*** While NO construction is needed in Building "D," the rest of the complex will be undergoing a siding and window replacement project beginning November 4th, 2024. Work being done in the complex should conclude by March 8th, 2025.***

As a guest you will have close access to the Links and Harbor Courses within Wild Dunes, The Sand and Sea Spa & various dining options within the Wild Dunes community. Enjoy the quiet streets, bike or stroll away from the hustle of the main part of the island. If you are looking to soak in the history and charm of the area head into Charleston, just a 30-minute drive to world class dining, shopping, and entertainment. On your way take the scenic route through romantic Sullivan's Island and stop for some of the locals favorite dining options- then meander through the “Old Village” and enjoy the architecture of Mount Pleasants hidden gem. Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking.

Loved this property very clean , the bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed even though I only made breakfast. Too many great restaurants to cook dinner myself. Steps from the beach and pool. Loved that they had beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Decor was beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Check in was easy.

Everything was wonderful. I love that they had everything I needed. Simple things like a fan, salt and pepper, cookware, foil, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella. The screened in porch, and quick easy access to the ocean was amazing. The place was very comfortable and clean. Thank you! I wish we stayed longer! Abby

If I had a beachfront condo this is what I would want. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, amazing view, covered screened porch. We enjoyed our relaxing 4 days here and can not wait to come back.

Very nice. 2nd stay in Port O Call. Can generally see that the deferred maintenance needed in the neighborhood since our last visit. It's still much better many others. Thanks for making the our vacation memorable.

We love the location of Port o' Call. Our host did a wonderful job supplying the place with all of the comforts of home and more!! Beach towels & chairs, along with an assortment of umbrellas aided us for great days at the beach! We walked the 3 mile loop around Wild Dunes every morning and made a great breakfast using all of the kitchen supplies in the unit. I really loved the plastic baggies for any leftover! The unit looked exactly like the pictures and the place was spotless. The welcome bottle of Cabernet (my favorite!) and the bathrobes were a nice touch. We had a marvelous time and definitely look forward to staying here again!

We came to Charleston for 10 days for a vacation and to visit our grandchildren. From the moment we walked in Abby Villa we felt at home. The home was spotless and very welcoming. Our view of the ocean was wonderful. I only wish it had been warmer so we could have left our bedroom door open to her the waves.....next time we will come a little later in the spring . The washer and dryer was needed and used daily. Our walks on the beach were very relaxing and because the beach was not crowded, we enjoyed them both in the morning and evening. All in all, our stay at Abby Villa, Port of Call D203, was a vacation that we will remember and we will be back!

Lovely view, well-equipped comfortable condo. Nicely updated but older building so upstairs noise easily heard and could be very noisy in busy season with voices easily echoing from several buildings. No way to prevent light in bedroom since shade couldn’t be lowered completely and shades for door were opaque Heated pool would be a big plus. Rental agent very responsive and easily reached.

We love IOP and have made many memories there. We have only ever stayed in a house before with all our family. Since it was just us 4 this time we decided to try Port O Call. Wild dunes was absolutely perfect and our condo was so peaceful. We will be returning in November and can’t wait! We had the best time ever.

My husband and I visited the area for my 40th birthday. We arrived around 10:00 pm to a bottle of wine and wine glasses waiting for us on the counter in the foyer. The lamps and tv were on. It was so cozy and welcoming. The condo was perfect! It was clean, decorated beautifully and you could see the beach from every room. It was just what we needed. We played cards at night on the screened in porch. The resort was very quiet and nice. We’ll definitely be making this an annual trip. Thanks for everything, Robin!

This was the perfect place for our quick getaway! Myself, husband, and two young children stayed for 4 nights. The condo was very clean and well-equipped within a lovely community and great proximity to the beach (3 min walk). The pool access was a nice bonus. I had one small question while I was there which was responded to promptly. The bed was very comfortable and pull out sofa for the kiddos was great too. I highly recommend this property as a beach getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! This is a lovely unit that was very clean and had easy access to everything. The view was exceptional, and we spent all our “inside” time on the amazing screened in porch - eating all meals, having our morning coffee (and our little one loved playing and laying out all her seashells on the porch)! Parking was super easy, and it was great having the courtyard and pool right outside our door. The condo was recently remodeled, and we appreciated all the updated detail. It would be nice if they added a handheld shower. With the single, fixed shower head – it was really challenging to give our little one a shower every night and rinse her hair. Communication with Robin was always timely and clear, which we really appreciated. The beach was private and never crowded with plenty of space to run and play. This was the perfect spot to enjoy a family vacation!

We had a wonderful week at D203. Very turn key. Very clean and up-to-date. Bed slept great. Kitchen was perfect. View was stunning. Screened-in deck was great. Beach was secluded and quiet. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have all the amenities of home while on vacation

This place was awesome! It was exactly as advertised. We loved the location, the short walk to the beach, and they have everything you need for a great vacation. We didn’t use any of their beach stuff, but they had boogie boards and chairs and other stuff that could be used. We LOVED the screened in porch and had all of our meals there, except when it was raining.

Beautiful place with a great view! Easy check in and good communication. They supplied everything needed to have a great vacation. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Just a quick walk through the property and you are on the beach. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I had not purchased insurance for this trip. A few weeks before we were to leave my dog was injured badly. I contacted Robin to tell her that just to say we may not be able to make it. She gave me several options to help me recoup money if indeed we could not come. Luckily we made it down to the beach! But it’s like I told Robin, good karma comes back to you! I will be happy to use this firm again in the future! The condo was top notch and comfortable. Thanks again!!
