Alojamiento para relajarse y desconectar

El personal y puedo generalizar, ha sido muy atento y servicial. Predispuestos y se siente el buen trabajo por parte de dirección en recursos humanos. Servicio de aparca coches, parking bajo disponibilidad por un coste evidentemente no incluido en reserva. Desayuno a la carta muy variado y de calidad. Dispone de una zona de relax en la piscina exterior. Piscina de cloración salina sin climatizar. Amenities incluidos de calidad.

Todo correcto, a modo informativo para los viajeros, aforo de la piscina limitado. Capacidad no más de 25 personas sentadas. Clientes pueden acudir a un cóctel o pasar la tarde en la piscina pagando un adicional sin ser huéspedes del hotel. Minibar disponible no incluido en precio de la reserva. Incluye agua filtrada embotellada por el alojamiento.

Preis und Leistung stimmen deutlich nicht überein

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Somit war es möglich fußläufig im näheren Umfeld viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Der Eingangsbereich zum Hotel ist optisch ansprechend gestaltet. Die Größe unserer Suite war sehr angenehm, ebenso die optische Gestaltung und das große Duschbad. Zumindest der Empfang am Ankunftstag war sehr freundlich. Am Abreisetag dann nicht mehr. Es gab auch seitens des Hotels z. b. keine Frage mehr, ob wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten. Positiv war, dass wir auf unsere Nachfrage hin unsere Suite eine Stunde länger (bis 13.00 Uhr) am Abreisetag nutzen durften. Fortsetzung dessen was uns nicht gefallen hat an dieser Stelle, weil unten kein Platz mehr war: Eine plausible Erklärung warum weitere Sender technisch nicht einstellbar waren haben wir nicht bekommen. Die Flure zu den Unterkünften sind viel zu dunkel gestaltet. Bei der Unterkunft steht sehr einseitig die Optik und nicht die Funktionalität im Vordergrund. Gerade im Badbereich fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit und auch Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Spiegel ist zu hoch angebracht. Der Kosmetikspiegel sollte in angemessener Höhe mit einem Schwenkarm montiert sein.

In dem Innenhof/Gartenbereich befindet sich auch das Restaurant mit Außenplätzen und einem kleinen Pool. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es durch eine offenkundig jeweils externe Gesellschaft an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen bzw. Nächten (freitags und samstags) bis zur Schließung des Restaurants jeweils eine sehr laut feiernde große Gesellschaft. Der Lärmpegel war leider trotz geschlossener Fenster in unserer Suite deutlich hörbar und bot uns keine Möglichkeit abzuschalten bzw. einzuschlafen. Auf unsere zunächst telefonische (in der ersten Nacht) und dann schriftliche Beschwerde (nach der zweiten folgenden Nacht) gegenüber der Hotelleitung hat man aus unserer Sicht in keiner Weise angemessen reagiert. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 465 Euro ohne Frühstück pro Nacht (war waren 12 Nächte dort) erwarten wir neben einer komfortabel ausgestatteten Unterkunft auch eine angemessene Ruhe als Komfort. Der Innenhof/Gartenbereich ist zudem aufgrund der umliegenden nicht schönen Bebauung mit vielen einfachen und kleinen Privatwohnungen optisch nicht ansprechend und einladend. Die Klimaanlage wurde leider zentral gesteuert, so dass wir darauf keinen individuellen Einfluss nehmen konnten. Die Klimaanlage war nicht durchgängig an, sondern wurde zentral zu unterschiedlichen und von uns nicht beeinflussbaren Zeiten eingeschaltet. Auf unsere Nachfrage an der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass wir nun individuell die Anlage steuern könnten, weil dies angeblich an der Rezeption so für unsere Räumlichkeit umgestellt wurde. Das stimmte aber leider nicht. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes war es für die Jahreszeit überdurchschnittlich warm (tagsüber deutlich über 30 Grad), so dass wir die Klimaanlage gern individuell gesteuert hätten. Beim Fernseher gab es kaum deutschsprachige Sender. Die wenigen österreichisch deutschsprachigen Sender waren für uns nicht von Interesse. Auf unsere Nachfrage an der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass weitere Kanäle technisch nicht einstellbar wären.

The room was fantastic. Service was wonderful. Everyone was kind and so helpful. The location was perfect -- centrally located with access to many parts of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, 5 star service and great location for anyone visiting Madrid!

Truly wonderful hotel! Huge rooms that were always clean and luxe. The service was really great too. The pool area in the middle of summer was so great, we ordered drinks by the pool and relaxed after a big day of Madrid touring. We requested a late checkout to accomodate our afternoon flight out of Madrid and the hotel kindly gave us ample time. Thank you so much for having us!

Super clean and a great 4-night stay.

It was fabulous. 4 adult women sharing a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment. The breakfast was superb. The service was very attentive and helpful and the staff anticipated our needs! What more could you ask for? Other than what I wrote below, it was A++.

Just this small complaint -- the darkness/lack of lighting in the decor. The decor is lovely, but the elevator/lift was especially dark, and there was inadequate lighting in the apartment bedrooms and living area as well as in the halls and public spaces. Bathrooms were fine.

Dear CoolRooms Team, It has been a pleasure to stay with you guys. The room was beautiful (shower is an absolute highlight) and offered everything for a pleasant stay. Hotel staff is wonderful, not only professional and fun but also very supportive - thanks again for the great restaurant recommendation and the sweet birthday treat. A wonderful stay with premium service and facilities.

The hotel was in an exceptional location and the staff were welcoming, helpful and absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they provided recommendations for quality restaurants and tapas bars and organised taxis for us. The rooms were well appointed with all of the amenities required. Our check in process was so good. we ultimately decided to stay another 2 nights at CoolRooms because of the exceptional quality of the hotel and the staff.

Great place to stay in Madrid

The size of the room is BIG, unusually big which is a huge plus. The location of the hotel is phenomenal , it locates at a quiet street but close to all major attractions.
