You either walk or drive and park near the stairs going to the beach. Hot tub is available for an extra fee. It is on the 3rd floor of this home. It also has tables, seating, BBQ, firepit, and lounging areas all to yourselves! This studio has all the amenities for your comfort. Close to everything. The studio has its own private entrance, and private yard. It has its own covered porch, with lots of seating overlooking the ocean. Maximum two adults. No children. No visitors. If you need anything, just ask! More filtered water, ice, I am always available.

This is a 3 story home. The studio is on the 1st floor of the home. This home has been on the Annual Symphony League Home Tour two times, and has been in the local newspaper, as the 'Fanti-Sea House'.
