About this cottage rental
Private two bedroom fully equipped and self contained cottage in a quiet location adjacent to the Blackwood river reserve, overlooking bushland and a vineyard, and only a few minutes walk to the main street of Nannup.
SINGLE NIGHT STAYS ARE POSSIBLE BUT INCLUDE A $100 SURCHARGE TO THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT.
Additional guests (above two) $20 per guest per night.
Payment is online via the Stayz system.
Polished jarrah floors, well furnished, wide, shady verandah with great views, BBQ and outside seating overlooking lily pond and native bush garden.
Queen size bed in main bedroom, two single beds in second bedroom.
Separate toilet and bathroom with shower and wash basin
Electric heater fireplace and electric blankets for cold winter nights.

Cozy delightful cottage, beautiful local artwork, comfortable beds with electric blankets, good shower, well catered and set out. Lovely veranda and frog pond, lots of wildlife. Great location, very close to river walk trails.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay and were amused by the antics of the local bunnies, roo's and frogs. Had no issues and would be happy to visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Tree Frog Cottage. It was spotless inside and the heater and electric blankets made it cosy for the chilly nights. Record collection was amazing, so many classic albums to listen to! Gorgeous outlook from the verandah on to the garden and bush. Great location to explore Nannup and the surrounding areas.

Beautiful cosy cottage. Very peaceful. Cuppa in bed watching the kangaroos nibble away in the bush. Close to canoe drop for a lovely paddle up the Blackwood and a ten minute walk into the Main Street. Good old vinyl to listen to whilst you’re cooking tea and chilling. We enjoyed our stay at Tree Frog Corttage.

This was our first visit to Nannup and we had a great time exploring the town and hiring mountain bikes. The cottage has a very peaceful feel about it and has all the amenities needed for a little holiday. The kids loved lying in the hammock and were lucky enough to see a few kangaroos. The artwork around the place is also nice - especially after realising they are paintings of the local surroundings! Short walk to a playground and conveniently close to the bike hire place.

Great place to unwind in nature. The water feature was lovely to sit and watch the birds visit.
Would be great if there was WiFi for overseas guest, and we brought our bathers as amenities noted a spa/hot tub.
Kitchen cupboard and cutlery drawers need a wipe over & more hangers would've been great. Recommended you air the closets between visits.
House & bedding were spotless & kitchen well stocked.
Great fireplace & easy to operate.
Close to town & on a quite corner block for good privacy. Was great to play some good LP's and overall loved our 4 day vacation. Thanks.

My mate and I had a great stay here. Very clean and close to the mountain bike trails. Neighbours are really close and there's a trail on the other side that gets a few walkers if you are after privacy but didn't bother us. The house is in great condition and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is provided. However there is no hot tub as mentioned in the listing. We would definitely recommend staying here if it suits you.

We had a lovely long weekend away in Nannup. Property was cozy with beautiful bush surrounds, perfectly located on the edge of town. We enjoyed hiking and riding the local trails and wandering the small main street.

I have stayed here more than once. The location is perfect. Walking distance to town and very quiet. Everything you need for your stay is available. It is well maintained and nice and clean.

This is a lovely cottage nestled among trees. We really enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the evening. It is a great location for walking into the town centre and also a short drive to Tank 7. We will be back!

Absolutely loved Tree Frog Cottage! Very quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a very hot and humid weekend but the fans kept us very cool and comfortable. Great location too - close enough to town for all the amenities, but close enough to the bush to enjoy the serenity. The back verandah was a great spot to unwind. Hope to stay again!

Cute cottage, lovely outlook and a fantastic record player with a huge record collection! Just a couple of things to keep in mind when booking - there is an additional charge of $100 for a one night stay which makes it quite expensive (this is clearly stated in the description).
And there is no wifi even though the listing on Stayz says there is free wifi. Overall a good place to stay.

What o lovely quiet place to hang out for a few days. Nice walk into town and the friendly locals. I even did a class at the local gym which can be seen from the cottage in the distance 😃

Enjoyed staying at the cottage. Parking is out the front. Nil aircon but all was good when we opened all the windows. Very quiet and peaceful.

We liked however it was very touch and go initially!
No prior email with details of address etc and no response 5 days prior to an sms and sadly only late on the day when we told to drive anyway.
We called head office 3pm and were told they had no answer either but we must travel there and attempt to at least attempt open door to receive a refund. It was an hour and a half drive there. I told her I had concerns of no entry and then asked what we were to do. She said to then call back. I said it would be 5.30pm at that point and the fact were on motorbikes not only would it be 3 hours return travel it would be dark and dangerous with kangaroos out. She said we must at least go again. Thankfully half way got a message from owners to confirm stay.
Coffee machine didn’t work but plunger saved us.

Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay here!

We had everything we needed: comfy beds with lovely linen, hot shower with good pressure, lovely sitting room n a well equipped kitchen. The deck and its forest views were a highlight with beautiful running water in a pond, singing frogs and so many birds! We will be back!

This is a lovely cottage at the edge of town with amazing views over the bush and vineyards. The patio gets the afternoon sun and is a perfect spot to relax. The cottage had everything you need and the electric blanket on a cold night was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Treefrog Cottage was perfect for the long weekend break. The record player and collection was a lovely bonus, we were able to put some music on have a glass of wine on the verandah and listen to the frogs and birds sing along.

Absolutely loved our three night stay in Tree Frog Cottage when we came to Nannup for the Collectors Fair. The cottage was so clean and had many amenities. It is a unique place to stay and would highly recommend.

We were super impressed with the cleanliness of the property and surrounds. Everything was well kept and we had basically everything we needed. Instrucrions were shirt and accurate and easy to follow. Such a lovely little quiet place to wake up to and explore the surrounding bush. The only negative and it isnt huge but it would have been great for there to be free wifi available at the property. There was nothing for us to look up local cafes and restaurants, menus, times of opening and closimg hours etc, so had to keep going into town to check places out. Would have been nice to plan a bit beforehand but as I said, not a huge deal. We woukd definately recommend.

We love coming to Nannup and staying at Tree Frog cottage. It's a great little spot close enough to town to be able to access everything but far enough to be quiet as well.

This cottage has everything you need in a cozy little package. Very clean and tidy. Lovely homely touches. In a quiet neighborhood, and close to the town centre. Have stayed here twice now, and it is now our go to for Nannup.

Such a lovely little property and surrounds. The perfect weekend getaway with a partner or small group of friends. Would happily stay again!

Property had not been cleaned when we arrived as the cleaner forgot and was out of town. The owners were out of range and not able to be contacted. We wasted our first afternoon chasing around town trying to locate anyone who could contact the owner or the cleaner. Luckily we were able to track down a lovely lady who used to clean the cottage and she agreed to clean and change the linen for us. Owner will not respond to my communications on this so it's very disappointing as the property is lovely, but we won't stay again simply due to the lack of response and acknowledgement that we were inconvenienced and lost an entire afternoon of our holiday. I would recommend all property owners have an alternative contact for situations such as this.
