We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

Suggestions to consider:
Master bath toilet room has an odor even if you leave the door open and/or leave on the vent fans.
Consider upgrading pillows.
May need blinds for the east facing windows.

The property was an amazing choice for a team bonding retreat of 8 girls and a coach. Everything was communicated well and the property itself and the views were stunning. Would definitely rebook here again.

Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a requirement. The huge balcony overlooking the beach was an ideal spot to have coffee, a light lunch and to catch the sunset. The large dining room table comfortably held family dinners and game nights for 8 people! The condo was decently stocked with the exception of one day’s worth of coffee, filters, and pods. Having a slightly earlier check-in than 4 would be helpful. Otherwise, great property.

It was a beautiful, well maintained property. The employees were friendly & helpful. The view from our condo on the 26th floor was spectacular!

Booked last min and this place had it all for us. I had 2 people in wheel chairs and kids from 7-14. We weren't on top of each other and just enjoyed everything. The kitchen has everything you need even a crock pot. We will be booking again. Just would like lifts for the pools.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked and the ice maker in the bar was a great added feature. We had plenty of space for all of us (8) and the view was wonderful.
We were there for spring break so the elevators always had a little wait but they were never terrible.
Alabama Getaways did a great job communicating everything via text message and checking in on us throughout our stay.

Ok, so some of my main points:
1. CLEAN. This may be the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever used. As a crazy cleaner myself, everywhere I stay, I look at the bathroom ceiling fan… more often than not, if you look up, you can see the bathroom fan COATED in dust...not here! This place was SPOTLESS.
2. LOCATION: We were within about a 5-10 minute drive of anything we could possibly need. There’s a Walmart and grocery store just down the road, which really came in handy!
3. CONDO: What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Not a single bad view. Beds were very comfortable (sheets were super soft!). Plenty of room for all 9 of us! Great kitchen and wet bar. Everything worked WONDERFULLY! All of our mornings consisted of coffee and mimosas on the deck. It was a little chilly the week we visited, but we just cuddled in blankets and got lost in good conversation and our spectacular view!
Check-in/Check-out: Very good. Check-out was particularly great. Generally, using a rental, we’ve had quite a bit of cleaning/prep-cleaning duties before we leave. All we had to do here was throw used towels in the tubs, take out the trash, and start the dishwasher (and obviously lock up after ourselves)!
4. Concerns from previous reviews: We were worried about wait time for the elevators.. never waited longer than 3-4 minutes TOPS (and we were here during Spring Break!). Cookware not being too great was another review we had read… all cookware/appliances worked great! Another reviewer complained about the drapes in the bedrooms, as it gets light in the bedroom early.. they were right, light does come through, but to be honest, it’s how you decide to look at it. You’re in an EASTERN CORNER CONDO. The sun rises right before your eyes over the ocean. Take advantage of this! Some of the prettiest sunrises you’ll see! If you do not like an eastern-facing unit, really think about that before you book… or, bring a sleep mask. :)
5. Communication! I cannot stress enough how amazing the owners were about communicating with us via text! I always got an answer within minutes. I was very grateful, because this was our first trip out, so we were going in a little blind.

Gorgeous property and views! Pictures don't do it justice. We didn't have any issues with the elevator wait times and the host was very responsive. The indoor pool had an almost overwhelming smell of chlorine. The outdoor pool was a little chilly, but we did visit in April. This condo has everything you need, you won't regret booking!

We really had a wonderful time! The condo was everything we expected. We even booked three weeks already in 2022! The check in was incredibly accommodating for our 90 year old grandmother who came with us. Thank you!
If I had to give some critiques they would be to update the stove and weather stripping on the front door. The heat was inconsistent and we love cooking in and that made it a bit frustrating. The air coming in through the door was constant noise. That’s literally all I can think of!!

Beautiful Panoramic Views
A group of 6 girls stayed here Oct. 25-29th, 2021 and we were blown away by this condo! The condo is spacious and at no point did we ever feel like we were on top of one another. The panoramic views in the kitchen / living room / dining room area are stunning. I woke up each morning early to watch the sunrise and it was well worth it. Each bedroom has a sliding door with a small Juliet style balcony. We were fortunate enough to be able to check out late due to no one booking that night. This allowed us to fully enjoy our last day instead of worrying about packing. The only points of confusion for us was checking in. We ubered everywhere so we did not have a car to park and did not get wrist bands (Not sure if we broke rules with that or not?)
We've been in discussion about coming back to this condo, it was remarkable!

We enjoyed our stay. Our group (4 couples) have been visiting Orange Beach every summer for 20 years and this has been our favorite spot. Other than lack of blackout curtains, it was perfect.

There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. The slide and lazy river were a big hit!!

Beautiful condo!
The condo was clean, beautiful view. The stove does not seem to function properly. You can’t for the burners in the stover covers they had and it took 45 min to boil water.
The pool itself was pretty dirty. Very cloudy water. I understand this can happen, but the ph was way off.
The elevators get wet and smell pretty badly as the day goes on.
The cafe had one person working and we waited over 25 minutes for service and 20 minutes for drinks.
I love this condo and I would stay here again, but truly wish the overall complex was as nice as the condo.

Incredible condo with beautiful views
The condo was absolutely beautiful. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, it's perfect for a large group. We had 8 girls staying there, and we all felt like we had plenty of space. Plus - every room has a view of the gulf! The cleaning crew did a great job preparing it for us, and they were very kind as we met them when we came in. The kitchen could use some more supplies, so if you are planning to cook there, just know there isn't a lot of equipment. For our purposes, it was totally fine! We just made breakfast and snacks throughout the day. We had a private chef come in to cook, and he brought most of his own supplies. The balcony outside is massive! Big enough for all 8 of us to do yoga out there in the morning- I highly recommend that! It has great views if you want to eat dinner, have a coffee or wine out on the balcony. The building's pool is great. It gets crowded (we came in August), but the lazy river is really nice. All in all, a perfect stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had our family of 9 staying in this condo and it was so spacious!! The balcony view was breathtaking. The facility was easy to navigate to the pool, the lazy river, beach access, etc. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will book again!

Teachers get away
There were 12 teachers in our group. This condo was large enough for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We enjoyed it so much. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was the BOMB!!!!

Best listing in Orange Beach
EVERYTHING about this property was perfect. We had the beach, the lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot tub right at our fingertips. The room was amazing. Modern, immaculate and beautifully decorated. They even had extra pillows and blankets if needed. This is the only place I’ll stay when I return to orange beach.

This was our second year staying in this amazing condo, 6 moms with their 6 ten year old daughters. As always everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to stay here again the same dates next year, sunrises are awesome in this corner unit!

The property was excellent! The only comment is we had a major issue in controlling the temperature. It was either too cold or warm after we turned it off to get relief from cold. It’s probably simple, but no one in our group could master it. The minor irritant was the master bedroom toilet ran continuously.
