THE LOCATION...

The drop pin on the map says it all: this estate is right in the thick of the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and sightseeing of Key West. This gated estate opens up onto one of the legendary corners of the island but is built back far enough from the street to minimize noise from businesses or passersby. From your balcony you might never know you are just a stone's throw from the best bars and restaurants of Duval Street. You'll also be within half a mile of Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, home to Key West's remarkable state park beach and the family friendly waterfront park. You'll be able to reach all of your favorite spots on foot, but this home does include off street parking for one vehicle or electric car/golf cart as well as space for mopeds or bicycles. When aiming for the true Old Town Key West location, it simply doesn't get any better than this.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

This unique guest cottage consists of two studio-style suites, one on each floor. Each floor features beautiful sliding glass doors that create an open-air feeling on breezy days. The two floors are connected by an external staircase.

• First Floor Suite: King bed, large walk in shower, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (blender, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave) sitting area, SMART TV, washer & dryer.

• Second Floor Suite: King bed, large walk in shower, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (blender, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave) sitting area, SMART TV, balcony.

YOUR PRIVATE PATIO and JACUZZI...

Outside the first-floor suite is a lovely private patio with outdoor dining for four, a comfortable outdoor lounge area, and a BBQ Grill perfect for cooking today's catch. The jacuzzi is all yours and can be left cool on a hot day or heated up in the winter months. Enjoy a happy hour cocktail in your jacuzzi spa before heading out on Duval for the evening.

Note: There is a pool on this owner-occupied estate property but it is not offered for guest use.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Location was perfect. It was very hot while we were there and the pool sitting 4’ from the front door was not accessible for our stay. The amount of $$$$ spent seems like the pool would be included. It does say on the listing pool not accessible. But you literally have to walk around the damn thing to get to your room. Should be addressed for future guests. Would add so much to this already good property. Pool access would make it a great stay.

This is a pool house behind a beautiful historic home, right off Duval. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. Only issue we had was that the pictures did not accurately portray the proximity of the “on site pool”. This is a POOL HOUSE; the front door is probably 5 feet from the edge of the pool. It was a big issue for us at the time and the rental company would not let us transfer to a different one of their properties. Probably not safe to stay here with young kids (if you’re concerned about them playing around a pool your entire stay). Accommodations were beautiful, but Last Key Realty is not a company that I’d recommend for property advertising or property management.

Perfect location. Everything you need. Nice decor. Very quiet. Alice was very helpful. My only complaint is not being allowed in the huge pool that sat unused the whole time we had to walk by it to get to our rooms. It was hot while we were there and it would have been hospitable.

This property is stunning , perfect in every way, The location is one half block from main entertainment and food venues. The property is a mansion with beautiful grounds, we were in the separate coach house. If you want to visit Key West, and can afford it, this is the place. I am a frequent traveler and found Key West to be high in cost and low in value. We will not retrn.

Luxurious. Clean. Everything we wanted and more. The shower downstairs was amazing and it was the perfect setup for us and our two teen girls. Would be perfect for two couples as well. We loved it and will be back!

This property was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Key West. Even with being a few steps away from the business of Duval, the seclusion of the property with its well thought out landscaping provides a quiet and peaceful environment to relax after walking the town. Would highly recommend this property and hope it is available for our next stay.

The location of the property was perfect to downtown Key West. My girls loved the easy access to shopping eating and sightseeing. We also appreciated that it was just far enough away from Duval Street that you couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle once you’re back in the rooms. Overall a perfect spot to visit Key West.

This gated property is in the perfect location, one block from Duval. Many restaurants and bars are right around the corner. This property is exceptional. As previously mentioned by others you have to pass a beautiful pool and landscaped area to get to your cottage, but the pool is not available to renters which is a shame. We enjoyed the hot tub in the afternoon where there a a cool breeze each day. Although clearly stated, we did not realize that each bedroom is totally separate, using outside stairs to get to the upper bedroom. It worked for two couples. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

We loved our stay and the location could not be beat. Both living spaces were clean and all equipment worked well. Samantha and Laura were extremely knowledgeable, a lot of fun, and helpful. The only drag was walking from the rental office where we kept our luggage to the house. Providing transportation would have been a big plus. Also, the 10am check-out was a bit early. A 11am checkout would have been much more accommodating, but Danny would not budge and the cleaning guy actually came a few minutes before 10am. I do recommend this home as it is gate access and secure. The back patio and hot tub were a big hit. The key lime pie in the fridge was very nice and tasted great. As I mentioned earlier, location was incredible, as you could walk to the beach, cruise ships, dinner, and many great sights. The bike tour was fun and we all had a blast on the kayak tour. We enjoyed First Flight for drinks and lunch. Have a great time and relax!

Everything was exactly as listed - great guest house in beautiful garden setting, extremely close to restaurants and nightlife. The only negative is that I’m somewhat of a light sleeper, and the upstairs did get some noise from the music on surrounding properties (which is what you’d expect given the proximity to Duval).

we had a great time. house was clean and very nice. location was perfect, steps away from what's going on. the house sets back away from the Steet for privacy, it has great off the road parking behind private gates. our contact Samantha was great. checked on us several times. the house sets on a private estate and just a short walk to the guest house where we stayed. this is the place to stay in key west. .

We stayed here for a business trip, and it was great to use the back patio for meetings and be close to everything. The property management is amazing, I would hire them for my property if I had one! Start to finish, flawless. Storing our luggage until check-in was a very nice perk. Very comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of fluffy towels. Amazing shower, nice patio space. So close to everything but so quiet inside. The landscaping is gorgeous. With the two identically appointed floors and exterior access, it was perfect for sharing with friends while having privacy too. Everyone with Last Key was great. We can not wait to come back.

This property was perfect for our two-couple Key West getaway! The location was right in the heart of the Duval Street activity, easy walk or bike to everything we wanted to do. Set back from the street with gated access for privacy and safety. Well-appointed interior and the exterior landscaping was beautiful. Hot tub was great temp and well maintained. Will definitely be back!
