Ocean Edge is a beautifully designed one-bedroom villa on world-famous Grace Bay Beach. This romantic vacation rental is perfect for a couple's Caribbean getaway!

Ocean Edge Villa is located on the northern shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. It offers two levels of luxuriously appointed living space, breathtaking views, multiple terraces, and even a private swimming pool. The beach-level living area has a beautifully designed and fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room with a 40' TV. There is also a convenient powder room on this level. The spacious and comfortable 2nd-floor bedroom (K bed) commands a spectacular ocean view through its wide disappearing doors. What's better than a relaxing bath? How about a bath in a granite soaking tub overlooking the mesmerizing waters of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, BWI?

Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill included in the villa.

Ocean Edge is located on the western end of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, the 12-mile-long strip of sugar-white sands along the island's northern shore. Away from the hotels and resorts, this area offers added privacy and is conveniently located steps away from the Turtle Cove Marina and the six restaurants nearby, without the crowds and density.

Notes:

• Complimentary pool heater.

• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $150 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• Ocean Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.

Best trip we’ve ever taken. Smith reef is a 5 minute swim and is stunning. Grace bay is beautiful. Would recommend this place 0. Perfect for couples. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Edge! The communication was amazing throughout the entire experience. We were even allowed to drop our bags off early and if housekeeping was complete with cleaning, we were allowed to completely check-in early. The villa was EXACTLY as pictured; couldn't have been more accurate. They thought of EVERYTHING even having beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella available for us to use not only at the villa but also to take with as we visited other beaches. We had housekeeping mid week which was great to have things refreshed. The villa was stocked with everything we needed and more. It is in a great location on Smiths Reef and within walking distance to Shark Bite, Mangos, and a few other restaurants in Turtle Cove. It is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Grace Bay, Long Bay Beach, Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay should you want to get out and experience other beaches. The pool was just the icing on the cake to take a dip in whenever we wanted. We cannot wait to visit T&C again and stay with TC Villas!

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa

We had fantastic week at Ocean Edge Villa. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we booked the villa again for November while we were there in May. The views from the upper balcony are spectacular. Spent many hours each day floating in our private pool and snorkeling out front at Smiths reef. The villa provides everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked which includes a toaster, blender, 2 coffee makers (drip and K-Cup) and microwave. We enjoyed our evening walks to Turtle Cove Marina for dinner. Sharkbites restaurant has wonderful sunset views. It was 19 years since we visited Provo and not much had changed other than the new shopping areas in the Grace Bay hub area. We have now found our new favorite vacation spot here at Ocean Edge Villa. Thank you TC Villas and the local management company Island Escapes TCI for providing quick service when we had questions. This villa was amazing. It is a gorgeous place with everything that you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. It is spotless with a modern decor. It is right on smiths reef so if you enjoy snorkeling this is the place for you. We walked everyday to the reef and snorkeled for hours. We saw stingrays and many different types of fish big and small. We also saw a barracuda. It was a good 6 feet in length. The beach is very private and the water is warm and inviting. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and everything that is needed is close by including an IGA for groceries. The setting is more natural instead of the more touristic part of Grace Bay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

This villa was absolute perfection! Perfect for me and my husband. Great setup/layout with everything you need. The views were amazing. We especially loved the plunge pool and the great snorkeling in the ocean which was just steps away from the villa. The location in Turtle Cove is nice. Away from the business of Grace Bay but super easy to get wherever you wanted to go with a rental car. The only downside is when you leave, you're going to be very depressed! Ready to go back!

This villa was very well planned out for a one-bedroom. Private, with a pool, on a nice beach, with several restaurants and bars nearby. Great snorkeling at Smith's Reef close by. Really Nice!
