Our place on the #1 Siesta Key beach is near Siesta Key village, downtown Sarasota, Lido Key, St Armand s circle and LongBoat Key. You’ll love our place because of the location, and the ambiance. The best feature - few steps to private Crescent beach (no hike across busy streets to get to the beautiful crystal sands!)
The building is on a quiet street with no through traffic making it a pleasure to roam safely.

This quiet oasis is very well decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and with all needs considered. From shampoo to coffee filters, cooler to wagon, Kim has thought of it all. Perfect location- just steps to private silky sand through a sea grape canopy. Kim treated me like a lifelong friend allowing me to use her vacation home. Great communication and family like hospitality

Sadly our family vacation was during a near hurricane that changed into a tropical storm that involved torrential rain, flooding, and tornado. Therefore we really didn’t get the full experience of the location. This has no fault on this property or host. The host Kim was amazing before we arrive and during our stay. She has been the most caring host we ever had!! Property was clean and comfortable, highly recommend. We will be back Kim!

Great Location, very clean, updated decor, most amenities you need were there, easy to get to beach and to town. Owner very easy to communicate with before, during and after stay! All reviews were spot on and we would stay here again.

Such a beautiful condo and in the perfect location. Kim, the owner is always available to answer any questions and is a wonderful host! Everything you can possibly need is in the unit. Crescent Beach is gorgeous, the sand, crystal clear water, and beautiful sunsets! My family and I had a wonderful time.

This was a short stay, but so needed! The condo is perfect, well equipped with amenities and sparkling clean! Do not walk, RUN to this property that's on a private beach. It is so much less crowded than the public side. We saw dolphins several times! Kim was a wonderful host who goes above and beyond for her guests. Thank you for the wonderful R&R!

Kim was a fabulous host! Excellent communication. The beach house was the perfect size for my husband and our two girls. Very clean and fully stocked! The beach access was amazing and my kids spent hours playing with the provided sand toys. The small details made it a very positive experience… cooler, beach umbrella, wagon, beach towels… it was all there! We would definitely come back! Our only recommendation would be a firmer queen mattress. Thanks for a heavenly stay!

Our family had a lovely stay during February 2024 at Kim's place. It was clean, nicely furnished and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Our kids (5 and 7) appreciated the games, pool and beach toys available. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. The pool is a short walk away close up to the main road, but most days we were the only ones swimming! Kim was a very responsive and helpful host always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We'd love to come back to stay at this place!

This condo had everything you could ask for and a lot of extras as mentioned in other reviews. The beach is gorgeous and the condo is only 2 miles from Siesta Key Village. Kim was a great host and very responsive. My only suggestion would be an upgrade to a King size bed in the main bedroom and a little firmer mattress. Otherwise a perfect stay!

First of all I would like to give an sincere Thank You to the hostess. She exemplified true kindness and open communication before AND during the stay. Easy instructions regarding arrival/departure expectations were clearly laid out. Well done. As for the unit itself, it was / is absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations! My girls and I were impressed with the wonderful and tastefully cozy accommodations; everything you need and more. We could tell a lot of thought and consideration was put into not only the appearance, but also the amenities! I would also like to add, impeccably clean! Upon our departure, I was very careful to make sure we checked all requested items, so as to show equal respect to the "tastefully cozy" gem that was presented to us. What a find! A find indeed! The girls and I stated many times that we would like to return to THIS unit. Every need and detail for a comfortable stay had been addressed. And with that I would like to say thank you again to the hostess, and we look forward to returning to THIS unit.

We had the absolute best time spent at Kim’s condo in Siesta Key! With 2 kids 8 and 6, having both the beach and a pool right at our door step was just what we were looking for! The condo was sparkling clean, beautiful, and comfortable! A perfect location, just a short trolley ride to the village that has everything you need (so fun!). Kim was accommodating, kind, and her place is awesome. We 100% will be back and would love to stay here again!

We thought Kim's VRBO was swell. Quiet, convenient location in Siesta Key. Gate at the end of the property to walk to beach, where there were plenty of lounge chairs. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Kim was great to work with.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo which is very nicely remodeled and clean. Beach is just steps away with secure access and plenty of chairs available for guests. Kim was very helpful and answered all questions we had. I would strongly recommend this place to stay in while visiting Siesta Key!

This is a place to call home, even if for only 2 weeks. Clean, safe, close to beach, pool near by and never crowded(even on spring break) trolley, scat or golf rides easy to catch so no need for rental. A great time of relaxation with friends and family. We even got to meet some new friends as neighbors. Thanks Kim and family!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kim's property for the second time. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool and all of the amenities. Her property has everything you need for some downtime on the beach. Any questions were quickly responded too. Great hosts. Excellent vacation spot.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and ready at check in time. Kim was great to work with. We had been sent the wrong door code. I messaged her and she immediately called with the correct one. She also was great to recommend restaurants, etc as this was our first visit,

We enjoyed our trip to Siesta Key. It was a much needed trip for a group of moms. Condo was spotless and stocked with everything needed for a beach trip. Beach towels and cooler were provided and condo storage room has everything you may need for the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will be back!
