Great value, location and comfortable stay

Incredible location! It does not get better than this: everything is walking distance from here and there is direct access to the metro on the street if you wish to go further like the bull ring and stadium. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and used the sofa bed which was very comfortable. Everything was clean, the sheets were heavenly, and the small cute kitchen was fully equipped. Their sky bar is a must, but we recommend going early enough as it is first come first serve for the outdoor terrasse especially for the sunsets. The front desk staff was the most helpful.

Sink was clogged in the bathroom, but they fixed it within a day. A bit noisy as you are right in the middle of the action in the busiest boulevard of the city. However it never bothered us as we were completely drained from our hot days and slept through it.

Posizione ideale, centralissima e servita dal bus gratuito 001 che collega buona parte delle mete principali di Madrid. Presenza continua di un receptionist, tutti molto cordiali e disponibili. Trasferimento gratuito dall'aeroporto. Camera pulitissima con arredamento ed accessori nuovi di zecca. Aria condizionata silenziosa e gradevole.

Joli lieu dans une capitale européenne à découvrir absolument. Emplacement centre-ville parfait.

Joli endroit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner en dernier étage avec jolie vue sur les toits de Madrid. Qualité de service appréciable comme dans un hôtel pour cet appart hôtel de standing. Le personnel est attentif à nos besoins.

Le restaurant et son roof-top est assez cher et les portions sont petites. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être plus fourni en fruits frais et en oeufs et bacons (à commander par personne auprès du personnel). Cela reste un joli lieu (roof-top) à découvrir à deux plus qu'en famille. Le parking auto à 100 m reste à un coût de 30 € au lieu de 42€ la journée. A prévoir dans le budget.

Incredible location and facilities, made our first trip to Madrid easy!

A must stay in Madrid

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic! Situated in a perfect location surrounded by shops and food options, it made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and equipped with a full kitchenette and washer/dryer, adding convenience to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always friendly and helpful, whether we needed assistance with taxis or our luggage. They were even nice enough to already have a infant travel cot set up for us in our room. A highlight of our experience was the rooftop lounge, which offered stunning views and provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with exceptional service in the heart of the city.

המיקום מעולה, חדר מרווח, נוח, נאה ומצוייד היטב. מיטה מאד נוחה, מקלחת טובה מאד ומטבחון שימושי מאד. צוות עם תודעת שירות מעולה - עזרו בכל דבר, ואפילו הפתיעו אותנו ביום ההולדת. גילינו שחדר האוכל נחמד וארוחת הבוקר טעימה ומספיקה בהחלט להתחיל את היום. בביקור הבא במדריד נחזור למלון בכייף.

Un lujo!!

Todooooo, es maravilloso!!! Incluso nos guardaron las valijas grandes por una semana mientras viajábamos por Europa con equipaje liviano, siendo que ni siquiera volvíamos a quedarnos a su hotel. Una maravilla la gente del Front desk!!! Tienen un rooftop de novela que mira a Callao !! Lo mismo las vistas del lugar donde se desayuna. Y no son habitaciones si no apartamento de un dormitorio pero funciona como hotel.

Buen personal y buenas instalaciones / mala gestión

La localización

Uno de los dos ascensores se estropeó el lunes 11 de Octubre y nos dijeron que no se iba a arreglar hasta el 13 de octubre. Entre los clientes del hotel (que estaba completo) y los clientes del restaurante de la terraza no había quien cogiera el ascensor. El día 12 de Octubre sólo había una persona para el checkout de muchos clientes y se han amontonado muchas maletas en la recepción, por el servicio de consigna. Había enfado generalizado por el ascensor estropeado y por la espera para el checkout y mucha gente lo pagaba con la pobre chica de recepción que hacía lo imposible por salvar la situación. En las habitaciones de las plantas superiores se oye el ruido de la música del bar de la terraza a la hora de ir a dormir. A la hora de asignar habitaciones podrían alojar a las familias en las plantas intermedias. MALA GESTIÓN EN GENERAL POR PARTE DE LA GERENCIA. El personal del hotel les salva la papeleta.

Una estancia muy agradable.

Alojamiento amplio, cómodo, limpio. Muy bien situado. Personal atento.

No tenían la habitación preparada a la hora prevista. El personal (amable) tiene que atender a los huéspedes del hotel y a los usuarios del restaurante situado en la terraza del hotel por lo que hay momentos de aglomeración ya que la recepción es en realidad un pequeño mostrador situado a la entrada del edificio en una zona de paso pegada a las escaleras y los ascensores.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage

Das gebuchte Apartment ist gut gelegen und man kommt direkt ins ‘geschehen’ von Madrid. Man findet alles was man benötigt innerhalb paar Minuten. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr gut Ausgestattet und die Aussicht von der Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön! Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und man fand alles, was man benötigt hat fürs kochen. Das Personal war sehr professionell und der Check-In verlief unproblematisch. Die Empfehlung von der Rezeption waren stets willkommen.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu sagen außer zwei Kleinigkeiten: - die Fenster könnten ein wenig Schalldichter sein. Abends konnte man die Musik der Rooftop Bar, sowie die Sirenen der Polizei / Hupende Autos, hören. - eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit für Gäste // eine bessere Wegbeschreibung.

En el Centro de la Gran Vía

Nos gustó todo, excelente alojamiento, en edificio antiguo totalmente reformado, Personal super amable, apartamentos super modernos y completísimos en todos los deltalles. Restaurante y terraza excelentes por las vistas desde el mismo centro de Madrid 🇪🇸

Por poner algún "pero"... la recepcion debe mejorar de ubicación, a la entrada del edificio en el descansillo...merece una recepción en condiciones para un excelente alojamiento.

In general it was a nice stay in a good place but it has room for improvement.

The hotel staff was polite, the room had fridge and we were able to put fruit, milk and bottles of water that we bought from supermarket nearby and washing machine to clean our clothes. We were in the third floor so we didn't listen too much of the noise from Gran Via.

The room was a little dirty when we arrived, hairs on the floor which were not cleaned the day we asked to be cleaned. We were told that we deserve a free drink but it was not exactly as heard because when we went up on the roof we could not sit unless we ordered something else. We were waiting too much time for the elevator.

Great location, friendly staff

My family and I loved the location (especially my wife!): it was right smack along the Gran Via, next to the shops. That meant food, shopping, and transportation were very convenient. The staff were very warm and helpful as well. We also loved the view from the top floor bar.

Since it was along the main street, it was a bit noisy at night. Even with the windows shut, we can still hear the noise from the street. The wifi signal in the bedroom was spotty, so that was a bummer for the kids.
