This spacious one-level villa is located in the gated Aviana Resort. The Villa Isabel is situated just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and is a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, outlet shopping, 5 minutes to a beautiful new supermarket and last but certainly not least, world-class golf courses! If you’re looking to spend some time at the beach, you’re in luck, the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches are less than a two-hour drive away! Villa Isabel is fully furnished and will provide you and your family and friends with a vacation that you’ll never forget! Why? Because this property is equipped with five bedrooms, one King and one Queen ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms. The Mickey bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds plus it has a built-in cozy loft area with a smart TV, USB ports and a shelf for all your favorite accessories. (Loft is for children 10 years of age and older). There are also three bathrooms, (the king master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, too!). That’s not all that these bedrooms have to offer. In fact, all five have LCD TVs for your viewing pleasure! The large living area also has a large LCD TV, DVD player and a myriad of DVD movies. If you want a snack while you watch TV, all that you have to do is head over to the spacious kitchen that’s fully equipped to prepare snacks or even a full meal! Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, touch free kitchen faucet, table seating for four people and additional seating at the beautiful granite bar, this kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining! If you’re looking for a more formal meal with your guests, the separate formal dining room comfortably seats six. But, before you enjoy a delicious meal, you can have cocktail hour in the beautiful lanai area by the pool as you lounge on the comfortable seating. Speaking of the pool and hot tub area, this portion of the villa has lots of poolside lounging and conversation groupings and is accessible through both the living area as well as the King ensuite. If you can book a stay at this property, do it! The house is amazing with plenty of room and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals (you provide the food, of course).
The kids really enjoyed the game room, complete with pool, air hockey, basketball hoop, ping pong and if that wasn’t enough, there’s a pool for the kids and a hot tub for the adults both were amazing and we spent many hours in the water.
The neighborhood is very nice and extremely quiet, I’m sure they’re glad my boisterous crew is gone.
Communication with Giles was absolutely the best, he responded quickly to our inquiries and did everything to make our stay the best we’ve ever had at any rental.
Thank you for allowing us to stay and make some beautiful memories with our family.

The house was so clean and just perfect for our family's stay in Orlando. We spent 4 days at Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and 2 days lounging around the pool. 45-60 minutes drive with traffic. The hot tub and pool were so well-heated, just as promised. That is a big perk for cold-natured me! We were a little disappointed that our dog was not allowed to hang out on the patio while we swam. We understood about the pool, but that was a rule we were unaware of until the check-in materials were sent. She looked at us longingly from the slider, but at least she was cool inside! The kitchen was well-stocked. We did need to buy dishwashing soap to hand wash dishes, paper towels, and toilet paper. Because we didn't have a lot of time at the house, we just picked it up on our way home one day instead of bothering the property manager. The owner recommends not turning the thermostat down below 74 degrees, most of the time the house was sufficiently cool for us at that temperature. It got up to 90 degrees outside a couple of days we were there but we were fine. The beds were comfortable and the linens fresh. There is plenty of room for a family and guests to visit. I don't think you would want more than one family in the house for longer than a day or two though, as there isn't a lot of common space (you would run out of seating, say, for a movie watching night). The game room was amazing for the kids - has everything! Washer and dryer brand new. We would definitely book again!

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Property Management stay within and were very friendly. House is big enough for several guests comfortably and there are plenty of dishes and towels for all. We have been coming to this area for 20 years, 1-2 times a year and this is the first time the pool was comfortable when we got there. We never had to contact anyone for any issues. Will definitely stay again with our kids and their families

Our family of three adult couples stayed at this home for 8 days. The home was spacious with room to play cards yet everyone had their personal space. We all enjoyed using the hot tub and swimming pool on our own schedules.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Loved having a grocery store right around the corner. We were about 25 minutes to Disneyworld, but this gave us time to build our plan for the day.
Will definitely stay here again when we visit Orlando.

Villa Isabel
My wife, myself, daughter, son in law and two grandsons stayed here for two weeks. The location is great, very quiet. The owner agreed to include pool heating in with the rental and the pool and spa saw a lot of action over the two weeks! We had an issue with the pool but an email to the owner resulted in an extremely prompt repair. I emailed the owner several times before travelling and each time I received a reply almost by return. Very efficient. We would definitely recommend Villa Isabel.

Wonderful home!
My husband and I stayed the month of Feb 2022. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and decorated so nice. Our adult children came for one of the weeks. We did the Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs and the Aligator park. We walked the neighborhood everyday with our sweet dog. He was so happy to be out of the Michigan cold, as were we! Our last week our best friends came for a week. The pool was wonderful for that hot week and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The owner was very nice and always quick to respond. We would recommend this home to everyone,

Great Communication/Home Just As Described
Giles Spaulding was quick to respond and easy to work with. Her home is just as pictured. We had 8 in our party and this home has an ample supply of towels (bathroom and pool) and dishes (kitchen). We had an 11 month old traveling with us and this home was equip with a port a crib, stroller, high chair, and pool security fence. We also had our daughter's dog traveling with us. The resort was great for taking the dog and the baby on several walks each day. (One note: The dog is not allowed in the pool area.) The pool and spa were great. I loved the sound of running water pouring from the spa to the pool. The spa got nice and hot. The pool area has great seating with 4 reclining chairs, 4 chairs with table, and a loveseat and 2 chairs off the master bedroom. Inside, there is ample dining space, but the one thing I didn't plan for was when everyone wanted to hang out together in the living room. We were able to seat 5 adults on the couch and 1 in the additional chair, but after that, you are sitting at the adjacent dining table or on the floor. Many thanks to Giles for opening her home to us for 2 weeks.

Clubhouse area was closed for renovations. Pool was drained. Beach volleyball court in need of maintenance. B-ball court is in a parking lot with a large recycle bin close by. No communication that this area would not be available to us, as it looked very nice on line.
We were grateful for the pool and hot tub. Our kids really enjoyed it. However, neighbors play loud music & there was the smell of pot in the air at times.
