Overall, mediocre.

Location was great. The area is nice. Beds were comfortable.

The apartment is outdated and carpet was very stained. It had a strong, unpleasant smell. Furniture is very worn. Overall I think this place needs an overhaul.

Great apart from small hiccup with Aircond.

The apartment was spacious, clean and easy to find. Staff really helpful. Air conditioner wasn’t working on second night. So the relocated us to a house with private pool. Great service.. Definitely recommend. I previously stayed direct with Wyndham and Wyndham were terrible! Chalk and cheese! Recommend this apartment

We liked everything about it

The place was perfect for escaping the hurricane in Sarasota. We watch the hurricane go over from the 4th floor balcony

You get what you pay for!

The location was great as Reunion is always a great stay.

We couldn’t get into the unit for the first 30 mins of our stay and the key code was spotty at best. The unit at first glance seemed okay, but the sofa had stains and ripped pillows, the floors definitely could’ve use a deep cleaning, some of the furniture was broken, no washcloths provided, the AC took almost 2 days to cool the unit, and we didn’t find out until our second night that you do not have access to any of the resort amenities including the water park because they don’t have a membership. And to top it off we killed 4 baby roaches over a 4 day/ 3 night stay. We informed the host of all of these issues but nothing was ever done. A little frustrating.

We did not spend much time at the property, pretty much just to sleep. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

very tired and in desperate need of attention. safe never worked, toilet flusher broken, extract fan, curtains hanging off runners, tumble dryer had lots of rust on it, couch cushions falling apart. we have taken lots of pictures

Comfortable, nice decor, spacious and clean. Bathroom in each room, and large balcony

I felt the cost was a little much for the condo, especially when I realized that the rental did not include the admission to the water park on the grounds.

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. the staff was exceptional, the propert was clean and looked just like the photos.

The property was beautiful, quiet and safe.

Some of the items in the unit were broken (toilet paper holder, knobs on cabinet, toilet bowl flushed, etc.).

The only thing good it was five minutes away from 630 Muirfield 3.5 million dollar house were weddin

The odor was old & dusty smell it made me feel sick. The furniture was old & worn down, the pillows were flat with very old linen, no wash cloths nor hand towels. It did resemble the online pictures.

Needs detailed cleaning and new living room and kitchen table furniture

Location is good, beds are comfortable.

One arrival all bedding was filthy the bathrooms showers had to be scrubbed with bleach the bedding on each bed had to be stripped and washed and re made before we could sleep. The living room furniture and kitchen table furniture needs to be replaced it is very uncomfortable and outdated . The fridge door came off and Maintnance had to come put it back on the holes in the screen door to the patio and one bedroom looks like the ceiling is falling in.
