Amazing stay with super supportive house owner

Overall, we really appreciate our landlord Ludvik, he was super kind and helpful. At the beginning, he well explained us everything about the chic apartment, and he was so kind to teach us how to chase the aurora. According to his support, we saw auorar during the stay in his apartment, which was also the first night arriving in Iceland. It was amazing! He also helped us keep 2 luggage, as we stayed here twice (one beginning and one end of our trip in Iceland). His house is very close to the airport, around 7 minutes drive, comfort and safe. Would like to recommend to other guests! Also, it has great design!

Overall not too many comments for dislike. Just the bedroom is quite busy as we are 5 guests sharing one.

Perfect location near the airport

It's very close to the airport, so it was convenient for catching an early flight. The apartment is clean and very spacious with large living room and well-stocked kitchen. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of it because we just needed a place to sleep to catch our flight next morning. Our host, Ludvik, was very friendly and informative. He even showed us his work & studio.

Beautiful suite and very gracious, warm and welcoming hosts.

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me track down a bag that I had left behind at a restaurant in Reykjavik, they even considered tracking someone down who could bring the bag to me. Also, because of the weather, we changed our arrival time and Ludvik was very accommodating even though he wasn't quite ready for us.

That we didn't stay here longer. We only stayed one night so we could be close to the airport.

Perfect!

Everything absolutely perfect. Very clean and pleasant owner. A well-stocked kitchen, even products for quick preparation of food were provided. Warmth in the apartment. Very good

The property was very spacious, well equipped and very clean .Ludvik lives on the top floor and was very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The house is located within walking distance to all Keflavics has to offer, the waterworld centre is well worth a visit after a long day. Supermarkets and places to eat and drink are all within a 15min walk.

Although we couldn't fault the property itself, we found keflavic was maybe a little far west as a base. We were travelling between 3 and 6 hours a day visiting the islands attractions. That said it Is ideally situated for the airport that is only a 10 minute drive away. If you do decide to stay in keflavic I couldn't recommend this property highly enough.

Awesome!

The host is amazing!!! He went out of his way to pick us up from the Keflavik airport when we got stranded there due to a snowstorm and had no form of transportation. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Holiday

Beautiful location, excellent host and comfortable stay for a family of 5. The apartment was clean and had all that was required for our stay. We had a lot of support from the host on how we can go around Iceland.

Fabulous facilities and the most amazing host possible going above and beyond.

The host was absolutely amazing!! We were stranded at the airport due to the weather and he borrowed a neighbours car and braved the weather to pick us up, took us to a supermarket as we were stranded and then when we couldn’t get a taxi to take us back the airport due to the weather he got up at 5 am to take us in his own car in two shifts. He was an absolute lifesaver and if I could give him a higher score I would!!

Fantastic short stay. Would 100% recommend.

Extremely convenient for the airport. Well-stocked kitchen. All the home comforts away from home. Thermal pool at the end of the street. Fabulous host!

Cozy stay near airport

Beautiful apartment near Keflavik airport(10min drive). Close to amenities, such petrol station with pretty low price, a 24h supermarket and a local pool. Quiet neighbourhood. The flat itself is well-equipped, clean and tidy. 2 double bedroom, 1 single room and a big living room. Bathroom is bit small but it's ok for us. Our host Ludvik is very nice. He welcomed us late in the evening, despite our flight delayed quite a lot.

Superb

The apartmenet was well equiped - we found some basic food in the kitchen, also tea, coffee, and many devices for making our food - grill, toaster, microwave and other stuff. We could use the big tv in the living room and the whole apartment was nicely decorated. We stayed there for one night and it was very nice, also the owner was wery nice and helpful

I think that for one night everything was perfect. I would only separate toilet and shower, because we were five people, but it was manageable

5 minutes from the airport.

Ludvik came down to greet us. He lives upstairs. So friendly and helpful to answer any questions. We got here much later than we thought we would. He was so flexible and just was willing to work with our schedule. This apartment is huge and so clean. You could move right in and live there.

Warm welcome, spacious and only a 10 minute walk to the town. Easy parking outside, simple check-in / self check-out.

The single bed could do with another pillow.
