About this house rental
Come and relax in our beautiful beach home located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor in Rehoboth. Centrally located near the beach and boardwalk, surrounded by shopping and many activities such as golfing, driving range, water park, swimming pool, tennis court, miniature golfing, go carts, fishing, and of course lots of great restaurants. Ideal for the entire family vacation.
Surround yourself in our beautifully decorated 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath beach house. It features 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. There is also a well appointed kitchen with separate dining room. There is a beautiful sun room and an outdoor gas grill. New flooring in the entire downstairs of the home for the 2020 season.
Enjoy a short walk to the swimming pool and tennis court. Two Rehoboth Beach parking passes are included.

The house has six bedrooms and they are spaced out to minimize the chance of disruptions. The kitchen and family areas are large, centrally located and comfortable. My family of 16 spent days at the beach and on the bike trails, but a big breakfast and family dinner were at the house each day. The 4.5 bathrooms accommodated all of our needs. Hope you are not coming on Memorial Day because i will be asking for this house every year.

The house was perfect for our family. We vacationed with our 3 daughters and their families. Each family had their own section of the house with a bathroom and privacy. Rehoboth is a beautiful area, great beaches, activities to do and plenty of eateries. The house was located in a lovely development with a pool and centrally located to enjoy the area . Greg and Sherri were good hosts always answered all questions quickly. Big beautiful home, so comfortable plenty of room. Great vacation!!

Our group was a mix from grandparents on down to an infant. The layout of the house gave each family their own space with was nice. We had one issue and Greg was immediately responsive. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and having beach parking passes included was helpful. The one tough piece is no real outside area to enjoy at the house itself and rules within the community for outside.. We made do and would consider returning if in the area again.

The house is great. From the outside it doesn't seem so large which had me nervous as far as how much space there would really be. I have stayed in houses where the rooms are tiny and on top of each other. This is a very large home with an abundance of space. I stayed with my wife, 3 kids and 2 other familes. At no point did anyone feel that we were on top of each other. Literally the only this missing would have been a little patio in the backyard ;)
The location is what truly makes this house as great as it is. Just a short 7 min drive to either Rehobeth or Dewey Beaches.

We had 8 adults and 4 kids for a family reunion. House was perfect for our needs. Community pool was clean and refreshing for all. Lots to do in the area. Most certainly recommend this place!

The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family easily. It was immaculate and had everything we needed from appliances to parking passes. The pool was a short walk away and the beach a short drive. Shopping and dining were nearby. It was a great location and all had a wonderful time together!

Family vacation
We had 15 people in our group (ages 5 - 78) and it was great for all of us. The house was big enough for us to have some space. It had lots of areas to play games. We loved the location and the pool! The owner was very prompt in response and had the AC fixed immediately when we told him about the problem when we got there.

Aside from that, a significant infestation of sugar ants in the kitchen had to be handled daily. Ant traps were not enough. They were using them as club houses!

Plenty of room. Nice bedrooms to suit many guests. Close to shopping, restaurants and water park. 10 minute drive to the beach. Owner is very helpful.

Amazing House!
This is a large and well designed home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are several spaces to hang out, and the sunroom became the play room (we removed the decorations for their protection) and that was really good for us all. There are lots of tvs in the house. One thing that would have helped in planning would have been to know the layout of the bedrooms. It turns out that there are three 'separate' areas, making it even better for multi generational guests like us (each family had a space with bedrooms/bathrooms) and multiple families. We were pleasantly surprised. The house is great, there are many shops nearby to stock up on things you might need; there are several Tangers Outlets right nearby...traffic is difficult but there are shortcuts (thanks, WAZE!) and the beach area is fun. The water park is so close, you could even go home for lunch (we didn't). We did have one issue but Greg was super helpful and it all worked out.

Wonderful home to vacation in
Our family of 3 grands, 6 adult children and a toddler had an absolutely wonderful stay. If you are looking for a large home that is well maintained and immaculate, then this is the house for you. There is lots os space on the first floor so that we never felt cramped. All of the bedrooms and the 2 common area TVs are flat screen which was great for viewing individually and together. We plan to make a return visit. It was one of my best vacations!

Mallory Square Circle was a Delight!
The house is well laid out and comfortable. The bicycle brigade in the garage was impressive and the loaner beach parking passes and chairs very helpful! The proximity of the neighborhood tennis court and pool worked well in addition to being able to walk to the water park and mini golf nearby. Thanks for the gracious hospitality Greg and Sherri!

Great Thanksgiving weekend getaway with the family! Plenty of room for our 14 family members + 1 munchkin to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. Spent a lot of quality time shopping, playing games, watching tv and catching up.

Great house, convenient location ... wonderful property owner!
My family of 15, ranging in age from 1 - 71, stayed here the week of 8/19-8/25/18. The house is enormous and the layout is perfect for being together as well as having privacy. The kitchen is large and has a lot of seating so everyone was able to gather around the table together for meals and socializing. The bedrooms are large and the 4.5 bathrooms worked out great for us. I called Greg upon our arrival to ask him a question and he was VERY responsive and helpful. The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a beautiful, quiet community. The house is located in a circle so we were able to play kick ball with the kids without having to worry about traffic. We used the pool several times and really enjoyed it. We had easy access to the nearby beaches and loved the convenience of using the provided parking passes. The garage is filled with bikes, pool noodles, beach chairs and other miscellaneous items that we enjoyed using.
This was not the original house we booked for our vacation, but the owner of the other home cancelled on us stating he double booked the house for the week we were traveling. Sometimes things happen for a reason and I believe this home worked out perfectly for my family and that it was meant to be that we stayed here.
I would highly recommend large families, multiple-families and large groups to take advantage of this great home. You won't be disappointed.

Convenient Location
Our family had a wonderful vacation this summer at the Keys of Marsh Harbor. The house is in a great location, is clean, nicely furnished and close to the community pool. The six bedrooms, layout, and type of beds suited our family. The homeowners timely responded to our questions. We especially enjoyed the bicycles, available beach chairs, and two parking passes for Rehoboth Beach. The only thing missing is outdoor seating.
