A lovely house, perfect for a family. Comfortable and spacious!

Loved the location and ability to walk to the beach. It was nice to be close to the village but not in the center.

There wasn’t a dust pan and brush that we could find or a first aid box.

Exceptional

Great location for walks to local beaches. Loved the games room and the board games we played nightly. The Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates and cutlery and a good mixture of saucepan sizes to cope with large groups. The outside garden room was a great social area and the WIFI extended to this, which allowed me to catch up with some work

superb! we would definitely come again

the house was gorgeous, cosy and homely. the Wi-Fi was great so kids were happy. there was loads of things provided such as games books and dvds, as well as essentials. The beds were really comfy and clean. The biggest hit of all was the games room, the whole party loved it in there.

only thing to moan about was my 6ft 2 father banging his head on low beams

perfect, everything you would need, beautiful house and location.

beautiful house In a perfect location! lots to do around the area. the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and the garden was a great place for the kids to play with extra bonus of a play room. I would highly recommend staying at this house you would not be disappointed.

Beautiful farmhouse with fantastic family feel...provision of equipment great...st enjoyable stay...

Self catering was fabulous in the farmhouse kitchen with seating for 12. The house was warm, inviting and catered for all...we were able to sit in different rooms in comfort. Big car park, fabulous walled garden and stunning setting.

Maybe a more secure garden for dogs, as lambs were very close...I.e. Gate on walled garden or higher wall..we all watched dogs...

Great House in a beautiful setting

The beds were really comfy, we loved that they matched the mattresses we have at home 😊 and very fresh and clean. The facilities were great like the games and games room. Sofa was lovely and big and fits a good amount of people. The kitchen was well equipped and great for large groups, although the large mix of saucepans made it difficult to figure out which works on the induction hob as not all do. Location was brilliant. We could take the dog for a walk in the fields and walk to the beautiful whitesands beach nearby.

It was a little grubby in places, like cobwebs and bits beside and under beds and under sofa. There was no hand soap in any bathrooms just 1 hand sanitiser left in the kitchen which in these climates was a surprise.

Ideally located for coastal and countryside walks. Good sized bedrooms, Two large sitting rooms with TVs and large well equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 12 people, Lovely garden and games room. 😀

Only minor issues, Loft bedroom, The fitted bed sheet kept coming off and the water pressure to the shower wasn't very good.

Surprisingly well equipped house in a stunning location.

Games room was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Had everything we needed. Outside shower was a great idea. BBQ area was great. Perfect for accommodating let ta of people. 2 dishwashers was perfect too.

Needed a deep clean. Huge amount of spider webs and very grubby if you looked in crevices but bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was very sticky. Overall great accommodation.

Location & facilities

Property looked like it could do with a really good clean eg cobwebs & kitchen cupboards . Tv in one room didn’t work properly & downstairs shower was a bit iffy. A few gripes but didn’t spoil our time there as good points outweighed these.

Great spot, ideal for families looking for beaches and coastal walks.

Lovely property, fantastic location with walkable beaches nearby and amazing coastline for miles. David was very accommodating with a last minute booking following on from a very last minute cancellation of a booking with another property. We were very happy with the results and had a fantastic holiday exploring the local area. Great beaches for kids, no doubt very busy in normal summertimes but fantastic nonetheless.
