Well equipped and lots of space. Lovely bedrooms all en-suite. Great pool and large back yard with stunning views.

This was a great house in a great location. Four couples travelling from Orlando, FL to Stagecoach, we wanted something nice to relax and enjoy Palm Springs while not at the festival. This house was super cool and fit the local vibe we were looking for with it's mid-century modern style and decor. Just blocks from restaurants and shopping, it was a great location. The house was clean, and we appreciate a rental that's stocked with the necessities - more than enough towels, kitchen needs, etc. Property Manager was lively and responsive. Very happy with our choice.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home the week prior to our daughter’s wedding. We loved the mid century style, the gorgeous view from the pool area and the excellent location for hiking or walking to town.

The property was lovely and very comfortable. Enjoyed the views from the house.
House was equipped with all our needs .
Yard and patio also nice to enjoy.
Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

This property is absolutely amazing. Close to downtown and beautiful views. Property manager was fantastic and was quick to answer a question we had.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs! The house was beautiful, and it was perfect for our family of five, with all of us having our own bathrooms! Fred, the property manager, was quick to answer any texts I sent him and was there promptly for check-in and check-out at our agreed-upon times. There is still some amount of construction noise going on behind the house, but generally it didn't bother us too much, though it started a bit early. We would definitely return to this house -- great location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Beautiful home and perfect area. There was still construction noise at one building site, but the place was fantastic. Would book again.

Beautiful home and Fred, the property manager, is a sweet person who had the home wonderfully set up for us on arrival with great music. The only complaint is that we were not made aware of the very noisy construction taking place directly behind and also to the left of the home. This, and with the workers smoking all day long, made it very difficult to enjoy the backyard. I think this should have been disclosed.

Six of us girls enjoyed five fun days here! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, location, everything! One of the nicest VRBO homes we’ve stayed at. One word of advice re beds: the primary room has a very soft king bed, while all others are medium to firm. Plenty of towels, storage, sheets and dishes, and pool toys. Manager Fred is super nice and so very accommodating!

The house is even nicer than pictures and very well appointed.
Fred, the property manager, was very communicative and helpful.
Would 100% come back! Thanks for everything.

Perfect retreat for our annual HS golf, hike, bike, restaurant weekend! The house and location are fantastic.

Everything we had hoped for - great home, super clean, well stocked, and excellent outdoor living, walking distance to downtown and easy to get to Indian Wells for the BNP Tourney as well as PGA West golf courses. Fred the property manager was available and helpful. If heading to Palm Springs during the tennis or golf tournaments - make dinner reservations about a month in advance.

Location of this house is amazing. 3 miles to the airport and just 2-3 miles to grocery stores and shops. House is fantastic. Has all the amenities you can ask for. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very convenient and makes you feel like you have your own private space. Pool can use a facelift. Tiles were coming off but other than that it was fine. Lots of pool toys. Loved Fred, the property manager. We will be coming back.

The house was perfectly located for our annual trip to Palm Springs modernism week. The house has everything needed to hang out inside, outside poolside or just kicked back enjoyed the amazing views.
The owners graciously warned us that the corner lot is being built on . With the strict PS noise ordinances we truly never had any unpleasant noise or commotion coming from the construction workers. Loved our stay! And Fred , the property manager , was a joy to work with. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this prime Palm Springs location. The home is enormous with plentiful towels, nice linens, and amenities. Check in was fairly smooth, and the house was immaculate and has super fun decor (cool art by SAVAGE!). Parking for 2 SUV's in the garage was a wonderful bonus in an area with scarce street parking. The home is nestled into the mountains but only a 10 minute walk to downtown. Self check-in was not an option here and future implementation could really streamline the process (especially since there is only one house key and one garage remote). While some vacation rentals provide hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, this property does not (so pack your own!) Further renters should note as of this writing (Jan 3, 2023) there is considerable construction starting at 7:00AM on week days, and the noise is quite audible in the backyard and with the doors open. We were lucky to stay over the Christmas holiday, so the noise wasn't an issue until our last couple of days. Overall, we highly recommend this property!

The house had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving getaway. Perfectly located by trails and walking distance to town. The house was spotless and we loved how it was decorated. Very comfortable for our family!

Great location for a family trip! Hiking in the backyard and with stores, bars, and restaurants a mile walk away. Grocery store conveniently located a mile and a half away. Close to many of Palm Springs tourist attractions. Quiet relaxing neighborhood and clean home with plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which helps with adult groups. Plenty of great amenities; pool towels, sunscreen, pool toys, umbrellas, fire pit, and more. Thank you for an amazing stay with great communication from the property manager. Would stay again!

If you want to be in Palm Springs, this is a perfect vacation rental home. The location of the house is ideal. It provides a beautiful view of the mountains, privacy and is mere minutes from anyplace in downtown. On that latter point, you simply cannot beat the convenience this house provides.
The house is beautifully furnished and maintained. The pictures do not do it justice. The house lacked nothing we wanted or needed. Fred, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with.
There was ongoing construction behind (dirt work) and to one side (framing) of the house, but it did not detract at all from our enjoyment of the backyard or pool. Indeed, it was hardly noticeable.
To paraphrase MacArthur, we will return.

The house was fantastic. Very stylish place with everything we needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Fred was very accommodating and helpful letting us check in one hour early. The house was absolutely what was promised. The beds where super comfy and clean. We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property in a great location. The property manager Fred was a delight to deal with. Quiet neighborhood with amazing views and close to some great hiking trails if that’s your thing. 10/10 would recommend. Me and my friends will return again for sure!

Get up in the morning and hike up mountain to start the day. Head to the aerial tram or Joshua National Park for the day. Dinner downtown is a walk or a 5 minute drive. Spent a day or two just lounging around the pool. Had three generations of family (7) of us very comfortably.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is absolutely beautiful, nudged up against the mountain makes it feel very secluded and serene - but it's a 10 minute walk to great restaurants like Melvyn's. All 4 rooms are en suites which makes it perfect for our group of friends who vacation in PS annually. Highly recommend. One word of warning though - construction just kicked off next to AND behind the property. Fortunate for us it wasn't too loud during the weekend, but we checked out on Monday and there was a bulldozer 20 feet away from us at the next property clearing rocks. Should just be a short term issue. When we come back next year this will be the first property I book if it's available!

We loved this house and the great location. We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It was a super comfortable stay.

This property exceeds all expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the lay out could not work better for a group of friends with everyone having their own bedroom (large) with en suite bathrooms. The indoor/outdoor Cali living makes you never want to leave the property, and the views from the backyard are picturesque. We can’t wait to return and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else.

Beautiful property! Hike the mountain, run, shop, dine…. All within walking distance! Relax by the pool…. Total rest & relaxation!

We had a great stay with our adult kids and partners! Loved the house and everything about it. We only wish we could have stayed longer !!

Great location, great house. Could not ask for anything more. Walk to hiking, shopping, dinning. The house is set up for 8, seating is well thought out and outdoor space is very nice.

This home was wonderful, clean and well appointed. The home was perfect for 4 couples. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom to enjoy, and the living room and kitchen were wonderful areas to congregate and relax. The pool was super clean and the heater worked well, hot tub was an added bonus. Fred was very helpful and communicative when we had a minor issue with the pool (he had someone out to resolve the issue immediately!). The home is also walking distance from downtown which was a huge plus. It was fun to watch the hikers ascend the beautiful hillside. Really perfect all around. One minor issue that may bother some, but there was construction going on next door for a new home … might have been nice to know beforehand, but not a dealbreaker.

Fabulous property and location. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location and Fred was a wonderful concierge. The pictures of the home were a perfect representation of what it's like. If you are looking for a true Desert-Mid Modern home for your Palm Springs vacation, this would be a great choice.

Came to PS with the family for Christmas. The house was wonderful, everyone has their own room/restroom and one big communal area. The hiking trail was right behind the property and it was a short walk to the main strip. Fred/property mang was very responsive, had a slight pluming issue that was fixed that day. Overall, great house and location!

We were four adult couples. The place is a beautiful mid century modern home. It sits at the bottom of wonderful hiking trails and is an easy walk into town. The house made our stay - really terrific!

The property is beautiful.
Location is perfect.
There are so many great things to say about this home. The interior is MidCentury California Modern and it is a place you never want to leave. Worth every penny. I would stay here again.
The Pro's (in addition to the above):
1. Fred the property manager was helpful and very responsive. We appreciated his kindness.
2. Plenty of nice hangers in the closets.
3. Beds and bedding top of the line.
4. Beautiful furnishings and nicely appointed spaces.
5. Outdoor furniture was plentiful and pretty.
6. Fire pit and sectional was perfection.
7. Heated pool was lovely.
8. Four ensuite bedrooms were all spacious and well appointed.
9. Living area had several different sitting areas with extremely comfortable furniture including pillows and throw blankets.
10. The master suite is stunning. Spacious and beautiful.
11. All the towels in the bathroom were thick and like new.
Having said all of that, we did have a few small issues with the home that should be resolved promptly for future guests.
The Con's:
1. The outdoor furniture needed to be addressed after our arrival. Fred was quick to respond and Esperanza was fabulous she went above and beyond to make the space very clean.
2. The drain in the master shower drained very slowly. The shower pan fills up with water after a normal length shower and could overflow into the bathroom if one is not paying attention.
3. The master bath commode did not flush well and needed to be plunged.
4. The ice maker in the fridge was not working, at least not very well. They did have an ice maker at the bar in the living room but that was not fully installed for use.
5. With a large home holding a maximum of 8 guests we only received 1 garage door opener and 1 key. We were asked to park two of the cars in the garage and one in the driveway. (I understand PS has no parking on the street in this area.) Due to the parking requirements a second garage door opener and an additional key is necessary.
6. The laundry room pocket door was not working and stuck inside the pocketed wall leaving the laundry room open to the kitchen and other living space. It is important to be able to block the view and be able to quiet laundry machine sounds to enjoy the spaces that are in close proximity.
7. The pool had some tile that was cracked and missing. Not a big deal but nonetheless.
Again, we would stay here again even with the minor dings.
