This beautiful beach cottage is the quintessential Florida beach house! Come relax & play on the white sand beaches of Treasure Island in Pinellas County. Family friendly Sunshine Beach on Treasure Island is located south of Clearwater Beach, Redington and Madeira Beach, and just north of St. Pete Beach / Pass-a-Grille. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico, wonderful restaurants and endless activities - many within walking distance or accessible via the local trolley (trolley stop less than 100 feet away). Also available is “free beach ride”, a local service providing rides for tips. Restaurants range from beach casual to seaside elegance. Boat rentals, paddle board and kayak rentals, put-put golf, museums, parasailing, arcade (for that rare rainy day) charter fishing, bike rentals and the Treasure Island Beach Trail are just a few of the nearby activities. The Tampa Bay Rays game is only a 10-15 minute drive in downtown St. Petersburg.

Located on the west side (beach side) of Gulf Boulevard, so no busy streets to cross to get to the beach (don't settle for the east side of Gulf Blvd.)! Sea-grape canopied beach access is only steps from the backyard. Popular John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (dining/shopping/entertainment) is just over a quarter-mile away.

Treasure Island is known as the sand sculpture capital of Florida, and hosts the annual Kite Festival & Sport Kite competition (one of the largest in the US). Beach was freshly renourished in Spring of 2018 and is now huge! Nearby airports include St. Pete / Clearwater Airport and Tampa International Airport.

This updated and comfortably furnished house is situated on a large lot, has 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths and easily sleeps 4, with one queen bed and two twin beds. Amenities include ample parking (which is a premium on Treasure Island), Wi-fi, HD cable, DVD player, kitchen stocked with pots/pans and dishes, Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer, bed linens, towels for bath and separate ones for beach, and use of beach cart/beach chairs/beach toys. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, grill the catch of the day, and relax on the covered deck.

Beautiful little beach property located practically on the beach. The house had everything one would need for the beach, including beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport it to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I absolutely Loved our stay. The house was Perfect. Just steps from the beach and a short drive to anything you could want. We loved Absolutely Everything about the cottage we stayed in as well as Treasure Island, FL. The whole experience was truly AMAZING. A big thank you to our hosts for allowing us to stay here for the week and for getting back to us so promptly with any questions we had. You all are wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

We have a good experience. Even though we didn’t speak directly with the host and everything was smooth. the host she did communicate with me true the VRBO app and she gave us the information needed. Good place to stay.

Very quick walk to a beautiful, not over populated beach. Also very close to a John's Pass for food and shopping. The traffic noise was slightly annoying but tolerable.

This is our second time staying here. And I love it every year. The location is perfect - close to beach and John’s Pass. The house has EVERYTHING you need- beach items, shampoo, soaps, towels, paper products. We will be back again for sure. And Stacie is the best, always helpful!

This cottage was the perfect stay for me and my three teens! Closer to the beach than I expected and hit has that “old Florida” feel. The outdoor shower is a huge bonus. We’ve done the condo beach vacations before and was looking for something different. This cottage was the exactly what we hoped it would be. 2-3 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Well appointed with kitchen items and beach gear and close to restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. When we visit Treasure Island again I’ll be booking this cottage. Thanks Stacie!

My family made wonderful memories this year on our beach vacation and we are so happy that we stayed in this cottage. Everything we could possibly need was easily accessible. The outdoor private shower made the end of our beach days easy to wash off the sand. We could not have stayed at a better place. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, Publix is a mile away, and St. John’s pass is only a 3 minute drive. It truly felt like home. Thank you.

We had a wonderful week staying in this cute cottage. It was clean and very well equipped. We wanted to relax and spend most of our time on the beach, so this place was perfect. It's just a short walk to the beach and the cottage comes equipped with everything you need for the beach. It's super cute and clean and is just a short walk to shopping and restaurants when you want some time out of the sun. Loved the patio area and that there is a covered table to eat at. We enjoyed grilling and eating several dinners outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Recently stayed in this gem of a cottage for over three weeks. It was perfect for us (a retired couple). Much preferred it over a high rise condo-type rental. Loved the retro feel of the decor, attention to detail, and the location. We do a lot of walking and were able to walk to John’s Pass in about 10 minutes. About 25 minutes of walking took us to another nice area near the Bilmar Hotel (where we have stayed in the past). The cottage was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes, paper products, linens, etc. Loved sitting on the back porch in the warm sunshine. Beach is very nice and not crowded like many others. Ample parking for our large pickup truck. It was a perfect holiday far away from the Canadian snow and cold weather! Landlord very responsive to questions. We have stayed in VRBO properties for over 25 years and this one will stand out in our memory as one of the best. Many thanks Steacie for sharing your little bit of heaven with us!

Cozy place with ideal location. Steps from the beach and short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stacie was very active of getting a repair taken care quickly that popped up. This was our second year staying at this property and it won't be our last.

This Florida traditional beach cottage has everything you need and is super cute. And only a few minutes walk to a not-very-busy white sand beach. Beautiful and fun decor. Strong air conditioning. Full kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable couch and love seat. Outdoor deck. 2 parking spots. Book now no need to look forther.

We just left this property today. Pros: Location. Cons: Location. The property sits on the main road and the road noise is loud. Not gonna lie... it's loud. We were off season so through the night it wasn't horrible but it woke us up every morning about 6:45-7:00 am each day. The owners lovingly prepared baskets of sleep masks, ear plugs, and white noise machines but the road noise was hard to mask. The PROS are the location is so close to the beach, so as a reviewer, I'm conflicted. The property is older and dated, but adorable, full of charm, and clean (except the area rugs in 2nd bedroom are screaming to be cleaned). Stacie has EVERYTHING you need or can think of and it's obvious the owners are really "good humans" with all the very thoughtful supplies, instructions, amenities, in the house. For the price, overall, a value. Excellent communication with the owner as well. Our only negative was the road noise and the crappy weather (but that's not Stacie's fault)!

This property passed all my expectations!! The home was clean with no bad surprises! Beds were comfortable. Each bedroom was provided with sleep mask, ear plugs, and a sound machine. Placed a Walmart food delivery so i never had to travel away from the home to spend my vacation grocery shopping. (There is a publix grocery roughly a mile away) Proximity to the beach is around than a 3 minute walk on a shaded boardwalk. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, toys, umbrellas, a canopy (we never used it but was pleasantly surprised to see it), ice chest and a great cart to haul it all! The outside shower was wonderful treat to come back and use to wash away the salt and sand before entering the home; it has soap, shampoo and conditioner out there. Short walk to Johns Pass with several restaurant options. Only wish we had more time here!

My two best friends and I absolutely loved staying here. Just a tiny walk to the beach! We were looking for a relaxing stay and absolutely found that. The location was great & there was plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful little cottage! We came for a few days with our two young children to enjoy the beach. Everything was as advertised, from the fantastic location (five minute walk from the beach, if that), to the lovely home itself. The hosts were really helpful, providing a pack and play for our youngest, and helping us out in other ways too. We are very grateful for the home being opened up to us, and would recommend this cottage to anyone!

Great location just steps away from the beach! Plenty of space for just the two of us and we enjoyed the outdoor patio. On-site laundry was a plus. Short walks to many places to eat or have a drink. We would recommend to others and would like to come back for another visit. We are very familiar with the area after staying in many different locations over the years, and this is one of our favorites.
