The best of both worlds in comfort, space and amenities. Our villas (Casa Stephens & Casa Contessa) are located directly across the street from one another on our very safe cul-de-sac street. Both villas are single level living spanning over 9,500 SQFT of indoor living space. Total indoor/outdoor space is over 18,000 SQFT!!
Not too close, not too far.
Casa Contessa has built-in stone stairs that lead down from the pool deck to the street. Guests are literally 30 steps away from each villa!! For large groups who need the space for everybody to enjoy, yet have the separation for "quiet-time", the combination of Casa Stephens & Casa Contessa is Your Luxury Destination Solution. Our Members-Only Ocean Front Beach Club provides a fantastic meeting venue where you and your group can enjoy pool side towel service, top-shelf bar service and made to order fresh fish, burgers, poultry, salads & fries. Kids menu is also available for those chicken-finger eaters.
Need a spa service/massage?
No problem!! Nurture your body and soul with all-natural treatments that are unique to the local environment. Just a quick, 5 minute walk. Your reservation awaits you at the Esperanza Resort Auberge Spa! Want a massage in the villas? No problem! We have approved spa service companies that bring the spa experience to the villas.

The Lounge Bar overlooks the oceans edge, providing fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez. Nightly music, light bite menu as well as extensive tequila and cigar menu. La Palapa features authentic Mexican food with amazing views serving lunch and dinner daily. Thursday nights are Mexican Fiesta "Mexicanisimo" of fun! Need an EXTRA SPECIAL DINING EXPERIENCE? "A Night to Remember" you can enjoy a private dinner in an atmosphere of sheer elegance and romance. The staff can prepare a customized evening including personalized menu exclusively for your special occasion. El Toro Latin Kitchen & Bar - a Richard Sandoval Restaurant. Known as the "Father of Mexican cuisine", Richard has an international collection of 40 Latin American-inspired restaurants worldwide. At Toro, he masterfully blends Pan Latin cuisine with South American, Japanese and Chinese influences.

Both villas feature private heated pools & jacuzzi's and Casa Contessa features a very cool, large fire-pit for those cool evenings, perfect for evening chats. Additionally, Dish Satellite networks are installed on both properties as well as Sonos sound systems. Hi-speed WiFi and USA connected Vontage phone lines are incorporated for free calls to the USA & Canada. Both villas provide custom toiletries, 700 thread count linens with all bedding protected with Anit-Microbial containment systems. No bed-bugs!!
Maid & Concierge Service:
Maid & Concierge services are included. Pre-arrival grocery shopping is provided at no additional cost allowing you and your guests to arrive with food and cold beverages. We include the "Welcome to our Villas" Margaritas, Chips, fresh Guacamole & Salsa "Welcome Package". Let your concierge "Baruch" make all reservations including rental car, golf carts, dining, activities or anything special that you require.

1 Bedroom with Bathroom/Shower next to the room entry (this bathroom also serves as the powder room)

Casa Stephens incorporates Sub-Zero Pro-G fridge, Wolf Double oven/duel fuel, Wolf Microwave & Wolf warming drawer.
Casa Contessa incorporates all GE Monogram Stainless appliances.
Both villas include VitaMix professional blenders & 32" to 70" LCD Sharp flatscreen TV's & Blu-Ray DVD players. Apple TV is also installed in each Villa.
