Twisted Palm Villas is a beautiful, beachfront boutique hotel in an ideal location - just North of San Pedro Town.
This listing is for all 6 suites, with ideal occupancy of 12, but up to 18 when using all the pullout sofas. We are adults only
The suites are comprised of:
Two (2) Coco King Suites (VRBO listing #854808 908924) that feature a King-bed and fully equipped kitchens including beautiful hand crafted Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, full-sized fridge & gas range, stainless double sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 720 feet of living space and spectacular view of the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Walk out the front door to the fresh-water pool and beautiful beach.
Three (3) Coral Queen Suites (VRBO listing #854809 908926 957969) offer a Queen-bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge, stainless single-sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 440 feet of living space. Walk out the door to the fresh-water pool, beautiful beach and Caribbean Sea!

One (1) Garden Suite (VRBO listing #854810) has a queen bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge and gas stove, TWIN pullout sofa, stainless double sink, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 340 feet of living space and a garden view.
All suites have AC and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, WiFi, 42" LED TV, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dining table/chairs, hair dryers and in-room safe.
The property features a beautiful 35' X 10' fresh water pool with extra 6'X6' jet spa and spacious, private sun deck. There is also a rooftop lounge with sunrise and sunset views (breath-taking!).
All rooms are non-smoking (outside is fine), no pets.

We rented all 6 rooms for our 6 night stay in San Pedro. Communication was great from the start. The location was just outside the bustling town with a quick golf cart ride. You could also enjoy your stay with limited cart rides because several restaurants and activities were within walking distance. We enjoyed time at the pool along with adventures around the island. The catamaran rental our last day was our favorite. We sailed over to Caye Caulker for the day and enjoyed walking to the local bars and bbq on the beach. Caye Caulker is a much more laid back atmosphere but would be hard to pass up all the great things San Pedro has to offer as well on our next trip. Twisted Palms was perfect for our large group and was everything we expected.

Twisted Palm was a great balance of villa/hotel accommodations. Great service and great people. Thank you for capturing the experience I was seeking. 10 out of 10 recommended!
To enhance the experience, I did hire the recommended chef, golf cart vendor and snorkeling vendor. All were awesome.

The property was perfect and owners responsive. The 303 bar and grill was right at the end of pier and we hung out every night and had a great time!

Our group of twelve had a great time! Property was great and easy walk to some food places and very convenient everywhere else by golf cart. Dive shop on pier was great and very accomadating to anyone that wanted to Dive. I would book again if we came with a large group.

Let me tell you about Barb, Joann, Crytalee and Amer. Barb was helpful, attentive and responsive. She answered every question right away. Everyone was just so nice. I felt like we were on vacation from the moment Amer picked us up. He was nice taking all of our bags, there were 9 women with a lot of bags!, we appreciated it all. He even bought us water. He was very serious about us getting to our ferry on time and let me tell you, we needed him to be. Joann greeted us with Champaign and OJ. Who doesn't love that!! Crytalee came in everyday and cleaned our room. She left little notes that were so cute. The rooms were as described, the roof top was just a vibe. The pool was used daily. Sand was right up to the pool steps. The Dive Bar next door was good food and drinks. Our rooms were clean, water was hot and beds were comfy. The WIFI worked great. We all had service the entire time. We felt safe and were comfortable our entire stay. If we ever go back, this is who we will be calling. It was in a great location as well. Stores were close and it was a little more modern if you went 5 min left. We really enjoyed our stay. If you want beachfront luxury with a local feel, this is where you want to be!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 13! Kids ages 9, 11 and two teen agers spent countless hours in the pool and the adults spent so many hours on the roof top playing music, games and enjoying a fantastic view. We rented out the entire place and was grateful because it gave us the run of the place without worrying about the kids annoying anyone. Mike and Laura were excellent hosts and were quick to reply to any needs we may have needed. Not too far from just about everything and anywhere you wanted to be in San Pedro. Suites were furnished with everything you need to stay at home of you wanted and there is a store 5 mins walk away that is very well stocked. Communication with Mike prior to our stay was smooth and he had some wonderful recommendations for our trip.

We loved our stay at Twisted palms! We had a group of 12 and we had so much fun here!! It was really clean and so beautiful!! The pool and the rooftop area was so amazing!! It was in a great location, just a short golf cart ride to the restaurants and bars. Mike was a great host. He arranged our transportation from the airport and golfcarts for our group. We really loved our stay here!

We have stayed several different places in San Pedro but after staying at Twisted Palms we will never stay anywhere else. The whole place is fabulous n the location is perfect!! Mike and Laura were top notch hosts and so helpful with any questions we had!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We had 15 people and rented out all the rooms. The kids loved the pool and Mike was really helpful with recommendations on what to do and he even helped up book our Tropic Air tickets. He also helped us book scuba diving and fishing trips. Great place!

From beginning to finish the property and owners are first class all the way! We have been to San Pedro 5 times and this is by far the best place and location! I would recommend for anyone including families.

We were a family of 12 including 3 children under 13. We had the entire property and it was lovely. Location is awesome. Close to things. Kim checked us in and was so responsive to anything we needed.

From my first interaction with Mike, the owner, to the last before we left the island, I cannot say enough to emphasize his professionalism, attention to detail, quick response time, helpfulness, and kindness. I planned a trip to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. Mike emailed me tons of great information for planning the trip. My biggest piece of advice-take Mike's advice! He arranged for a taxi from Belize City airport to the water taxi, and then for the golf cart company (you really need these to get around) to get us in San Pedro and bring us to Twisted Palms.
Twisted Palms perfectly accommodated 11 of us. It had the feel of a private villa with the amenities of a boutique hotel. It is fully updated, modern, clean. The pictures are accurate. The location was perfect, outside of the cute little town center, but not far from a market or amazing restaurants. A quick walk next door to The Dive Bar you can grab food or a drink out on the dock. Every activity we did (snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, scuba diving) could be arranged from here. They actually come pick you up at the dock. We experienced the perfect combination of activities, relaxing by the pool, sitting on the beach, swinging in the hammock, exploring the island, eating amazing food, meeting great people. Everyone speaks English, which is nice. One of the biggest surprises of the trip was how amazing the food was. My husband is a foodie and he can't stop talking about how delicious it was! Because each room either had a mini or full kitchen, we split our eating between preparing meals at Twisted Palms and eating out. It was great to have this option. There was housekeeping service each day and the caretaker, Kim, was so helpful in answering any questions we had.
Whether you are planning a romantic getaway or a group trip, Twisted Palms Villas will not disappoint!!

Our family stayed for a week and couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental. Mike arranged almost everything for us from the pick up from airport to the trip back home, golf carts, snorkeling, etc. Location of property is convenient to Main Street of San Pedro and the Dive Bar right next door had excellent food.

We rented all 6 units to celebrate our wedding. We had a wonderful time! Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and the Dive Bar was an added bonus (they allowed us to use their kayaks and paddle boards all week). The grocery store down the street made for convenient spontaneous purchases. We planned a fishing trip with over 20 people - everyone was picked up right at the Dive Bar dock. Mike and Laura are unbelievable hosts. We could never have pulled off our wedding and reception without their help. They made everything from airport transfers to golf cart rentals so easy for us. We will definitely stay again!

Very easy rental process. The owner handled flight reservations to the island, golf cart rental and transportation. Smooth process throughout. I highly recommend Twisted Palms. You will have a great vacation.
