We had a large family group & the house was such a lovely, comfortable place. It’s not only beautiful but chock full of everything we could ever need. It was so spacious & we enjoyed coffee in mornings on back porch. Working with the hosts was just great. Such nice people! Highly recommend!!!

Plenty of room-fun for our kids - great location!
We made more memories with our family!
It was fun being in the house that was on Fixer Upper- we even had the tour bus stop by and we waved!

We came in with family for our son's graduation from Baylor. This property was perfect for our group! The kitchen/living room/dining room is all one big area that easily accommodated 8 for meals and games (not all slept there). The backyard has several fun activities, and the property is a short distance from all the fun places in Waco...we appreciated the high end finishes, great toiletries provided, higher end paper products, and comfort!

The layout of this beautiful ranch style home was perfect for our extended family.
The kitchen, dining living area was amazing for entertaining.
The backyard was perfect for our grandchildren, they had more fun playing.
Would definitely recommend this “ Bachelor Pad “ to anyone staying in Waco.

We had a fabulous stay at the Bachelor Pad. There were nine of us for a family reunion/eclipse viewing. The house was perfect. It is better in real life than the pictures. The house is spacious and beautiful. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and viewing the eclipse. We grilled, we cooked, we grabbed carry out and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Especially appreciated were all the little touches, an ice maker that worked, the filter water dispenser, extra paper towels and tp, tons of coffee and creamer and my favorite tissues boxes in every room which came I handy given seasonal allergies. The Bachelor Pad did not disappoint and we hope to come back again.

As soon as we walked into the place, it was breathtaking and just seeing how great the place looked made everyone excited to be spending the weekend there. It was very comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the big yard with the volleyball court and half basketball court. There was a lot of room in the 2 main spaces for all 10 adults to spend time together too so that was great. All in all, It was an amazing stay and if I do go back to Waco, I’d definitely go stay here again.

Our family loved our stay. We were in town for our son’s graduation from Baylor Law School. This house was the perfect place to celebrate. The pictures don’t lie. Even 85 year old grandpa loved it. 😊

A perfect home in which to gather with family who traveled from London, Las Vegas, Napa and north Texas. The home accommodated our group in style -- and we especially enjoyed several competitive games of "beach" volleyball under the lights. HIghly recommend this rental if your travels take you to Waco!

So let me start my review with saying that we owned a large vacation rental on lake LBJ for 4 years, so I understand how difficult it can be to keep everyone happy. We’ve stayed in several properties in the Waco area and this was one of our favorites. It was a group of 8 ladies (family and friends) and we all had plenty of room to stretch out, bathroom space, and enjoyed the beds. The towels and linens are very nice and the furniture is comfortable and homey. The table is plenty large for a competitive game of Canasta and one of the islands hosted an amazing charcuterie spread. Lots of coffee options, and enjoyed the beautiful coffee/tea bar. We had just a few minor suggestions that was conveyed to the management company, but nothing that need to be mentioned here. We enjoyed feeling like celebrities when the Waco Tours bus came by and especially enjoyed the visit from the neighbor cat Raider. Would definitely stay again, and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the amenities throughout!

The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. We would have enjoyed our stay more if there was an additional TV. There’s only ONE, so be prepared to ALL agree.

Amazing experience! The house was beautiful!
Only one complaint.
The sand on the volleyball court was rougher than expected. Grass and weeds have taken over.
Aside from this, would definitely recommend going back!!

We were in Austin for a wedding and decided to extend our trip to visit Waco. We loved staying in a Fixer-Upper house and this one fit all of us with room to spare! Super clean and very well appointed with lots of extras- coffee, tea, laundry stuff, extra cleaning products, and an easy check out process.

We stayed here for a Mother/Daughter trip and it was wonderful! The house is stunning, very clean, and SO much room! We had plenty of room for our group of 8 and every bed was very comfy. We all gathered in the huge living room and watched the episode of the house being remodeled and it was our favorite part of the trip. The host answered every question we had so quickly and gave us some great spots to visit In Waco. I wish we could have stayed longer - cant wait to come back!

We had a Sisters and Mom get away weekend. The home was clean and comfortable. 5 Adults and the bedroom set up was great for us. Good communication from the manager. Unfortunately during our stay a crazy storm blew through and took down the amazing peach tree but luckily no one was hurt and the manager had someone out taking a look fairly quickly. Neghborhood and location felt safe.

This house was an ideal location for out of town members of our corporate team. Large open spaces for when they wanted to socialize or when they wanted their own quiet time. Check in process simple. House had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Love this home!!! It's a very quiet home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! However, the master shower needs a scrub to remove the water deposit buildup on the black stone wall.

We called Jessica as there was a problem with the refrigerator/ freezer. She had the most wonderful couple at the house quickly! The drawer was installed backward. They also looked at locks, light bulbs, tp holder. They were delightful and so hard working… thank you Jessica!

Family stay in Waco
Our overall stay was great. House is beautiful. We had a few hiccups with AC and a busted pipe, but the property manager was so nice and helpful and was at our door fixing the issue. The house is in a great location and within short distance to everything we wanted to do. Thank you!
