We really enjoyed Mark and Heidi’s villa. The location was great! We decided to stay a few days after we chartered a sailboat in the BVI’s. We were looking forward to hot showers, spacious beds and air conditioning. The villa was great and very spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to pop over to Margaritaville for dinner, drinks, and pool time. We utilized the coffee shop/café in Margaritaville Village. Carmen the contact was wonderful and hospitable. Communicated very clearly. We had a couple of hiccups when we arrived and Mark and Heidi were amazing and communicated extremely well the entire time.

I enjoyed our stay in St.Thomas the villa was perfect! The check in process was easy and seamless. The rooms were clean and cozy. Having the amenities of Margaritaville was a plus. Ten coffee shop has some of the best coffee on island. I would definitely stay here again.

This charming condo is mere steps from the beach, is well located next to two resorts, has all the amenities one might need for a beach vacation, and has easy parking. Great pool, secure neighborhood. I'd definitely book again.

Nice location.
Older property with a lot of use.
You had to take very quick showers so that everyone could have warm water.
Ants in one bedroom but property manager came and sprayed.
The outside patio needed to be cleaned.
We did enjoy stay and location.

We had a wonderful stay here on St. Thomas. The location on the island was great to get around to beaches, shopping, and restaurants...all a short taxi ride away. The hosts left a binder of great suggestions - the best being Leroy the taxi driver. The property itself was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay and for the beach. Just a short walk to Margaritaville restaurant and coffee shop and a little path to Sun & Sea Bar & Grill with plenty of great food and drink options.
Our group had booked a day out on SnorkelCat for some fun on the water and snorkeling and was happy to find that it docks right there at Margaritaville! Coki beach and the aquarium are within walking distance of the property as well - suggest taking the shortcut to the road off the far end of the beach.
Would definitely stay here again!

We booked the condo at Pineapple Village for a long weekend away with our kids. Everything was great! It adjoins Margaritaville, and that is a nice plus. Coffee Shop, bar, and the restaurant were all great. Short walk to Cook Beach, where there are chairs and umbrellas to rent, and a host of drink and food options. Short cab ride from Red Hook which has a bunch of restaurants, bars, and shops.
All in all, a great spot for a totally casual time.

Mark and Heidi are awesome hosts, they were prompt in responding to my few questions and made me and my party of 7 feel at home. It was an awesome family trip for my bithday.

Great location. We love Coki Beach. The layout and spaciousness of the unit is great! The check in, finding the unit was quite tricky, but otherwise a great week!

The pictures understate the space and capabilities of the location. Well stocked to be self-sustaining an entire stay but at a location that allows guest to be a part of a resort.
Beaches are within walking distance or 15 minutes of driving. If you want excursions they have that close-by as well.
Water critiques are accurate and some lights need to be replaced, otherwise an amazing location for friends and family to enjoy a tropical paradise vacation.

The ability to enjoy the Villa as our base for exploring the island was ideal.
We enjoyed the patio, outdoor grill, and well-equipped kitchen for making meals and packing picnics for the beach adventures. With the resort just steps away it was an easy option on ur first night to land there for a view of the beach an adult beverage.

Our group of 6 adults and 1 child had an amazing time on our visit and this location was perfect! It was a wide open, clean, well kept villa, along with being convenient to Margaritaville and taxi services. The neighbors we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. There is a 4th bathroom where we found the hot water. There was not a working shower in the master bedroom, but plenty of other showers. The kitchen is well-stocked and also spacious.
The complex is fairly quiet, even with the music from Margaritaville int he background. the unit courtyard is private and also lovely. The pool area is also very nice, but we preferred the beach.
Coki beach is a walk away. We drove the first time we went and parking was a small issue, but once we learned how close the walk was, this was our morning go-to. Hint: get there early before the cruise ship passengers arrive (around 11 am)
It was nice to have the Margaritaville coffee shop and restaurant near by for those times when you are tired after a day in the sun or to get your morning caffeine. The MargaritaVille beach is a disappointment - not really a beach that is useable - but so many other places to go.
This location is 10 minutes from Redhook where you catch the ferry to St John and find other activities such as snorkeling tours and restaurants. Parking is a challenge at busy times in Redhook, but we found that we could relief stress by parking at the ferry terminal parking garage.
The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a really good time.

Very spacious and clean place to stay. If there was a downside it would be the water pressure.

Check in: Instructions were clear to call the cleaning woman when we arrived. I told her we were a half hour out and she said she had places to go but she would wait for us. Um okay. We got there and she met us and showed us the parking pass and left. We had two cars and only one pass so she said she’d come back with another pass the next day but didn’t- which wasn’t an issue until we got a sticker on our car. She came after I called her and asked again (and the sticker came off thankfully).
The good: The location is close to red hook and not far from Mageans Bay and Charlotte Amalie which is where we spent most of our time. The 150 steps to the beach is through the development and into Margaritaville. Whatever. We didn’t venture to the beach which is explained in the bad. Margaritaville has a bar and coffee place which we went to - so that’s a perk of being so close. The villa itself is huge and fit two families of 4 each very easily. He had a washer and all the things you probably need for a week stay. We didn’t use much and some were outdated.
The pool was nice - we only used it once but we enjoyed it.
The bad: The power went out 3 times in the first 24 hours we were there and they don’t have a generator. Now that is NOT their fault but I think we would have been better prepped had we been made aware this is “known to happen on the island” and maybe some instructions. We found out from others in the area not to use the water when that happens bc it’s a pump, that they turn it off and on via schedule outages, etc. A little knowledge goes a long way esp when traveling with kids so maybe put some FAQs somewhere.
Cockroaches: we killed 5 that we knew of. Lord knows we stopped opening drawers and leaving anything on the ground. We asked and this is NOT an island problem persay so maybe that could be taken care of better. And no it wasn’t from us leaving food out - my friend found a dead one in her shower day 1… how did the housekeeper miss cleaning that? Nevermind.
The beach at Margaritaville was not usable. The sorghum buildup was feet thick and wide. I know this is an island problem but all other beaches managed to keep on it and clean it. By day 3 they finally took out some skid steers to clean it but they didn’t seem to make any progress. Sucked but if you’re willing to drive to another beach it’s not a big deal.
Overall the place does its job. If I were to ever return I’d most likely stay in a resort or a place with a generator.

We enjoyed being at the villa. It was nice and clean and the pool was nice. Did not enjoy the island or the terribly run down coki beach near by. The beach in front of the margaritaville was covered in gross red sea weed most of the time. Unless they used the Bob cat to scrape it up occasionally. It had a terrible sewage smell and a large amount of flies at most times. This made it unenjoyable to walk on swim in or use. We went over to coki beach to check it out on our first day and the neighborhood was absolutely terrible and scary. We got numerous things yelled at us at we walked through there. I would not recommend letting any women or children go over there without a man or a weapon. The only thing we enjoyed about our stay was going to the linquist beach twice 8 mins outside of the resort which of course we had to pay $5 a person to use and $2 to park came to $22 and after you to pay to park you have to walk from the parking lot to the beach. Overall I do not recommend St thomas at all. This villa itself is nice if you don't want to leave it while on vacation. Also I do recommend going to the Mermaids Chair. It's an amazingly beautiful site yo see if you are in shape and can walk over a mile down hill to get to it and then a mile back up hill to your car. It's a 42 min drive from the villa. Other than that we will not be returning ever to St thomas. We will stick to St Croix.

Starting with the bad news to keep the review fair. There was one really stinky problem: A huge amount sargassum at the beach in front of adjacent Margaritaville resort. And when it starts to dry out in the sun, it isn't a pretty smell. With so many excellent beaches on St Thomas and St John not going to the beach there was not missed at all. The other unfortunate thing about the Margaritaville resort is it's lit up at night like a penitentiary. (The villas are overlit too, not as bad though). Totally destroys the get away from it all experience at night.
The property is great, with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for making a meal. Close to Red Hook (ferry to St John, restaurants, Moe's grocery) and Lindquist beach (Coki was nice but always packed).
AC worked well as it was pretty hot and humid at night.
Ate dinner a couple of times on the patio, nice with the flowers and plantings.
Shout out to Carmen the property manager for coming right over even though we forgot to call when we arrived in St Thomas.
Pool on the property is nice.
Not specific to the property but if you stay here's what we liked for food:
Picaso's Coffee: 5 minute walk, get the egg & cheese on dumb bread.
In Red Hook: Raw, Hook'd, Easterly .
Smoking Rooster, Frenchtown Brewing.
Northside Grind: Get your sandwiches here on the way to Magen's Bay beach.

Property is beautiful. Our private oasis. Close to beaches and pool and Kmart! Had a fantastic vacation. Thanks to VRBO

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean. Great location. Loved having the private patio. We really enjoyed it. Make sure you get a unit number so it will be an easier checkin and the phone number of someone in case you have an issue finding the unit. They do not have an office foe check in. This property is right at the same location of Margarita Ville and it’s wonderful !!!
I would for sure use this vrbo again. Thank you so much.

House was well stocked with everything we needed from cooking equipment to snorkeling gear. It was quiet but close to entertainment. Mark and Heidi were very responsive as hosts.

A very nice place to stay. We had 7 at our place, 2 daughters and families in another place by the pool, and another couple in between us! We stayed at Pineapple Village 5 years ago for our daughter's wedding and it was great then and was a great get together this time, also!! We highly recommend it!

The villa consists of 3 large bedrooms with individual bathrooms and kitchenette's , a great room, full kitchen and a courtyard with dining table, grill and laundry facilities. My Wife and I, our son/his wife and 14 year old daughter/(our granddaughter) stayed here. The teenager got her own room, which was great. We all had plenty of space.
The house and kitchen are very well equipped. We used the grill and supplied beach chairs. They even have snorkel gear. The location is very convenient: walk to 2 beaches, although our favorite beach nearby is at Sapphire, which is a 5 minute drive, has free parking and good shade trees. The villa is close to Red Hook-so travel to St John is easy. There are many good restaurants and sporting operators nearby. We snorkeled, scuba dived, jet ski'd, parasailed, traveled to St John, and rented a bare boat at Sapphire. Overall a really nice stay.

Where do I start?😃😃
The property is amazing. Being on Margaritaville property and able to go to their bar & restaurant was a plus.
My husband and I brought our adult children and their girlfriends for a week. There was more than enough room for everybody. The house is fully stocked with everything. Even snorkel equipment. Being able to walk over to Koki beach is a Plus and a must. So many wonderful fish to see.
Shoreline bar and grill is great also. Walking distance.
Everybody was so pleasant on the property and willing to give you suggestions of things to go do and see.
Highly recommending this property for a large group, so much to do on St. Thomas.

Beautiful location just minutes to all the best beaches. Also the management is great to work with. Our flights back home were canceled and they were very accommodating to our situation.

Property was more run down than pictured on VRBO. The grounds were nice. Carmen was very rude on the phone. We were detained at the airport because I am disabled & had difficulty getting off the plane. She had already been there & gone & refused to come back. It took us at least 20 minutes to find the unit. We thought we would have a housekeeping visit during our stay but did not. After traveling all day long, that was a poor reflection on your property. Everything else was good. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoed the evening concerts by the beach & the pool was nice.

My parents (81 & 83), son (19) and myself went to St Thomas to visit my daughter who is a new teacher on the island.
I wanted a place that was spacious, well located to beaches for swimming and snorkeling, had comfy beds for everyone, felt covid safer and a well stocked kitchen so we could have good home cooked meals. This place was all that and more!
It exceeded my hopes! We had the pool to ourselves, snorkeled at close by Coki often and had lots of room to spread out when needed.
It’s not easy to find places in St Thomas as the GPS didn’t recognize everything. Pineapple Village shares space with Margaritaville and all our phones and locals knew Margaritaville. That sounds silly but it was wonderful that it was always easy to get home!
The beach on the property is in bad shape right now due to seaweed and storms but with beaches surrounding us we barely noticed. One tip is that you can go to the beach of all the resorts which is cool. Just tell the gate attendant you are there to use the beach and they will let you in. We spent time at Sapphire Beach that way. Gorgeous!
Lastly, the beds at this house are the most comfortable of any place I’ve slept away from home. A+++. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Totally worth the money.

This unit is really spacious. We had a total of 7 in our group and everyone had their individual spaces. We also enjoyed the main patio; the view of the garden and the music from the resort was pleasant and a great stress reliever.

A/C was amazing also our favorite area where our group spent alot of time was the outside patio.

Property is in great condition for its age. Carmen the housekeeper/island guru is fantastic. The prestocked items were generous and appreciated. The ability to use the cafe, restaurants and bars from margaritaville is super nice. The location is convenient, about a 7 minute cab ride to redhook and all of their bars and restaurants.

Mark and Heidi were amazing to work with. We are so grateful they shared this home with us. This is the prefect vacation rental. It had everything. It fit our family and friends(4 adults and 7 kids) perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked. It was roomy giving us space to relax. Prefect location! Our kids loved the pool at pineapple village. Walking distance to Coki beach. Easy to catch a taxi and not far from the ferry for St. John’s or Megan’s Bay. One week was not long enough. I would love to come back and we would definitely book this rental again! You won’t regret St Thomas or this rental! Prefect vacation!
