Il faisait très froid dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés, très mauvaise isolation entre les chambres, il fait mention d’un bus pour l’aéroport mais que nenni. Vous devez pendre un taxi.

前に宿泊されていた方のお菓子とかが棚に残されたまま。排水口が詰まって流れない。シャワーの温度が低すぎる。タオルがボロボロ。備え付けのカップが汚れていた。

Great location for an early flight. Breakfast served at the time you request. Huge bathriom!

Good location. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine was perfect! Staff was very nice. Allowed us to check in earlier and nice conversation during breakfast—I think we were the only people at property at that time! Nice hot shower, strong pressure. Huge bathroom.

Window was jammed and didn’t close all the way. At first, it was good since a very cold breeze was coming in, but then because of the hail, that same wind was really blowing hard all-night ling. We didn’t report the jam until next day, so shame on us.

Très bon emplacement : 2min de l'aéroport en voiture & 5min de marche direction les locaux voiture/camping-car. Le magasin BONUS se trouve à 5min à pied ainsi que des endroits pour manger. Bon petit déjeuner. Le chocolat chaud était délicieux. Décoration chaleureuse. Surtout le restaurant. Navette gratuite. Chambre calme selon celle que nous avons : nous avons eu deux chambres différentes : avant le séjour, un peu isolée avec vue sur le parking, aucun bruit. après le séjour, chambre collée à une autre avec une belle vue sur le petit port & la mer, nous avons entendu le voisin de chambre ronfler et se lever le matin, dommage. Possibilité de laisser nos bagages pendant notre absence. A l'arrière de l'hôtel & du petit port se trouve une grotte avec un ogre.

Un peu de bruit de la part du voisin de chambre qui ronflait lors de notre deuxième venue.

The room was one level down from the reception and no elevator. Had to carry bags down the stairs and up again on leaving The room smelled like fish No mirror on bathroom Bathroom flooded with shower

Very good small hotel close to the airport - but away from airport noise and traffic.

This answer only applies to the 300 series of rooms - room is spacious and comfortable. Definite Plus, room had comfortable seating for two people. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but very adequate.

Excellent value for money with access to restaurant, museum and Kevlavik itself.

Accessible to the airport-10m max taxi for £20 plus there is free shuttle to the airport by the hotel. There is a very good restaurant attached to the hotel which I see several times. Very good and plentiful meals. Also, there is Museum Duus next door which is well worth visiting. Loved it. Plus walkable access to the town of Keflavik.

There was nothing I disliked. I loved it.

the room was huge the balcony looking out to the ocean was a pleasant surprise the breakfast was good

there was no soap in the room. When we asked for some, we were told they were out - in the entire hotel!? the sink was *tiny* the property was hard to find

Très bon hôtel au rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisant, proche de l’aéroport.

L’emplacement près du port avec vue sur l’océan est excellent. L’accueil et la disponibilité de la personne qui nous a accueillis ! La chambre en très bon état. Le balcon ! La proximité du restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner.

L’évacuation laborieuse de la douche (mais ce n’est pas dramatique)

This was a return visit, so I was satisfied with the offer previously. The location, close to Keflavik Airport and overlooking a nice harbour in a peaceful part of town is the main plus.

The toilet hadn't been cleaned, there was a pool of water on the floor because the shower hadn't been turned off properly and the sink drain wasn't working.

Good

Stayed the night before a flight out. It was conveniently located to the airport. Breakfast was typical Iceland breakfast. You can walk up to the top of the bluff to look for whales. Lots of lupine in bloom. Also drove up to Gardur to see the lighthouse.

Fire alarm went off at 3:40 a.m. No one came around to tell us what was happening. We had to go ask if it was okay to go back to our room.

Exceptional

e stayed there for one night before starting our trip. We didn't expect too much and were surprised to enjoy a lovely hotel with a balcony looking over the sea. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and an excellent service. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and had a lovely outlook of the water. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. We liked that the hotel was close to The Blue Lagoon and close to the airport.

It was a great place to recover from a long flight.

Our favorite thing was the staff. Not only were we able to check in early (9:00am./ we paid $45.00) because of Agnes at the desk and the housekeeper, but had a fabulous breakfast and personalized instructions for the receptions coffee bar. The harbor area is a wonderful location to walk around. I recommend stopping by the Handmade Shop across the street if you have the opportunity. They have a wide variety of handmade things and art from locals at great price! Very good quality!

If anything, I was expecting to enjoy the view from our room at night and possibly a long shot Northern Lights. The night security light shown brightly over our balcony though. The curtains prevent this from interfering with sleep though, so no worries about that.

They even had Netflix! We also got a free transfer to the airport in the morning and they’re breakfast starts as early as 4am!!! Highly recommend this hotel!

It is pretty close to the airport. And I booked it mainly because of the free airport shuttle. Wish I could stay at the place.

Literally, all the roads were closed in Iceland due to the bad weather and I could not even get a refund for my stay even though I paid extra on booking.com for the flexible cancellation policy. Literally had a snowstorm day before my stay and I called booking.com, the customer service was really friendly, they said they will withdraw their fees and ask the hotel to give me a refund. And when I called the hotel, the person I was on the phone with was rude and said she won't give a refund.
