Pharma Sea… a 4 Bedroom-3.5 Bath home for your next family vacation! it is just what the doctor ordered! Come experience the magic of Topsail Island! Spring is a great time to relax and chill before the Summer Season. Our Summer season offers the best that the Topsail Beaches have to offer. Whether you want beach or pool time during the day or some local nightlife, our location offers easy access to both. Fall is a wonderful time to experience all that the Island has to offer in the off season. The Island features many restaurants and some fun nightlife as well as its tranquil uncrowded beaches. This luxury town home is located in the Oceanfront community of Sea Star Village, approximately 2.5 miles from downtown Surf City.
This updated home boasts 3 levels of living space with a reverse floor plan. The ground floor features an entry foyer and a storage room for you traveling gear or bicycles. The beach is less than 150 yards away with an easy access point and the community features a private pool that is approximtely 100 feet from our unit. There is an enclosed outside hot/cold shower at the rear of the home. Bed, Bath and Kitchen Linens are provided for your convenience. A gas grill is located on the ground level for your use for those vacation cookouts. We also feature 3 Adult bicycles and one girls smaller bicycle for your use.
The second level features a queen en-suite master with an intracoastal waterway views from its own covered private deck. The middle bedroom features a double bunk bed that can sleep up to 4 - and intracoastal waterway views from its windows. The third bedroom on this level features a queen bed and a private sundeck that offers intracoastal waterway views. A hall bath is shared for the middle and third bedrooms and the laundry facilities are also on this level. The third level of this home offers an open concept living space. The living room and dining area span across the back of the home and offer access to the large sundeck that offers fabulous ocean and nice intracoastal waterway views. From sunrise to sunset the views from this deck are fantastic! This level also features one of the two Master Bedrooms, with this one having a King Size Bed and full bath with tile shower. The lower entry level features a dorm sized fridge to store drinks and save steps when refilling your cooler for the beach. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked for the most discriminating cook, as the owners are enthusiastic cooks. It features granite countertops and upper end Whirlpool Gold Stainless Steel Appliances. There is enough place settings for up to 12 people and plenty of cooking/baking utensils.
Topsail Island offers gorgeous beaches without the crowds of other coastal destinations. Surf City itself offers many shops, restaurants and activities for the entire family to enjoy. There is grocery shopping on the mainland accessed to the south about 4-5 miles away or to the north about 10 miles away. Boat and jet ski rentals are available on the mainland as well at both aforementioned points.
This home was built in 2006 and we did a major update and freshening up to it in 2011-2012, and continue to add features for our comfort and our guests comfort each year.

Surf City Line, a new pub with three story deck is located behind our home. The Hula Bar Restaurant and Bar and 10th St Grill are located across the road from our complex. There are many restaurants in the heart of town and on either side of the new high rise bridge in Surf City. Topsail Beach holds an annual Autumn Festival and Sneads Ferry to the north holds an annual Shrimp Festival. You can be assured there is plenty to do on Topsail Island! Travelers are encouraged to order trip insurance for any unforeseen changes in their schedules or weather related issues.
Beach access is located just across N Shore Drive, a dead end street by either an incline ramp at approximately 200 yards away, or a “Hatteras” ramp about 275 yards away. Our complex has two exit walkways to the beach access points so as to not trespass through others carports.
To expedite the booking process-please give us an accurate guest count including any children, as they do count towards occupancy when sending an inquiry. It’s helpful in making a decision in accepting a stay request to know the size and makeup of the party. People look at so many properties on the website and often overlook the configuration of sleeping arrangements. A signed guest agreement is required within 48 hours of making a reservation.

This was our 2nd stay on Topsail Island. This condo was great. It was well stocked with everything needed for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. Ron was very easy to work with.

My family and I truly loved this place. Located in a private community with a pool, a two minute walk to the beach, this place checked off all our necessity boxes. It is very well maintained and updated and super clean. Felt more like staying at a friends house that a vacation rental.

Me and my friends just stayed for Labor Day weekend (girls trip - moms and daughters). The house was excellent. We had a great week with great weather. Pharma Sea is the perfect for 2 small families to stay comfortably. The house was well taken care of, beautifully decorated with all the basic supplies already provided. The location to the beach was perfect to walk back and forth. Amazing week with great new memories!

We rented 2 condos at this location pharma sea was the nicer of the two. We had no problems with the unit.

The property was just as described. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Very close to the beach. Kids enjoyed the educational touch pool museum close by and both kids and teens loved the local candy store!

Fantastic Property
Everything in the house was wonderful. We enjoyed having only a short walk to the beach, and the well-stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful week and will definitely consider this property when renting again!

This was our first visit to Topsail beach. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. What a beautiful and spacious home. The owner was wonderful to work with and the house was well stocked and clean. Beautiful beach and closer than described. Riverview Cafe was our favorite restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation
Everything was perfect. Easy access to beach. Plenty of room for 11 people. Very comfortable accommodations. Great to have linens supplied and toilet paper and paper towels since they are hard to find during covid. Would definitely come back to stay at the Pharma Sea!

Just spent 4 days at this condo by the beach. What a way to rest, relax and totally unwind. Ron was very responsive from booking the condo to the time we had to leave!

It was perfect for location, activities, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked ( maybe over stocked) view of ocean and decks were wonderful. Loved the soft beach and clean pool!!!

Perfect for families and close to the beach!
We were very impressed with this house. It is a great set-up for families. It is much closer to the beach than we thought from looking at the pictures. The view of the ocean from the decks is very good. You can hear as well as see the waves. Although there is small bar in front of the ocean view decks and several bars across the street, the only time you hear noise from the bars (except traffic) is weekend nights (and then it was music which we enjoyed while on the deck). The pool is very close to the house. The house is nicely decorated, well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the hose and the outdoor shower and the entry floor to store things. Ron checked in on us and check-in was very easy. The carport fit our group's van, SUV and car. We were all pleased with the house. Most importantly, the beach is amazing (clean, soft sand, not crowded). We had a great trip!

First visit
This was our first time in Topsail. We plan to come back next year. This was a great location. Easy access to the beach and close to pool. Great for all ages as we had kids ages 3 to 22. Older kids enjoyed the bikes. Ron was easy to get a hold of anytime we had questions. We had two families and there was plenty of room. The 2nd floor was an escape area for older kids. Two sets of stairs to get around house but was fine for us. Highly recommend to stay here.

Beautiful beach getaway
Owner was well organized and efficient with every detail from the rental process to check in and check out! Beautiful home that met all of our expectations and then some. Well stocked, great proximity to beach and pool access was a plus! It was our first time to Topsail and PharmaSea was just what the doctor ordered!!!

A Gem
This was our first time at Sea Star which is a gem of a place. We are planning on returning next year. I could not think of any improvements to suggest for the condo was close to perfect for us. It is a well-staged and stocked, comfortable and peaceful living environment. The beach is also just as lovely. We love beach/pool combinations for the kids ages 3-12. However, be aware that there are no lifeguards (chairs) at either. There are lifeguards on duty at the beach though not readily visible. This is not a system that we were used to but were assured that it works and all one must do is call 911.
It is well worth having a phone weather alert system that includes riptide warnings as I have. It was pretty obvious on the one day that no one would be safe in the ocean.
If one plans to go to the aquarium on a rainy day, know that ALL NC WILL BE THERE, so get there before it opens, for it is pretty far south of Surf City. The Turtle Hospital in the area was a wonderful educational experience for kids and adults. It was open from 12 to 4. Either get there early or at 3 when the line will not have a long wait time.

Our easter
We have met my Marine son for Easter every year and this was our last. The house was beautiful and equipped with so much more than needed,but appreciated. We stayed in touch with the owner, Ron who told us all the great local places to go and he was there for us if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! We had a great time!

Awesome place. Will definitely use again
We had 3 couples ages 25-28 and 5 kids between us ages 1-7. The house was perfectly equipped to accomadate all of our needs, everything you can think of is provided, plenty of room for us and close enough to the beach there was no hassle getting to and from qith the 2 carts we brought. Will definitely stay here again if we return to top sail.

This is our family's second time staying at this location. We loved it just as much as last time. The location and ramped beach access is great. The home is beautiful, large and the layout gives all of us privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The good communication with the owners was very helpful.

We had a wonderful family get together. The place had everything we could think of for a home away from home. We were so comfortable. We cooked many large family meals and had everything we needed in a well equipped kitchen. The beach was a very short walk.
